Кухня полностью оборудована и имеет духовку, холодильник и морозильник, а также посудомоечную машину. На первом этаже находится полностью кондиционированная спальня с двуспальной кроватью и собственной ванной комнатой. На первом этаже также есть дополнительная ванная комната с душем.

Поднявшись по лестнице, вы попадаете в спальные комнаты, где находятся 2 спальни с кондиционерами. В первой есть двуспальная кровать и собственный балкон. Во второй спальне двуспальная кровать и в соседней комнате односпальная кровать. Обе спальни имеют ванные комнаты. На вилле есть еще три спальни внизу. В первом установлены двухъярусные кровати, а во втором — двухъярусные кровати и диван, что делает их идеальными для многодетных семей. Также имеется третья спальня с двухъярусными кроватями.

Absolutely would return a second time.

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation in the villa with its stunning ocean view! The villa's location, in the middle between Rodos and Lindos, is quite handy.

It was a perfect vacation for us. The villa is clean and very comfortable. The view from there is incredible. Location is also great, not very far from the airport. There is a small town nearby with some good tavernas. I would recommend to rent a car…

Un accueil très chaleureux, une écoute toute particulière aux besoins et interrogations des voyageurs et une réactivité exceptionnelle. En bref, un superbe séjour dans cette villa. Attention toutefois à la proximité immédiate avec le voisinage qui peut rendre complexe l'utilisation des équipements extérieurs après 22h00. Nous sommes venus entre amis pour un anniversaire et il est vrai que les nuisances sonores arrivent facilement aux oreilles des voisins. Mais les prestations restent d'excellente qualité, les équipements proposés sont parfait. Proximité avec la plage de Kolympia à seulement quelques mètres, équidistant des villes de Rhodes et Lindos (30min en voiture), et tout proche des baies d'Anthony Quinn et Ladiko (10min en voiture) et de la station balnéaire de Faliraki (15min en voiture) avec sa plage et ses bars de nuit. Emplacement idéal, hôte parfait!

This was an absolutely luxurious experience. The home is spacious, clean, and stylish. The beds were comfortable and nearly every room has its own balcony. The outdoor spaces are lovely as well. We enjoyed the infinity pool and jacuzzi day and night…
This was an absolutely luxurious experience. The home is spacious, clean, and stylish. The beds were comfortable and nearly every room has its own balcony. The outdoor spaces are lovely as well. We enjoyed the infinity pool and jacuzzi day and night. The views of the Mediterranean were amazing. The beach outside is easy to access, although very rocky (you’ll need water shoes). You can easily walk to the town of Kolympia where there are shops and restaurants. We were happy to have a rental car to explore other places on the island, but the buses are frequent and the stop is close by if you don’t have a car. Upon arrival we found a fully-stocked refrigerator with water, beer, milk, juice, and food. We also were provided with a huge bowl of fresh fruit, wine, and other snacks. Such a nice touch. The host was responsive when we had a power outage and the WiFi needed to be reset, and also went out of his way to assist me when I thought I left my passport at the rental car counter. This home is huge and would be a perfect place for a couple of families to vacation together, or for a large family gathering.

Best holiday we had for a very long time. The Villa has everything you want for an expanded family vacation. You have privacy for parents on one hand, and a place for all to get together and enjoy the amazing swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Cooking and eating all together , our own sea to swim in . The location is not too far from town center, but also not too close. A perfect Holiday. And on top of everything - the service! always with a smile and anything we needed. Thank you and keep it up, we will come back

Fantastic Villa.A+++

Fantastic Villa. Great pool and sauna. The pier made swimming in the ocean a joy. We had from 8-15 people there for a week in July/August. Bunkbeds are good for the kids. Loads of nightlife within walking distance. A+++

The beachfront location and the external areas of the villa were sensational with lots of stylish areas for lounging, eating and socialising. The beach is pebbly and not particularly pretty but the jetty made up for this as it was easy to get into the crystal clear water. There are sandier beaches within walking distance and further down the coast but we were content to lounge around the villa watching all the colourful water sports activity going on in the bay. The water sports centre next door was a huge bonus - it was reasonably priced and we took advantage of all the activity on offer for kids and adults. The restaurants and shops of Kolymbia were an easy 10/15 minute walk away and there is a little shop just behind the villa which sells handmade sandwiches, drinks, pastries and baguettes etc. We arrived very late at night and the hosts had very thoughtfully provided a huge welcome back which contained everything we needed and more to get through the night and the next day without going to a supermarket. All in all, the villa had all the style and comfort we needed for three families of 4 people - without getting under each other’s feet - and we had a wonderful family holiday.

We highly recommend this beautiful Villa. Our family had a wonderful 7 day stay and enjoyed everyone of them. The location on the beach could not be any better and the village location is perfect!

Överraskad och lycklig av det ompysslade trädgården där vi fick plocka tomater, gurka, meloner, zucchini, lök och aubergin! Väldigt professionellt och vänligt bemötande från Mr George både innan resan och under vår semester. Från hjälp med bokning av transfer till lösning av att vi på hemresedagen, med sen avgång fick tillbringa den på ett hotell.
