Το Camin Villa Chania βρίσκεται σε ιδανική τοποθεσία για να προσφέρει μια μαγευτική ταυτόχρονη θέα στον κόλπο της Σούδας στα βόρεια και στα Λευκά Όρη στα νότια, μια εικόνα αποκλειστικά για εσάς, καθώς η ιδιωτικότητα της βίλας συμβάλλει στη χαλάρωση σας, ενώ στο την ίδια στιγμή που περιτριγυρίζεστε από το αυθεντικό βότανο και το τοπίο της κρητικής γης.

Η ίδια η Camin Villa Chania σας εγγυάται μια άνετη και πολυτελή διαμονή, συνδυάζοντας τα ευρύχωρα δωμάτια με τον εξοπλισμό τελευταίας τεχνολογίας. Ο συνδυασμός πέτρας, ξύλου, μετάλλου και γυαλιού δένει τέλεια με το περιβάλλον, όλα σε μια μοντέρνα δομή που περιλαμβάνει την παραδοσιακή αρχιτεκτονική της περιοχής του Αποκόρωνα.

Η είσοδος σας οδηγεί στο ισόγειο, όπου θα βρείτε δύο υπνοδωμάτια με 2 μονά κρεβάτια το καθένα, ένα μπάνιο και την εντυπωσιακή, εσωτερική-εξωτερική πισίνα. Η πισίνα ξεκινά από αυτό το επίπεδο, περνά μέσα από το σπίτι και καταλήγει σε εξωτερικούς χώρους. Όσοι μένουν σε αυτό το επίπεδο μπορούν κυριολεκτικά να βγουν από την πόρτα του υπνοδωματίου τους και να μπουν κατευθείαν στην πισίνα. Ένα από τα δύο υπνοδωμάτια μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει άνετα ηλικιωμένους ή άτομα με ειδικές ανάγκες – το μπάνιο είναι ειδικά σχεδιασμένο για τέτοιες περιπτώσεις.

Κατεβαίνοντας τις σκάλες στο χαμηλότερο επίπεδο, θα βρείτε άλλα δύο υπνοδωμάτια με διπλά κρεβάτια και ιδιωτικά μπάνια. Όλα τα κρεβάτια διαθέτουν στρώματα coco mat και ατομικές αυλές με ξύλινο δάπεδο με υπέροχη θέα. Τα τέσσερα υπνοδωμάτια μπορούν να φιλοξενήσουν έως και 8 άτομα. Κατευθυνόμενοι προς το επάνω επίπεδο, θα ανεβείτε μια υπέροχη σκάλα από σίδηρο και ξύλο, με μια κινούμενη ράμπα για πρόσβαση για άτομα με ειδικές ανάγκες, που βρίσκεται στη μία πλευρά.

Στον επάνω όροφο υπάρχει μια φαρδιά, μοντέρνα κουζίνα και τραπέζι φαγητού, χτισμένο από το δάπεδο μέχρι την οροφή με σουηδικό ξύλο, πραγματικά ένα αξιοθέατο για τους λάτρεις της κουζίνας. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, προσφέροντας οτιδήποτε μπορεί να χρειαστείτε, συμπεριλαμβανομένης μιας συντηρητής κρασιού. Στο ίδιο επίπεδο, υπάρχει ένα άνετο, πλούσια διακοσμημένο καθιστικό, με ένα πολυτελές στρώμα καναπέ-κρεβάτι που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει δύο ακόμη επισκέπτες. Στον ίδιο χώρο, υπάρχει ένα μεγάλο γραφείο, το οποίο έχει τη δυνατότητα να μετατραπεί σε ντουλάπα, για τις περιπτώσεις που το δωμάτιο χρησιμοποιείται ως υπνοδωμάτιο.

Η πισίνα συνοδεύεται από ένα πέτρινο μονοπάτι, το οποίο ξεκινά από την κύρια είσοδο στο πίσω μέρος του σπιτιού και καταλήγει δίπλα στην πισίνα μπροστά, με θέα στα Λευκά Όρη στα αριστερά και στον κόλπο της Σούδας στα δεξιά. Η πισίνα μπορεί να θερμανθεί κατόπιν αιτήματος. Το ξύλινο κατάστρωμα που βλέπει κάτω στην πισίνα από ένα επίπεδο προς τα πάνω προσφέρει μια ακόμη πιο εντυπωσιακή θέα στη θάλασσα, τους ελαιώνες και τα βουνά, έναν συνδυασμό κατατεθέν της κρητικής τοπογραφίας. Η βίλα είναι κατάλληλη για άτομα με περιορισμένη κινητικότητα.

In short, the best villa we've ever stayed in!!!

The villa is unique, the interior spaces are airy, glazed, and have high ceilings. The view of the sea and the mountains is breathtaking, whether you look out of one of the windows, on the terrace, or from the pool, which is by the way absolutely amazing…
The villa is unique, the interior spaces are airy, glazed, and have high ceilings. The view of the sea and the mountains is breathtaking, whether you look out of one of the windows, on the terrace, or from the pool, which is by the way absolutely amazing and that you can access directly from the two lower bedrooms among other things. Everything is of extremely high quality, including the kitchen, baths, numerous towels (including those for the pool), the air conditioning in every room, the smart TV (Netflix, YouTube), and everything else. When we arrived, the hosts greeted us, gave us a tour of the residence, and arranged a surprise for us.

The villa is large and spacious, quiet (but close to all points of interest), clean, new and wonderfully maintained. Each time we discovered another lovely corner came in front of a breathtaking view. The owners of the villa are a simply charming and kind people. We were greeted with seasonal fruits wine and of course Raki. highly recommend.

wonderful holidays in crete

We lived in the house with our whole family (7 Persons) and it was wonderful. We were so sorry, that the weather was not nice. It was raining and not so warm. But all that we forgot, when we were inside this exceptional house. We felt pretty well and could swim in the heated pool. We thank our housekeepers, who were so friendly. They gave us some dessert for welcome and selfmade cookies. And they were here, whenever you needed them. We can really, really recommend this house.

The villa is just great, well designed, with all the modern appliances and nice furniture and the view both on the mountains and the sea is so amazing! The swimming pool is large and offers great views on the beautiful landscape. The villa is well situated, very close to the main road joining Chania and Rethymnon and the beaches and supermarkets are 10 minutes drive. The owners are very friendly, helpful and made us try greek specialties with daily gifts. We really enjoyed our holidays there and highly recommend staying at Kaminia Villa.

Breathtaking villa with superb owners

We booked this villa through Upcrete Villas. When we arrived we met the owners, a couple and their son (the couple didn't speak much English). First of all, the family were great, very kind, showed us around the area so we were familiar with our surroundings…
We booked this villa through Upcrete Villas. When we arrived we met the owners, a couple and their son (the couple didn't speak much English). First of all, the family were great, very kind, showed us around the area so we were familiar with our surroundings and took us to the villa to explain how everything worked. They also asked us when we would like the villa cleaned midweek and when they came the mother of the family cooked for us and brought us a well known local dish called moussaka which was not only very kind but also very delicious! The villa itself is truly breathtaking and has everything you need. It is off one of the national roads so it's easily accessible. You definitely need to have a car. The closest beach is Kalyves which is about a 5 minute drive and it's around 20-25 minutes to Chania town. Hoping I get to go back soon!
