Το Corfu Dream Villa Athina είναι απλά εντυπωσιακό! Η τοποθεσία πρέπει να είναι όσο το δυνατόν πιο κοντά για να είναι τέλεια. Το Ανωτικό, όπως είναι γνωστό αυτή η περιοχή, φιλοξενεί μια χούφτα αποκλειστικές παραθαλάσσιες βίλες σε κοντινή απόσταση από την Κασσιόπη με το γοητευτικό λιμάνι.

Η Villa Athina μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 15 άτομα, ανάμεσα σε έναν μεγάλο κήπο με γκαζόν. Μόλις μπείτε μέσα, μπορείτε να εκτιμήσετε την προσοχή του ιδιοκτήτη στη λεπτομέρεια με την επιλογή κομψών και πολυτελών επίπλων. Ο μεγάλος ενιαίος χώρος καθιστικού/τραπεζαρίας έχει μεγάλες πόρτες βεράντας και από τις δύο πλευρές απορροφώντας αυτή την εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα και διαθέτει δορυφορική τηλεόραση (ορισμένα αγγλικά κανάλια μπορεί να είναι περιορισμένα) DVD και CD player. Η πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα προσφέρει όλα τα μειονεκτήματα για διακοπές βίλας με δυνατότητα προετοιμασίας γευμάτων. Σε αυτό το επίπεδο βρίσκονται τρία από τα υπνοδωμάτια της βίλας, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και δύο υπνοδωμάτια με 2 μονά κρεβάτια το καθένα με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο (το ένα διαθέτει ιδιωτικό ντους, ενώ το άλλο έχει ιδιωτικό μπάνιο) όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια έχουν πρόσβαση σε μπαλκόνια.

Τα σκαλοπάτια οδηγούν στον πρώτο όροφο στην κύρια σουίτα που διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με μπανιέρα τζακούζι, ενώ οι πόρτες του αίθριου οδηγούν σε μερικώς σκιασμένο μπαλκόνι. Επιστρέψτε στο σαλόνι ένα ακόμη σετ σκαλοπατιών οδηγεί σε μια αίθουσα παιχνιδιών με καθιστικό, όπου υπάρχει τραπέζι μπιλιάρδου, τραπέζι καρτών, οπτικοακουστικό εξοπλισμό και χώρος γραφείου με υπολογιστή και σύνδεση στο internet για όσους χρειάζονται παραλάβετε email ενώ βρίσκεστε μακριά. Σε αυτό το επίπεδο κήπου υπάρχει μια ακόμη κουζίνα με πλυντήριο πιάτων και δωμάτιο πλυντηρίου με πλυντήριο ρούχων και στεγνωτήριο. Τέλος, δύο υπνοδωμάτια με 2 μονά κρεβάτια το καθένα με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με ντους ολοκληρώνουν τη διαμονή.

Έξω από τη μεγάλη οβάλ πισίνα 18 μέτρων με ρωμαϊκά σκαλοπάτια, το σπίτι είναι ιδανικό για οικογένειες με μικρά παιδιά. Άνετες ξαπλώστρες και έπιπλα τραπεζαρίας περιβάλλουν την πισίνα και ένα μικρό μονοπάτι οδηγεί σε μια περαιτέρω τραπεζαρία ακριβώς δίπλα στη θάλασσα, μαζί με έναν μικρό βοτσαλωτό όρμο και βραχώδη περιοχή. Αρκετές καλυμμένες βεράντες και ομπρέλες παρέχουν άφθονη σκιά για όσους αναζητούν σκιά κατά τη διάρκεια της ζέστης της μέσης ημέρας.

Took all our family for a joint 60th birthday celebration. A truly amazing villa in a wonderful location and exceeded all our expectations. The property is equipped to the highest standard and there is every kitchen appliance you could think of if you want to cater for yourselves. The close proximity to the harbour with its restaurants and bars is a massive plus and there are several small supermarkets for your convenience. The one thing to be aware of is the very steep driveway to walk up to the entrance of the villa - anyone with mobility problems would have difficulty. A fantastic holiday.

Beautiful cocktail bars and areas by the sea provide places to sit and watch the world go by.

This was our second holiday in Villa Athena and I really, really hope we'll have loads more holidays here. Kassiopi is heavenly. We didn't need a car but we did hire a boat from Phillipes Boats & went off to various Taverners around the beautiful coast.

Spacious villa with a wonderful pool overlooking coastline. Two living spaces felt even larger than the pictures showed, ever room was exactly as described and as shown in photos. Immaculately clean and very well stocked with just about everything we need for the week. In the perfect location a short stroll away from harbour with so many restaurants and bars, but we did find it hard to tear ourselves away from that view, the gardens, the pool. We were a party of seven adults and really need two weeks to do the space on the villa justice. We will be back. Kassiopi is a very pretty harbour with a laid back attitude, more than enough restaurants and bars with very reasonable prices ( we spent about £30 per couple including wine and water)
