All in all a fabulous place to stay

The villa exceeded our expectations. We stayed with 6 people and the space both inside and outside was much bigger than we anticipated. The Villa inside and outside was immaculate and had a full range of equipment including a fully equipped outside barbecue…
The villa exceeded our expectations. We stayed with 6 people and the space both inside and outside was much bigger than we anticipated. The Villa inside and outside was immaculate and had a full range of equipment including a fully equipped outside barbecue area with fridge, crockery, cutlery and prep area. The pool was unheated as is normally the case and was refreshing at the beginning of October, but the heated jacuzzi was welcome. The outside space and views are superb with wide open vistas and no other villas overlooking the space. The bedrooms and bathrooms are generous and well thought out with robes, toiletries and towels. One bathroom is set back without a view as is clear in the details but worth knowing. In October you lose the sun from the outside at around 18.00, in mid summer you will obviously have sun for much longer. It is under 10 minutes drive to Club Peligoni if you are using their facilities and under 10 minutes drive to shops , the harbour and a number of excellent restaurants. You need a car and it’s a steep drive up to the Villa, but fine in a car. The height obviously is what gives you great views! All in all a fabulous place to stay which was beautifully presented and the photos actually undersell what you get.

The home is absolutely wonderful and amazing. The outdoor space is very spacious and comfortable, landscape and pool is gorgeous! We were there in October so the evenings were cool and we really enjoyed the warm Jacuzzi. I was not familiar with the island and wasn't sure if I would be disappointed that we were staying further away from the town and some of the beaches. I was so happy with the location! The view is incredible...even more than incredible its heaven! We felt like we were in our own spa resort. One day we went to the Zante town and the next day we went to Laganas beach for sea turtle adventure. The home is located in the north on the island and you must have a car. There is a small market very close and they will deliver meats if ordered. The home is very close to Shipwreck beach and getting a boat to enjoy this excursion is convenient. Each day after our excursions we were thrilled to be back at the house to relax with a bottle of wine and look at the amazing view and landscape. The inside of the house is laid out very nicely with an open floor plan. Bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. Loved the big glass panel doors so that every minute if you are inside you still have this breathe taking view. Kitchen is very nice with everything you need. Thank you! We had an amazing stay in Zakynthos and at your incredible house.

We were delighted to stay in this stunning villa with beautiful views , in a quiet location, yet near fantastic restaurants. The villa was immaculate and contemporary. Every other day ,the villa was cleaned and fresh towels provided. We adored the incredible pool area which included very comfortable sun loungers , outdoor seating area, kitchen and a good sized pool. Nikoleta was extremely helpful and offered useful tips regarding restaurants and sightseeing. It was certainly the best villa our family have visited and we cannot wait to return. Also during the week the villa was cleaned several times. Everything in the villa was well maintained which radiates a feeling of quality. The location is perfect. You can enjoy a lot of privacy and the view is spectacular. All in all this villa meets all the expectations and the hosts are great.

The villa exceeded our expectations. We stayed with 6 people and the space both inside and outside was much bigger than we anticipated. The Villa inside and outside was immaculate and had a full range of equipment including a fully equipped outside barbecue area with fridge, crockery, cutlery and prep area.
