Dimitris welcomed us in the villa with a big smile and a lot of patience. This is definitely the best villa I ever visited with great location (very quiet) and amazing view to the sea. The villa is well design and equipped (Dimitris also filled the fridge with some stuff to make our arrival even easier). I'm sure that it was our first time in the villa but not the last =) Thanks you Dimitris!!!

We have celebrated our wedding at this villa and it was just amazing! Villa hosts Dimitris and George helped us to organize everything and it was at highest level, food was very delicious, DJ super professional, cleaning support invisible and efficient. We are very pleased because you made our special day unforgettable and perfect. Villa itself is fully equipped and filled with everything you need. Pool area have plenty of sun-bed and toys for children. All the recommendations provided by hosts was super. They also helped us with organization of private boat trip for 20 persons and we really enjoyed it. Thank you a lot and a lot! / Мы отдыхали на этой вилле 4 дня и это было незабываемо, мы выбрали ее для проведения свадебной вечеринки и не сколько не пожалели. Вилла оборудована всем необходимым, куча посуды, винный шкаф, кофе машина и т.д. Владельцы к нашему приезду заполнили холодильник едой и напитками, купили несколько бутылок отличного вина это было очень приятно. Владельцы виллы помогли организовать свадебную вечеринку на высочайшем уровне, порекомендовали диджея и кейтеринг с вкуснейшей едой и безупречным обслуживанием, сами проконтролировали чтобы все прошло на высоте. Помимо этого организовали нам поездку на яхте для большой компании, помогли с арендой машины, дали рекомендации по ресторанам и кафе. Всем рекомендуем эту виллу для отдыха и проведения мероприятий, вы точно не пожалеете!

Facilities are beautiful, rooms are huge and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook a massive feast - especially with the super impressive bbq facilities outside! Pool area is fantastic with no shortage of places to enjoy a cold drink while looking out across the pool to the ocean. D&G are fantastic hosts who offer amazing local tips on how to enjoy Rhodes and personal touches. I celebrated a special birthday and they made it even better than I could have expected. Definitely go to Rhodes and definitely stay here!

We had a great time at Villa Thea Sunrise. The pool was great and we are really missing the amazing views. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and we cooked on the bbq almost every day. The taxi rank is 5 min walk along a gravel track and it’s only €10 to get in to Rhodes Town. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms and we had some good games of snooker too! Thanks again!

We spent a wonderful 1-week-holiday in George & Dimitris's Villa. The house is simply stunning in a great location. Everything was perfect - the modern and comfortable house, the fully equipped kitchen, the large bedrooms, the unbelievable view and the amazing outdoor part with its marvelous swimming pool. Dimitris is a 5-stars-host, very friendly and always careful at any time. He welcomed us at the check-in explaining all the details of the house and giving us precious advices regarding restaurants and nice beaches in Rhodes. Our experience was absolutely fantastic and we hope to be back again in the future. Highly recommended!!

Everything was super!

We had a fabulous week at Sunrise Villa! As the first guests to stay at this newly built property we weren't sure what to expect but things were well executed and ready for us upon arrival. The home itself perfectly captured the indoor/outdoor living we were seeking for our week in Rhodes. The outdoor living area was perfectly set up to bask in the sun and enjoy the views. The home is conveniently located for sight seeing in the Old Town or day trips to beaches or other ruins around the island. The hosts/owners Dimitris and George welcomed us upon arrival and went through the home and features with us thoroughly. They had the kitchen stocked with essentials and fresh fruit which was great as we arrived late after markets closed. They were also extremely helpful throughout our stay with recommendations for restaurants, sites to visit and coordinating a chef to make dinner for us one night. Overall we had a great babymoon and thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent a home in Rhodes.
