Το Villa Bayad είναι μια ευρύχωρη, πολυτελής βίλα 4 υπνοδωματίων, σχεδιασμένη από τον Popo Danes, έναν από τους πιο γνωστούς αρχιτέκτονες στη Νοτιοανατολική Ασία. Η βίλα είναι παραδοσιακά διαμορφωμένη ως συγκρότημα, τα 4 υπνοδωμάτια είναι ξεχωριστά σπίτια δίπλα στο κύριο σπίτι, όλα συνδεδεμένα με πέργκολες με λουλούδια. Από κάθε δωμάτιο, υπάρχει μια όμορφη θέα στις γύρω ρίζες, στο ιερό ηφαίστειο του Μπαλί στον ορίζοντα.

Ο ευρύχωρος χώρος καθιστικού και τραπεζαρίας ανοίγει σε μια μεγάλη βεράντα, περιτριγυρισμένη από λουλουδάτες, πολυεπίπεδες λιμνούλες και πλαισιωμένες από δύο άνετα μπαλάκια, όπου μπορείτε να χαλαρώσετε, ακούγοντας το νερό που ψεκάζει και απολαμβάνοντας την όμορφη θέα. Μια ανοιχτή, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα είναι έτοιμη για το προσωπικό να προετοιμάσει τα γεύματά σας κατόπιν αιτήματός σας - ή μη διστάσετε να χρησιμοποιήσετε την κουζίνα μόνοι σας εάν προτιμάτε να μαγειρεύετε τα γεύματά σας. Τα 4 ευρύχωρα κλιματιζόμενα υπνοδωμάτια είναι όλα ξεχωριστά σπίτια, εκ των οποίων τα δύο διαθέτουν ιδιωτική ανοιχτή κουζίνα και τραπεζαρία, καθώς και ιδιωτική πισίνα με πισίνα με νερό και τράπουλα. Επιπλέον, κάθε σπίτι προσφέρει επιπλωμένη βεράντα και μπάνιο με πλήρη υγειονομική, καμπίνα ντους και έναν μικρό τοίχο με κήπο με υπαίθριο ντους.

Η τεράστια ιδιωτική πισίνα 18 x 5 μέτρων τροφοδοτείται με νερό από πηγές και πλαισιώνεται από ένα ευρύχωρο κατάστρωμα πισίνας από μασίφ ξύλο, επιπλωμένο με πολλές ξαπλώστρες και ξαπλώστρες. Η προεξέχουσα πισίνα είναι ένα παραδοσιακό μπαλάκι, όπου μπορείτε να χαλαρώσετε στη σκιά.

First visit to Bali. Four of us spent 5 nights at Villa Bayad and immediately were immersed in the countryside experience in Bali. Upon entering you feel as though you are hidden among the lush vegetation and rice fields which immediately puts you in a state of relaxation. The four bedrooms with (en suites) are separate from one another providing guests with privacy from one another while also having central areas to gather and socialize with each other (poolside, outdoor table, dinner space, etc.). Komang, who manages the Villa was a great resource for us as well. He helped us plan our days, provided us with information regarding the nearby areas, and provided us transport while answering our various questions relating to Bali. He also arranged for multiple massages at the Villa (which is a great amenity to have) while also being flexible with our changing schedule while visiting. The chefs prepared wonderful Indonesian dishes. Every single meal was perfect and we realized we spent more time wanting to eat in the Villa rather than eat out anywhere. We were provided with numerous options for breakfast, lunch and dinner which allowed us the opportunity to try many different dishes. Overall the experience was great and the staff was amazing. It was the perfect place to completely unwind and relax before heading home to reality.

Everything was superb: the location of the Villa in the heart of Ubud,the lush vegetation and the beautiful gardens, the magnificent architecture and all the little details in each space makes this Villa the perfect Bali experience. Hats off to the helpful staff, so polite and warm. Special thanks to Komang, who was always ready to show us around and tell us about his beautiful culture and traditions.

