We had such a great time in this villa in Lourdata. It has the most amazing view, we just could not get enough of it. The villa has a nice modern design and is cleverly designed so that every room has an ocean view. It's location is perfect as you are more or less alone (aside from the villa next to it). The lovely beach is only 3 min by car and has a nice laid back feel (not very crowded) and great restaurants. The owner of this villa is very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to vacation in Kefalonia.

Amazing and stilyish furnished villa with a stunning view over the sea in a very quiet area. You can hear the sea. Gerasimos is very friendly and helpful with quick response in communication. He met us on an easy to find location and escorted us to the villa (some windy and steep roads). Rooms were very clean. All the stuff in the house worked fine. Due to fly screens on all windows and doors no bugs inside the house. Air condition works very well. Good-equipped kitchen plus a simple charcoal grill outside (barbeque with this stunning view is amazing! There is a good meat market 10min drive away.) Infinty-pool with very clean water. High-quality sunbeds. --> Nearly perfect villa. Will come back some time !

The Villa Rock is set in a stunning location with spectacular views from the beautiful infinity pool out over the coast towards Zante. The villa is modern and clean and has everything you need. Gerasimos is a superb host and can’t do enough to help - arranging transport and tours and even coordinating the delivery of our missing luggage. The villa is quite remote and a car is definitely an advantage, although a 20 minute downhill walk will get you to the beach and a number of tavernas, only the extremely fit or foolhardy would attempt to walk back up the hill. There is a bus that runs periodically but taxi is less than EUR10 and is probably the best bet. This is a very impressive property and I would highly recommend it.

Absolutely beautiful location, wonderful pool and spectacular view! The villa layout is perfect for 2 couples, stylish and clean, with good showers and kitchen facilities. Road down to the village & beach is quite steep, but made for some fun evenings out walking! Lourdas has some very nice restaurants - Lorraine’s and Andromeda stood out in particular. Road along beach is great for a morning run (and flat!). Gerasimos was the perfect kind of host - escorted us to the villa, which would have been hard to find otherwise, and helped us with questions, but was not intrusive at all, allowing us to enjoy the peacefulness of the beautiful location. We would love to come back!

We had an amazing few days at Villa Rock as part of our honeymoon. The host was very communicative and helpful with questions we had about the area. The villa is stunning, we lost count of how many times we said to each other ‘I can’t believe the view is real’. We loved waking up here every day. You can walk down to some lovely restaurants and get taxis back very easily. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Makis place is a gem in Kefalonia. Me and my boyfriend stay there for a week and we had an amazing time. The design, the views and the pool are great. Makis is a great host and was there everytime we needed him. Stay there!

Wir waren zu viert zu Gast bei Gerasimos. Die Villa, der Pool und die Aussicht sind original wie auf den Bildern! Es wird nicht zu viel versprochen. Dazu kommt noch, dass Gerasimos ein ganz toller Gastgeber ist, der sehr hilfsbereit und immer für jeden Tipp zu haben war. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen und bedanken uns für die ganz tolle Zeit! A fantastic place to stay in Kefalonia! The villa is clean and new, and the patio and pool are a lovely place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the island. But, more than that, Gerasimos is a great host, he met us in an easy to find location and took us to the house, provided us local tips on where to eat and what to see, and was very quick to respond to messages. He really does go above and beyond, though--one day there was a little noise from light construction at the adjacent villa, and he unexpectedly went out and brought us some (delicious) Spanakopita for lunch from a local bakery. We weren't even bothered by the noise but it was a very nice gesture! He also really helped us out as RyanAir does not allow mobile boarding passes from Kefalonia airport, so he met us in Argostoli in the afternoon after we'd already checked out and provided us with printed copies. Thanks again for a great visit!

Bella villa di nuova costruzione e arredata con gusto moderno con vista mozzafiato sulla spiaggia di Lourdas dalla piscina a sfioro. Il proprietario Gerasimos si è dimostrato di grande supporto e disponibilità nei nostri confronti per qualsiasi esigenza. La villa è indipendente e inserita in un contesto con un'altra villa dalle caratteristiche identiche ma un po' più grande per cui si gode della massima privacy. E' consigliabile avere un'auto per gli spostamenti ma si puo' raggiungere la spiaggia anche a piedi solo che la risalita è abbastanza impegnativa. Adatta a famiglia o a due coppie è l'ideale per una vacanza di relax e tranquillità e nelle vicinanze si trovano trattorie ristoranti supermarkets etc. Molto molto bella questa vacanza

We were the first guests to stay in this villa which has been built to a very high spec. Gerasimos was kind enough to meet us and show us the way to the villa with a pit stop to the supermarket so we could stock up on goods. He was an instantly likeable person from the booking process to actually meeting in person.We have stayed in many luxury villas and this was up there with the best of them. We had a very relaxing/peaceful stay and it is pretty private with there being only one other villa which isn't really visible. The villa (villa rock) is south facing so you have the sun all day long and there is sufficient shade to sit outside even when the sun is beating down. The pool has a shallow end and a deep end and you'll find yourself not wanting to get out. There are air conditioning units in all rooms, mini luxury toiletries plus bath and pool towels are provided. House cleaning is done once and is very thorough.The beach is about a 15 minute walk which we did on a few occasions, but if you have mobility issues, the walk back up the hill may be a little too strenuous. We did however thoroughly enjoy the walk as Lourdas village is pretty and well kept. There are a number of quiet tavernas to choose from however, we only ate out on a few occasions - choosing rather to BBQ and enjoy the views.There are mini supermarkets within walking distance and they are well stocked and very reasonably priced. The Lourdas supermarket owner (on the way to the beach) George I think...was very friendly and enjoyable to talk to. There are larger supermarkets such as Lidl on the way to Argostoli which is about a 15 minute drive. At Argostoli there are many tavernas, markets and turtles to spot!Gerasimos checked in on us on a couple of occasions and made it clear that he was available should there be any questions. Perfect host which we cannot fault!

We had such a great time in this villa in Lourdata. It has the most amazing view, we just could not get enough of it. The villa has a nice modern design and is cleverly designed so that every room has an ocean view. It's location is perfect as you are more or less alone (aside from the villa next to it).
