Additionally, the host might suggest some good meals and places. Check-in and check-out are quick, simple, and completely hassle-free! We had a terrific time and a lot of fun, too, thanks in large part to the host who made everything extremely simple for us. Only positive feedback from the group of 8 of us

The villa was great. The views were amazing. It was very relaxing and peaceful given the low season. It has all the amenities. Giannis was a very responsive host and easy to communicate with.

We had a rental car which made things alot easier, so I definetly suggest to rent a car if you are staying at this place. Amazing house, great host! We will definetly come back next year.

I would definitely recommend staying here.

I booked Giannis’ villa for me and eight other friends. From the beginning, Giannis met us at the villa and we were made to feel incredibly welcome despite a flight delay resulting in us arriving at the villa close to 3am. The villa itself was beautiful…
I booked Giannis’ villa for me and eight other friends. From the beginning, Giannis met us at the villa and we were made to feel incredibly welcome despite a flight delay resulting in us arriving at the villa close to 3am. The villa itself was beautiful with gorgeous views and was just like the pictures. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was brilliant, only a short walk from the beach and the bus stop is just down the road with regular reliable buses, so it was easy to travel around the island -even without a car. Giannis was a very attentive host and was able to help us with anything our party needed. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Just wow !

Just wow ! What a beautiful home set on the hillside over looking the bay . Giannis is a wonderful host, nothing was any trouble to him ! He even got us ice when we could not find any in the supermarket, went and got medicine for our son and answered…
Just wow ! What a beautiful home set on the hillside over looking the bay . Giannis is a wonderful host, nothing was any trouble to him ! He even got us ice when we could not find any in the supermarket, went and got medicine for our son and answered any questions we had within minutes. The villa is well equipped and was very clean . We arrived late in the evening and there was a well stocked fridge for essentials. Giannis even stayed with us to check our son got there safely and spoke to the taxi drivers to direct them to the villa ( this was around 2 in the morning !) . We stayed in the villa on check out day as we had late flights which was just wonderful . We found a beautiful restaurant on the beach for fish , a short drive from the villa and would recommend Carosel in the town for dinner, huge portions and lovely food . All in all a wonderful holiday in a beautiful home, great location and such a fantastic host . We will definitely be recommending this home and especially Giannis ! Thank you Giannis for everything you did to make our holiday one we will never forget !

The property is white, bright and well-presented. The villa looks just like the photos and the pool/ outside area made our holiday a lovely family orientated experience. We were recommended days out and restaurants by Giannis- he clearly knows the area well. We would come back again without hesitation.

I recently stayed at this villa with 8 other family members and we all had a fantastic week! Beautiful clean villa, great pool/outdoor seating area, where we made great use of the bbq! As a self catering villa we felt the kitchen could have had a few extra bits of equipment to make cooking for 9 a little easier, and some more tea towels for drying dishes would have been handy as we ended up buying ourselves some more. There is a small local shop a short walk away with most of the necessities and a lovely beach a little further on too. Like suggested by the owner a hire car is definitely recommended to explore the other beautiful parts of the island. Thanks Giannis for a wonderful Holiday! I would love to return next year!

My family and I had a fantastic 2wks stay at this wonderful Villa. The views are breath taking and the villa itself is situated in a quiet area, which was perfect for us. I would definitely recommend car hire as it allowed us to visit so many places on the island but also for the convenience of shopping in the nearest Supermarket. A special mention must go to Giannis the owner of the villa. He was incredibly attentive to our needs and nothing was too much trouble for him. He made our stay relaxing and enjoyable!

The house has everything you would expect from a luxury holiday villa (large pool, jacuzzi bath to name but a couple) and lots of thoughtful touches (basics in the fridge on arrival, filter coffee, washing products etc). It really is as amazing as it looks in the pictures although the pictures don’t convey how beautiful the view from the garden is. Car hire would be recommended as the villa, although possible to reach by foot, is up a very steep hill and the majority of the shops and restaurants are not within walking distance. For us, the location was a selling point as you don’t hear any noise from the town or hotels. Giannis, the host, really is one of the most genuinely kind and likeable people you could wish to meet. Nothing was too much trouble for him and all questions were answered so quickly. There is nothing I could have wanted more from a villa or host and I cannot recommend both enough. We would love to return.