We stayed for a week in Villa Bayad together with our children who are in the thirties. Villa Bayad Is the most amazing and beautiful villa, we ever had seen. The surroundings are magnificent, the villa and bungalows are designed in totally respect for the Balanise traditions and architecture. The infinity pool and pool area is breath- taking. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, professional, flexible and considerated. The House Manager Komang, took care of us from start to end together with the Head Chef who prepared the most delicious food every day. It is the best and most divine holiday/experience we have had. The cooperation with Red Lotus Property has been easy and forthcoming. We wish Villa Bayad and the staff all the best in the future.

Bayad villa has amazing location situated in the heart of the jungle forest, 20 min away from the Ubud center. Unique balinese experience in relaxing, natural and private surrounding with heartwarming staff, most delicious homemade food (super vegetarian & vegan friendly), breathtaking wildness of the jungle and service you can only dream of. At all times you can feel villa has been made respecting the balinese culture but organized to suit western people needs. Pool setup is superb and water is chemical free. Great place for yoga and meditation. Top level hospitality and naturalized homestay are reasons I will come to stay here again. I had the best time of my life, feeling recharged and reunited with the nature.

Our family of 6 were gobsmacked when we walked through doors to behold all the Villa Bayad showcases. Everything about staying here was easy and relaxing (and very soft on the eyes): the rooms, the staff that took care of us, the landscape and the food. The meals that were cooked for us were fresh and delicious - better than eating out! Komang was a beautiful host who was always there to offer suggestions about where to go and what to do. His English is perfect which was a bonus for us! We will definitely be back and recommend this accommodation to anyone - stay at least 3 nights... it’s worth it! The views, the garden and facilities available to us but especially the vistas that were visible from any angle made this trip for us.

We had a wonderful week at the gorgeous Villa Bayad in early July 2018. Nestled in the hills above Ubud, it was the perfect place for our large family to relax and enjoy the tranquillity and natural beauty of the Ubud hinterland. The accommodation was gorgeous and generous. The beds were big and comfortable. The architecture blended beautifully with the natural setting. The view over the adjoining rice paddies was stunning. However, above all Villa Bayad will be remembered for its lovely staff, led by the ever smiling and accommodating Komang. We enjoyed daily breakfasts with fresh juices and fruit and had many home-made meals in the dining room, overlooking the gardens. When we needed inspiration, Komang was ever ready to make recommendations to walk us through rice paddies and show us elephants, monkeys and much more. We will definitely be back.

Villa We arrived on the 9th of June and stayed for four nights at the master villa (2 rooms included for four people).The first impression of the villa is a jaw-dropping experience for all of us. Maybe perhaps we never saw anything better, but I doubt that Bali has to offer anything better considering that all of it (including a huge infinity pool) was just for us! We had two bedrooms, one of them a master bedroom with an amazing view, and another one with a private cute garden. Every detail and every touch of the villa is unique and handmade. First few days we just spent walking and exploring around the villa, it was so beautiful. Staff We had few people looking after us, serving us fresh and healthy breakfast every day (included) and cooked us dinner when we stayed at the villa for the evening. In general, they made us feel like Kings on the villa. Komang is the main person at the villa was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the villa and surroundings. He can recommend anything, from where to buy a swimwear to where to go for a dinner or make a whole travel programme for you. He also was driving us around, which was safe and comfortable. Because the villa was so huge, we could easily communicate via WhatsApp with Komang. Also, it is important to mention, that Komang and management of the villa speak very good English, so there was no confusion at all. Compare to other places in Bali staff doesn't speak English often, so it was a big bonus. The only thing I want to ask management is to invest into the other people at the villa, so they can also learn and improve their English skills. This is not because we had any disadvantage but because we want Bali people to progress and have better opportunities in life. We will miss villa Bayad, it was the most memorable part of our trip to Bali (we stayed in other places too), and we will defiantly recommend it to anyone going to Bali. Thanks again to everyone at the villa who made this experience unforgettable!
