Просторная двухэтажная вилла с множеством веранд и патио с беседками и захватывающим видом на Ионическое море - с острова Диас, Закинтоса и бескрайнего горизонта. Эта эксклюзивная вилла гарантирует незабываемое пребывание. Элегантный и современный, декор и архитектура удачно сочетают в себе современные элементы минимализма с традиционными кефалонскими деталями. Вилла имеет отдельный вход и парковку, частный бассейн 10 x 5, солнечные террасы, шезлонги и зонтики, а также стоит на собственной красивой территории.

Вилла Athena Kefalonia состоит из 2 этажей с 3 спальнями с двуспальными кроватями, способными разместить от 2 до 6 человек, и 3 роскошными ванными комнатами. Все комнаты полностью кондиционированы. Первый этаж предлагает спальню (2 x односпальные кровати) с ванной, гостиную / столовую со спутниковым ТВ, DVD. Оборудованная кухня с плитой, духовкой, холодильником с морозильной камерой, микроволновой печью, посудомоечной машиной и кофеваркой имеет выход на веранду. Все проемы ведут прямо в полностью ухоженный сад и бассейн. Лестница ведет на верхний этаж, где расположены еще две двухместные комнаты (одна главная спальня и спальня с двуспальной кроватью), как с ванными комнатами, так и с балконами, с которых открывается потрясающий вид на море. Вилла Афина предназначена для частного использования на 2-6 человек.

Schöne Villa mit ganz viel Ruhe und wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer. Es ist alles wie beschrieben, wir hatten viel Spass am Pool und beim Grillen. Die ganze Familie hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. 1 Stern Abzug gibt es für die nächtlichen Mosquitobesuche…

Schließlich haben wir Netze für die Badfenster besorgt, die dann vom Vermieter angebracht wurden. Dann war alles gut. Die Kommunikation war super freundlich und entspannt. Vielen Dank auch für das Late Check Out!

We would highly recommend and of the Liakas Villas (we stayed in Villa Athena) to anyone wanting to visit Kefalonia. The villa exceeded our expectations.

A truly amazing villa in a beautiful setting and lovely location. The place is so well equipped with towels, bedding and an amazing welcome pack. Spotlessly clean and the maids visiting throughout the week. We loved the local tavern, the beautiful beaches and the shopping at Agostolli. We would recommend a car as essential. Excellent value for money, gorgeous weather and lovely people. We hope to return.

We loved our stay at this villa. The outside photos are very accurate, it has the best pool and garden area of any villa I've stayed in. The inside area looks slightly different but along the same lines. We used the pool bar at the apartments complex…
We loved our stay at this villa. The outside photos are very accurate, it has the best pool and garden area of any villa I've stayed in. The inside area looks slightly different but along the same lines. We used the pool bar at the apartments complex half a mile up the road, the food and service was good. The maids came in and changed the towels/cleaned the villa a couple of times a week. Elina was very helpful with any requests before and during our trip. The very generous welcome pack and late check out were very much appreciated. This villa was exceptional value for the price we paid.

5-star villa!

This is a fantastically built and more than comfortable villa. There is plenty of space and the interior mod-cons inside the house work so well, making the stay there, perfect and easy. We loved the pool, and firing up the big BBQ at night for a cook-up…
This is a fantastically built and more than comfortable villa. There is plenty of space and the interior mod-cons inside the house work so well, making the stay there, perfect and easy. We loved the pool, and firing up the big BBQ at night for a cook-up. I can't see any reason how lot to love this place, our host Ellina just made everything so easy - so friendly and quick and responsive to any communications. There's also an over-generous surprise pack of welcome goodies when you first arrive ;) 5-star villa!

Really nice villa, spacious, clean, lovely pool and great views

For us it was the perfect location, only ten minutes from the local mini markets, about 20 mins from Argostoli and loads of local restaurants. Highly recommend this villa. I also recommend a bit of online research as there's loads of places to visit…

Favolosa

La villa è realmente come si vede dalle foto.....fantastica. La piscina, il patio e il giardino sono meravigliosi. La villa è tenuta benissimo, pulitissima e dotata di tutto ciò che può servire. Assolutamente consigliata.
