Fabulous modern villa with all the amenities you would expect. Large bedrooms and an amazing outdoor space and pool. The self-contained studio apartment below offers a lot of flexibility for groups or families.

Amazing place and perfectly suited to larger families.

Amazing place and perfectly suited to larger families. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom and there’s a shower outside so you really do have plenty of room. The outside area really is stunning. Loads of great beaches nearby.

Simply stunning - this really is luxury living! You can't beat that view, it looks more like a postcard than reality. George was amazingly helpful and it's a really short drive to everything you need (which we were pleased about, we wanted privacy and to be away from the business of the town!) Super clean, super deluxe rooms, super easy to get in even after-hours like we did. Couldn't recommend it more. (A note that we were in Villa Rodo - do try and get one of the others in the line if you're after all day sunshine, as Villa Rodo lost it circa 4pm just due to the positioning of the house)

Very good location and lovely villa

The villa was excellent, spacious and well-equipped (except for one shower-room extractor fan that didn’t work). Great location with lovely views of Vlycha Beach. Easy (car or bus) access to a good supermarket and to Lindos village. It’s a shame…
The villa was excellent, spacious and well-equipped (except for one shower-room extractor fan that didn’t work). Great location with lovely views of Vlycha Beach. Easy (car or bus) access to a good supermarket and to Lindos village. It’s a shame there is no footpath down to the beach as the car is required to get to the excellent Lindian restaurant. On arrival the keys were easy to access and Giorgios was available on the phone, but we never got to see him in person during the week, despite expecting to. The pool was serviced regularly and the linen changed twice during the week. There was no information provided regarding waste disposal, and the single bin up by the parking area was often full to bursting. I cannot say the kitchen and the utensils were spotless on our arrival and there was a bit of an ant problem. On the fourth evening, we were surprised to have a family arrive saying they were booked for our villa that night! In fact it was an error by an agency other than HomeAway and it was quickly resolved as they were accommodated in the next door villa. Overall it was a lovely place to spend a week and the positives easily outweighed the negatives. I do think that for £5,000 a little more attention to detail is to be expected.

We had a great 12 days with our 4 children. The villa is beautiful!

The villa is well located close to Lindos and to great restaurants and supermarket. It takes about 45 minutes to get to Rhodes old town but the drive is very pleasant. We took a boat out to Simi and around the Island.

Beautiful place to stay for a relax vacation nearby Lindos. We loved the space and private pool and the Beautiful vieuw we had from our villa. George gave us Nice tips to eat and was very helpfull if we need something. Greetz from Holland , Anouk

A lovely villa with a great terrace and fabulous views, good location just a short drive or taxi ride from Lindos. Small welcome basket when we arrived, supermarket not far George was a great host, turning up when we couldn't make something work (mainly incompetence on our part or dud batteries) telling us where to go and recommending beaches. Pool (unfenced if you have kids) not enormous but very pleasant and all very clean. 3 beds upstairs and studio room below for another 2) I would highly recommend it particularly for adults and teenagers

Great property, high spec and spacious

Great location about 2k from Lindos. The property is very well speciefied and owner/developer very helpful. Cleaning service came in every couple of days. Large outdoor terrace area (bigger than photos suggest). V Good

We booked to stay at the beautiful Lindia Athena villas for 10 nights in June 2016. We were a family of 7, plenty of space for us all with 3 bedrooms, and a studio, all with en suites. The view from the villas and pool was just incredible, we spent some days here and some visiting the different beaches on the island. Hiring a car is a must and very easy, either from the airport or in town once you have arrived. The villas are extremely clean, we had a maid come in daily to make the beds etc and were always left with clean bath and beach towels. The kitchen was fully equipped and a supermarket nearby, just a few minutes drive where you can get everything you'd possibly need. We also made good use of the BBQ outside. The terrace around the pool area is covered so you can get shade from the sunshine if needed. We would 100% recommend the villas to friends and family, we already have lots of people queuing up for the details. We will definitely be visiting again next Summer. The villas aren't in walking distance from town but you can easily take taxis into Lindos where you are spoilt for choice in regards to bars and restaurants. Lots of beautiful and local cuisines to choose from. George was fantastic to us throughout our stay, even when he had a very busy personal schedule, he looked after us non stop!