We went as a group of 10 adults and Giannis’s villa was beyond perfect! Truly the best holiday we have had as a group! Pictures are exactly what you would expect, the pool was a perfect size for us and we had plenty of fun/games/relaxation! we wanted something quite remote and away from the busyness, so we hired cars (definitely recommend) we travelled to the water park (15 mins), Rhodes old town (25 mins), Faliraki strip (15mins) you can also get a bus to all these places which is a 5 min walk to the bus stop from the villa - you can get to the beach in about 7min walk. The villa is on a hill so the walk back is steep but very manageable as we did this a couple of times a day still. There are a few cocktail/sports bars about a 15-20min walk from the villa which was a great night too! The locations really is perfect and the views are beyond beautiful. Giannis as a host was amazing - nothing was too much trouble, a quick message and he was straight to reply - and arrived to the villa with fresh fruit, water and beer! What a perfect start. Can’t thank Giannis enough for the perfect villa and holiday!

The villa itself it set in a remote part in the hill but is perfect if you don’t want any noise (especially if you are taking kids as I did). We went out of season so there was not a great deal open as Giannis has already mentioned before booking but everything is either a short taxi (ranging from €8-€15) or if you fancy a walk it is possible. There is a small shop down the bottom of the hill to the left along the main road which we made full use of. Giannis made sure all our needs was met very promptly which was great, he even picked us up when he saw us walking back from the beach, he made a few trips as there was 12 of us.......what host does that! Brilliant stay! Thanks very much.

A warm welcome to the villa from the owner Giannis, such a nice bloke, told us all about the villa reccomended places to eat and visit etc. Highlighted was only ever a call or text away for any help or problems. One day we asked if the villa had a Bluetooth speaker which it didn’t however he went out and bought one for us to use during our stay. Nice touch. The villa itself is of very high standard and the views are incredible with sun rising straight in front of the villa. The pool was cleaned 2 or 3 times during our stay. Plenty of towels provided and clean linen stored if needed. Has dishwasher and washing machine which is also very handy. We was a group of 6 adults and 3 children each of the 5 bedrooms has a double or king bed. Showers and bathrooms were immaculate. Can’t fault a thing apart from we which we had stayed longer. Thank you Giannis see you again I hope. All the best Josh and family.

Just got back home after spending a week on this stunning island and this villa was the icing on the cake. I came with my partner, our 4 children, my mum, Dad and brother and all of us fell in love. The villa itself is new and very modern. It’s beautifully clean and ticks all the boxes for a perfect family holiday. The location is brilliant with the most amazing views of the sea. We were met on arrival by the owner (John) who like all the other Greeks we met was incredibly friendly and helpful. He marked the best places to go on a map and even recommended the best restaurants. He made it clear he was only ever a phone call away if we needed anything. We had the most amazing holiday and that was partly down to this wonderful villa. All 9 of us fully recommend Hill and Sea View Villa to anybody thinking to holiday on this amazing Island. Just be sure to hire a car from the airport otherwise you may struggle to find your way around. Many thanks to John for making us so welcome. Cant wait to return

A nice relatively new 3 storey house with full kitchen amenities The house was as described It is a bit of a walk to the Main Street of Kolymbia and you should have a car as the walk up the hill after an ouzo or 6 is a bit trying It's about a 15-20 min walk to the main strip Gianni was at the house to greet us and supplies some drinks and basic groceries to get us started We used the charcoal Bbq on 1 night which was great This host is very accomodating and will stay in touch via SMS to check on you After 3 nights he called in the cleaner to refresh the house He can arrange cars if required through Panos who is also a nice man Thank you Gianni also for helping with the extra suitcases back to the airport Would I stay here again? Definitely!

This hill top home is quiet, in a safe area, well supplied with pool/beach towels, soaps for each bathroom sink, kitchen soaps. Giannis gave us gifts of fruit and great Greek wine. He is a reliable host who helped with our transfer company. Giannis is responsive and reliable with communication before and during our stay. He was available at any time, even for our very early morning (4am) departure to call our transfer company. A car is needed to enjoy the many beaches and ancient sites of Rhodes. Kolympia serves as a central location to drive 20min north to Old Town or 20min south to Lindos. We also drove to Kamiros (70 min) and other western Rhodes ancient sites. The kitchen is well equipped for full meal preparation but nearby restaurants were our meal choice. We were happy to use the manual juicer for fresh squeezed orange juice morning or afternoon bought at a roadside stand for €5 for a heavy 6kg bag. He has baby items for families with little ones. The private pool does not have a fence so close supervision is necessary for novice swimmers and babies. Enjoy Giannis home for a great stay in Rhodes. Our two families of 8ppl enjoyed our mid-April 5days at Giannis' home.

The villa was great. The views were amazing. It was very relaxing and peaceful given the low season. It has all the amenities. Giannis was a very responsive host and easy to communicate with.
