Каждая вилла стоит в собственном саду с частным бассейном, каменной площадкой для барбекю среди зрелых оливковых деревьев, обеденной зоной на открытом воздухе, стильной мебелью, современной и хорошо оборудованной кухней и просторными спальнями с ванными комнатами, обеспечивающими комфорт в помещении и на открытом воздухе.

Эти прекрасные каменные виллы в самом сердце оливковой рощи Лефкаса сочетают в себе роскошь и современный комфорт. Виллы окружены оливковыми деревьями и построены в зрелом саду, где растут апельсиновые, лимонные и яблоневые деревья.

Внутри вилл сочетается современная и старинная мебель ручной работы, высокие деревянные потолки с открытыми балками и дубовые полы, придающие нотку роскоши. Снаружи среди нескольких мест, где можно выпить вина или поужинать, есть шезлонги и стол бистро рядом с бассейном, который освещен для полуночного купания. Есть большая беседка со скамейками, заваленными подушками, и столовая на свежем воздухе рядом со встроенным каменным барбекю. Внутри вилл в каждой комнате есть кондиционер (фанкойл), телевизор, Wi-Fi, все спальни имеют ванные комнаты и затененную обеденную террасу. Снаружи есть просторный внутренний дворик и стильный пейзажный бассейн на солнечной террасе из твердой древесины.

Каменная вилла поразительной красоты, на 140 м2 которой могут разместиться до 8 гостей. Он состоит из единого первого этажа с кухней, гостиной и 3 спален с ванными комнатами и дополнительной четвертой ванной комнаты. Деревянные крыши с высокими потолками, дубовые полы, изысканные предметы декора, а также спокойствие оливковой рощи и зрелого сада создают очаровательную, спокойную и роскошную обстановку для вашего отпуска.

Дом состоит из 3 спален с 4 ванными комнатами: 1 просторная главная спальня с ванной комнатой и две дополнительные спальни с ванными комнатами и четвертая ванная комната. Внутренняя лестница ведет в большой подвал площадью 140 м2 с небольшим тренажерным залом, уютной гостиной и настольным теннисом. Все спальни имеют панорамный вид через обширные веранды и ведут к пейзажному бассейну. На первом этаже гостиная/обеденная/кухонная зона открытой планировки выходит во все зоны отдыха на открытом воздухе и к бассейну.

Снаружи находится большая обеденная зона (8 посадочных мест), а также просторная гостиная и зона отдыха у встроенного барбекю. Пейзажный бассейн площадью 45 м2 окружен деревянной террасой для загара. Открытые площадки красиво затенены перголами. Так же есть 4 парковочных места. Общее ощущение от этой превосходной «дизайнерской» виллы — это изысканная эстетика, утонченный вкус и внимание к местной архитектуре.

Элегантная каменная вилла площадью 90 м2 может вместить до 6 гостей. Эта прекрасная вилла расположена на 2 уровнях, общей площадью 90 м2, на участке земли площадью 2000 м2, в западной части Лефкас в Агиа Марине. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. It is set in private grounds and offers great privacy. It is spacious, clean, modern and well equipped. The pool and bbq area outdoors is wonderful. You are able to walk to the town it took us almost half an hour in the heat and a 10 minute walk to the local beach. We didn't have much luck trying to use local transport so hired a car for part of our holiday to allow us to go further afield. The town offers a good range of restaurants, bars and cafes as well as some good local shops. The staff working for the owner were wonderful. They were very helpful and accessible and we were delighted to have the service of Chrysanthi who amongst other things, cooked us a fish bbq one evening to celebrate our child's 16th birthday. Thank you Kostas for allowing us to stay. We hope to return at some time in the future.

When we arrived Sophia was very helpful in sitting down with us to help us plan our time in Lefkas, and Chrisianthie was also a great host and she cooked the most amazing dinner for us one night this reallty was an amazing treat I would thoroughly recommend it! Such a lovely villa in a fantastic location. Kostas and Lola were excellent hosts - communication was easy and timely and they ensured we had all the information required. Very well equipped- everything you need and more is in the villa. Location is great - 10 mins walk to the beach and a 25 min walk to the heart of Lefkada town and easy access by car to the rest of the island. Chrisanthi, the maid was an absolute star and made it a holiday we will remember fondly for a long time. Thank you Kostas and Lola for being such welcoming hosts

The pool is nice and big, the surroundings are beautiful. Its a true relaxing place in a quit area just outside the Lefkada-village and a 2 minutes walk to the beach. Ideal for families but also great for couples; its luxurious but intimate. We loved it!

Incredible place in an excellent location. We were a one minute walk from a local store where you can buy almost everything you need, and only a 5 minute walk from a beautiful beach with many cafés/bars. The place itself was spotless both inside and out, with a modern interior and a luxurious space outside with a private pool and barbecue. As soon as we arrived we were met and given a warm welcome, and were informed of all the places we should visit on this beautiful island. Definitely recommend to any family or couple.
