Το Evia Fox House είναι ένα ιδιωτικό εξοχικό σπίτι με ιδιωτική πισίνα που βρίσκεται στη Νεροτριβιά κοντά στην παραλία Δάφνη στο νησί της Εύβοιας (Εύβοια) Ελλάδα. Αυτή η μοναδική εξοχική κατοικία προσφέρει ένα περιβάλλον αρμονίας, χαλάρωσης και διακριτικής πολυτέλειας που περιβάλλεται από τη φύση της Εύβοιας και θεωρείται ιδανική για οικογενειακές διακοπές, καθώς και για αποδράσεις με φίλους. Η ενοικίαση για διακοπές βρίσκεται σε μια φυσική περιοχή, κοντά σε παραλίες και σε πολλά φυσικά ορόσημα της Εύβοιας.

Το Evia Fox House έχει τον δικό του μποέμ χαρακτήρα και η γοητεία του διαθέτει σύγχρονες ανέσεις, όπως μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με κομψή διακόσμηση και μεγάλα υπνοδωμάτια. Το εσωτερικό είναι διακοσμημένο με φροντίδα εμπνευσμένο κυρίως από το ελληνικό country style. Η κύρια κατοικία είναι πλήρως επιπλωμένη με πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, άνετο καθιστικό-τραπεζαρία με παραδοσιακό τζάκι, εξωτερική σκεπαστή βεράντα με μεγάλη τραπεζαρία, θέα στη θάλασσα και στο δάσος. Το κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο ανοίγει σε ιδιωτική βεράντα με θέα στη θάλασσα, το δάσος και την πισίνα. Επίσης ξεχωριστός ξενώνας με διπλό κρεβάτι και μπάνιο κοντά στην πισίνα. Ο εξωτερικός χώρος περίπου 900 m2 είναι καλυμμένος με γρασίδι και διαθέτει ιδιωτική πισίνα (διαστάσεις 9m x 4m, βάθος 1,80m). Το EviaFoxHouse είναι το ιδανικό μέρος για εμπνευσμένες διακοπές με αργή αίσθηση ταξιδιού, βόλτα στο χωριό και πίσω, ποδηλασία στο κοντινό βουνό και φυσικό καταφύγιο.

Αυτή η απομονωμένη και ξεχωριστή ενοικίαση διακοπών συνδυάζει μοναδικά την ατμόσφαιρα ενός παραδοσιακού εξοχικού σπιτιού με πολυτελή καταλύματα, που περιλαμβάνουν ιδιωτική πισίνα, υπέροχη θέα και απίστευτο φυσικό περιβάλλον. Η ενοικίαση για διακοπές διαθέτει 3 υπνοδωμάτια στο κεντρικό κτήριο συν 1 επιπλέον υπνοδωμάτιο σε ξεχωριστό ξενώνα. Παρέχει όλες τις απαραίτητες ανέσεις για μια πολυτελή διαβίωση, ιδανικά συνδυασμούς με παραδοσιακά έπιπλα και διακόσμηση που δημιουργούν ένα ξεχωριστό σύνολο για όσους αναζητούν χαλάρωση στη μεσογειακή ύπαιθρο. A place to relax

EviaFoxHouse is near by Athens, you can go to Athens in 1 1/2 hour. The island is very nice, there are a lot of nice restaurants. In Daphne you should visit the sunset bar, super :) But around Nerotrivia und Politika are more attractive restaurants like Petria or the Panorama-Restaurant. Thanks

We had a wonderful stay in Evia Fox House, and we would like to thank John and Dimitra for their great hospitality ! John was always there to answer our wishes. The house is stylishly furnished and has a very cozy atmosphere. It was great that it was possible to use the fireplace. We also enjoyed the garden with its mediterranean scent of lavender, oregano, rosemary, ... As there were no neighbors during our stay, we enjoyed the absolute quiet and peaceful seclusion of this place.

Highly recommended place

From the pictures I knew already that it would be a great place for relaxing. The villa has a lovely flair coming from many details. Great view, large balconey, cosy livingroom and perfect chillout places near the pool....we can really recommend this…

Super

Alles was super. Vom check-in bis hinzum Verabschieden. In der Umgebung gibt es einige kleinere Märkte und Tavernen. Liebevolle Familie die uns persönlich empfangen hat obwohl unser Flug Verspätung hatte und wir relativ spät am Haus angekommen sind…

Great time
