Perfect place for family holidays!!!!

We loved everything! The Vila was perfect for our family. It has everything we could ask for. It was very clean and beautifully designed. My kids loved the pool and the billiard table it also had games that we used. We really enjoyed every minute there…

My kids loved the pool and the billiard table it also had games that we used. We really enjoyed every minute there. On top of it our host brought us traditional food we enjoyed eating The hosts were very friendly, took care of all our needs immediately, and always a smiled. Perfect place to stay in Crete !!!

The accommodation is just amazing. It's actually a lot nicer than the pictures suggest. There were six of us in the villa for two weeks and we didn't miss anything. The hosts are just great and warm. We were greeted with a homemade moussaka and in between…

We were greeted with a homemade moussaka and in between freshly baked brownies. The garden deserves a special mention. Rarely seen such a great and well-kept garden in Greece. We would vacation there again at any time. It doesn't get any better than that.

We were 4 adults and 3 children and everyone has space inside and outside to eat, play, read... there are a lot of toys for the children. The villa was even better than shown in the pictures. Everything is on a very high standard and perfectly maintained. The welcoming by the owners was very warm like meeting old friends. We enjoyed the heated pool very much (about 29 degrees C). The equipment was outstandig, there was even a printer for the laptop. The hosts were the best we ever had. Communication was excellent and they cared a lot. On arriving we found a complete excellent homemade meal and a lot of treats. The garden felt like paradise. We will be back for sure.

We stayed at Velvet Breeze Villa, so luxurious and beautiful! There was fun for everyone from my grandmother to my niece-We swam, lounged, played soccer in the yard all day... played pool, and caught shooting stars all night. Plenty of room for all of us, and hosted by the loveliest couple - Tomas and Kiki! They welcomed us with open arms and were quick to help with any questions-only a phone call away! I recommend this Villa to anyone going to Crete!

Great family holiday with amazing hosts in a beautiful villa

Villa was huge, plenty of space for everyone (6 adults, 2 children). 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (2 of them ensuite) to minimize potential of conflicts :). Kitchen was equipped with every machine eventually needed. On arrival the hosts greeted us with dinner. They recently installed a playground, which can be seen from the terrace. So the kids could play during our breakfast, a relaxed morning guaranteed. The pool can also be supervised from the terrace. The realty ist complete enclosed, so no kids could ever escape. Most evenings were spent at the billardtable, was a lot of fun to play until bedtime! Also the beautiful town of Rethymno was just a 20min drive away. It's a great place to spend your evenings or even whole afternoon! Smaller supermarkets are in walking distance (10min, 15min - 3min by car), bigger shopping tours were done at the Lidl at the beginning of Rethymno (10min drive). You have to mention the kindness of hosts Thomas and Kiki. Every aspect of our interaction, from Kiki's warm greeting late at night, her breakfast for our trip to the beach or the support from Thomas prior to our journey and throughout our stay via Whatsapp and e-mail was exceptional.

Brilliant, luxury villa with fantastic hosts who go the extra mile to make your stay memorable

Amazing villa that delivers luxury and comfort. The hosts Thomas and Kiki are incredible and very welcoming - and made the entire vacation one to remember. The villa is extremely well furnished, has the kids loved the pool table and pool.

The photos and description of the villa were great but to see it took it to another level, it really was a fantastic property with great facilities and great views. We were a family group of 7 and there was plenty of space inside and out for us all to do what we wanted. The villa is only a couple of years old and the design and quality of fittings are outstanding and everything seemed to be in the right place. The pool was great as were the sun loungers, the seating and shaded areas, and the garden was a real bonus with lots of thoughtful planting and colour from the bougainvillea, gaura and exotic bird of paradise. If you are a keen gardener as I am then talk to Thomas and he might have a surprise for you! Everything worked well and Thomas and Kiki were on hand just in case it wasn't. Kiki excelled herself with the welcoming moussaka, drinks and essentials, and mid week brought us some fantastic chocolate soufflé cakes. All in all we had a great holiday, in a great villa with caring owners. Thank you.

Villa Akti (Velvet Breeze) is a beautiful villa with a nice garden, outside grill and swimming pool. It has AC and the rooms and kitchen are spacious. Everything you need for a splendid holiday. The view is amazing and is close to the many beaches and restaurants. The owners (Thomas and Kiki) are fantastic and they do care about your wellbeing. We were very happy to have rented this place with four adults and four children(and yes...very good Wifi). It's is centrally located so easy to travel to Elafonissi, Plakias as well as to the east.

Absolutely amazing

Hosts were amazing, villa really excellent. We couldn’t have had a better villa, location and stay. Both for our friends without children and for us (with children), this villa was perfect.
