Η Rouga Villa Chania είναι μια πολυτελής βίλα που συνδυάζει την παράδοση με τα μοντέρνα χαρακτηριστικά με έναν πολύ ήπιο τρόπο. Ένα πέτρινο σπίτι που προσφέρει άφθονο χώρο για να ζήσετε και να απολαύσετε τον ελληνικό ήλιο και τη φιλοξενία. Το Rouga Villa βρίσκεται στην Κρήτη, στα Χανιά, στην Ξηροστερνή. Μια πολυτελής παραδοσιακή ιδιωτική βίλα με 4 υπνοδωμάτια, 4 μπάνια, εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα και το βουνό, εκπληκτική πισίνα και τζακούζι.

Καθώς μπαίνετε στο κατάλυμα, συναντάτε έναν χώρο πλήρως εξοπλισμένης κουζίνας και το σαλόνι αυτού του ακινήτου συμπληρώνεται με το γυμναστήριο. Τα τεράστια παράθυρα επιτρέπουν στο φυσικό φως να εισέλθει και το κάνουν πιο φωτεινό και ευχάριστο. Υπάρχουν επίσης δύο υπνοδωμάτια με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο εξοπλισμένο με υδρομασάζ. Το κελάρι με τοπικά κρασιά και μικρό αποθηκευτικό χώρο συμπληρώνουν το ισόγειο.

Ο πρώτος όροφος αποτελείται από ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με μέγεθος βασίλισσας και μπάνιο με καμπίνα ντους με υδρομασάζ, μεγάλο σαλόνι και μοντέρνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Η μεγάλη βεράντα προσφέρει μεγάλη θέα στο βουνό και τη θάλασσα. Στον δεύτερο όροφο, υπάρχει ένα άλλο ευρύχωρο υπνοδωμάτιο με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και επίσης ένα εξαιρετικό υπαίθριο τζακούζι για τέσσερις, με θέα στο μαγευτικό τοπίο κατά το ηλιοβασίλεμα ή κάτω από το φως του φεγγαριού.

Οι θαυμάσιοι εξωτερικοί χώροι συμπληρώνονται με μια καταπληκτική θερμαινόμενη πισίνα, μπανιέρα τζακούζι με εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα και χώρο μπάρμπεκιου, και κρητικό φούρνο, προσφέροντας την ιδιωτικότητα που αναζητάτε. ! Leaving was so difficult!

What a lovely villa. I adored having so much room to spread out. The hot tub offered the nicest views, and the pool was fantastic!!!

High ceilings, gentle colors, and cleanliness ensure a great vacation. The pool and size were ideal for our group of 6 adults and 2 kids. We received excellent advice on things to do in the neighborhood from the owner, who was always available. The beach and bars are adjacent to the villa. You can reserve a private chef and a licensed massage therapist. We appreciate these wonderful days and will be returning.

We would recommend it!

Very beautiful villa far away from the city's bustle. A peaceful stay. Clean and well-equipped. Very convenient and easy check-in and check-out procedures. We would recommend it!

We have stayed in many VRBO properties and in this case the property actually lives up to the promise of the photos. It is a spacious and very stylish property in an old village in an interesting semi-rural location. It easily accommodates 8 people in considerable comfort both inside and outside. Given the location, a car is obviously a necessity for supermarket access and longer journeys, although there are a number of nearby villages within easy distance that offer excellent traditional Cretan fare. The owner, Vasilis, is easily contacted and responsive. Highly recommended. Neil

Always amazing!

Amazing place, host and location. Couldn’t have asked for more

Basket of local goodies. Clean mid-week. The villa is everything you see in the pictures and more! Couldn’t recommend it enough. Lots to do around the villa-relaxing by the pool on the warmer days. Or gym/sauna/hot tub on the colder days. Everyone had a amazing time. Can’t wait to go back if I get the chance again

Beautiful villa in a quiet location

The villa is very spacious and well appointed with everything you need for a quiet relaxing holiday. We had a lovely week and particularly enjoyed the new pool heating. Not cheap but worth it for the hours of enjoyment it gave the kids.

Villa Rouga is a gem of a property with fantastic views of Souda Bay and White Mountains from its position in the village of Xirosterni. Be it from the large terrace or from the luxury of the hot tub on the Master suite balcony, the scenery constantly changes with the varying sunlight. Closer to the villa a local shepherd tends to his flock on a regular basis ensuring a steady stream of local wildlife just meters away away from the pool whilst ensuring complete privacy. As a couple we really enjoyed the relaxing seclusion this villa had to offer. Spread over 3 floors, Accommodation is excellent with 4 bedrooms all with en suite done to a high standard. The facilities are great with everything you need at hand, including a sauna, gym and hot tub. You can never get bored here! In the unlikely event that you need assistance then Vasilis is a fantastic host who will attend to anything you need. A Cleaner and Gardener will also be on hand ensuring standards within the property are maintained to the high standard without disturbing your stay. Vasilis also offered a Chef to be available as an extra but I never took him up on this offer. WiFi is available within and outside the property to stay in touch with the outside world if required. The pool is also great and heated upon our arrival. The salt water filtering allows for a fantastic pool for swimming anytime of the day. Vasilis will also ensure a "Welcome" basket of local produce is available for your arrival which was great after a long journey. Outside the villa, Xirosterni is a small village with a small shop for essentials although a larger supermarket (Synka) is approx 10km away. 15-20 mins by car in the small town of Kalyves. Chania is 30 - 40 minutes away, as is the Airport. For the all important BBQ I recommend "John the English Butcher" in nearby Vamos (3km) for all your meat requirements. I have been to many properties around the world and I can truly recommend this property for relaxation or as a base to explore Crete further afield. Thank you Vasilis for a great vacation. Villa Rouga is a fantastic villa, that is finished to an excellent standard. The internal decoration been done with some lovely touches and taste. The owners are extremely welcoming and friendly providing a very thoughtful welcome basket of local treats, plus essentials and lovely local toiletries. Roof top Jacuzzi, sauna and gym plus the picturesque pool/garden with views towards the mountains make this villa an exceptional holiday stay. The first floor terrace provides great backdrops to lazy mealtimes. Well planned lighting makes the pool area a romantically charming evening spot, with hammock. The 1st floor kitchen /diner is well equipped with all mod cons, there is even a ground floor kitchen area as well to make BBQ'ing by the pool easier. There is a small local shop within the friendly village that provided most essentials.

This was a fabulous villa. Everything was perfect. Artemis and her brother were great hosts and when I left the paper copy of my driving license, they offered to drive to the airport to get it to me. This wasn't necessary but they posted it to me registered…
This was a fabulous villa. Everything was perfect. Artemis and her brother were great hosts and when I left the paper copy of my driving license, they offered to drive to the airport to get it to me. This wasn't necessary but they posted it to me registered post. The village is calm but with a great little shop and I would recommend this villa 100%. It's always tricky booking independently but you don't need to worry with this one. Top quality in everything.
