Eden Villas Zante расположены в деревне Анафонитрия, ближайшей к смотровой площадке кораблекрушения. Каждая вилла состоит из 2 этажей, 4 спален, 3 ванных комнат (одна из которых смежная), 2 гостиных, обеденной зоны, а также полностью оборудованной кухни и частного бассейна для неограниченного времяпрепровождения под греческим солнцем. .

Каждая из 2 вилл Eden Zante имеет размер 130 квадратных метров и состоит из 2 этажей с максимальной вместимостью до 6 человек. На первом этаже находится столовая / гостиная, спальня, ванная комната и полностью оборудованная кухня. В со вкусом обставленной спальне есть двуспальная кровать, шкаф для одежды, телевизор и собственный балкон. В гостиной есть большой диван, а также камин, телевизор, DVD-плеер и проигрыватель компакт-дисков. В ванной комнате есть умывальник, туалет и ванна.

По внутренней лестнице гости могут попасть на второй этаж, который состоит из еще 2 спален и еще 2 ванных комнат. В главной спальне есть двуспальная кровать, сейф, большой шкаф, косметическое зеркало, телевизор, двери внутреннего дворика и ванная комната с умывальником, туалетом и ванной. Во второй спальне 2 односпальные кровати, туалет с душем, шкаф для одежды и телевизор. Вся вилла полностью кондиционирована.

Снаружи каждая вилла предлагает частное пространство площадью 1000 квадратных метров с частным бассейном, шезлонгами и зонтиками, зоной киоска, барбекю и частной парковкой.

Perfect - Great size villa facing the sea. Host were lovely helping with anything we needed.

The host met us on arrival & departure answering any questions we had. It is a lovely size villa with space for 6 people and perfect for two couples. Car hire is a must with it taking roughly forty minutes to get to the airport / llaganas / Zakynthos…
The host met us on arrival & departure answering any questions we had. It is a lovely size villa with space for 6 people and perfect for two couples. Car hire is a must with it taking roughly forty minutes to get to the airport / llaganas / Zakynthos Town where it's busier. The pool is great with a fantastic seating area outside which we ate at most evenings along with an outdoor coal BBQ. There are two villas both back to back so privacy is kept well. Luckily we had the villa which was facing the sea and can be seen in the distance which made our stay even nicer.

Superb

The house is clean, comfortable and you have enough privacy, perfect. There is a big garden and our kids loved the swimmingpool. We had a great time!

-very clean -everything you need was available -very symphatic and helpful personal -only 10 min from famous ship wreck and porto vromi -also perfect for small children/babys

Calm and Quiet!

The house was wonderful. Everything was like or even better then on the pictures. Ioannis is a wonderful and caring host. It was very calm and quiet. There is just one Minimarket for the basics in walking distance. But some nice Tavernas ans little shops…

There is just one Minimarket for the basics in walking distance. But some nice Tavernas ans little shops. You should have a car. We can really recommend Eden Villas and Ioannis. The best: It is far away from the tourist area.

Fantastic property in a fantastic location. Very spacious property with air conditioning in most rooms being most welcome. Great pool and pool terrace with BBQ and a good sized sheltered table for sitting around as well as dining. Plenty of sunbeds with comfortable cushions and pool towels provided. What we also liked or rather who we most liked was Giannis, our host. He was so attentive and helpful and always available to help and advise. (e.g.) air conditioning unit not working, texted him and he was over in less than 30mins to fix it. A truly excellent chap!

Loved everything. Giannis is a great host providing wine and snacks for our arrival (even though we were 3 hours late due to flight delays). He arrived daily to clean the pool and enquired if all was ok. The villa is very luxurious, has all the facilities a family could need and was more than big enough for the 2 adults and 3 children that holidayed here. Air conditioning was icy in all rooms (except the downstairs bedroom but this benefited from the main living area aircon and was more than sufficient. The outside area is very private with a great pool and dining / bbq area. Very secluded area with views of the hills. A couple of very small shops and a coffee bar nearby and a few tavernas a little further away (still walkable). Galaxy Taverna recommended. You'll definitely need a car for your stay here. Larger shops and beaches are far away (but that was really appealing to us as we wanted a peaceful, remote stay). Highly recommended.

Giannis ist ein super Gastgeber. Versucht alles, um seinen Gästen einen tollen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Selbst Dinge, die keine Selbstverständlichkeit sind ermöglicht er mit einem ehrlichen Lächeln. Die Unterkunft ist toll und bietet prima Erholung fernab vom Massentourismus. Wir können das Restaurant Galaxy (7 Gehminuten von der Unterkunft) wärmstens empfehlen.

The villa is simply stunning! It is very spacious and accommodated our family of 5 comfortably. After a long day at the beach it was great to unwind in the pool. With all that external space, the kids were also able to play outside. In terms of the overall island, the location is up in the mountains providing a different feel but remains close to key ports for access to the blue caves and/or Navagio beach. Being on the western side of the island, it is also far more picturesque and outside of the hustle and bustle of the "touristy" areas. The host Gianni was extremely friendly, helpful and always available. Highly recommend.

När vi hade hängt ut alla våra poolhandukar på "tork" över natten och det blev störtregn ringde jag Giannis tidigt på morgonen för att kolla om det fanns torra handdukar någonstans i huset. Det fanns det inte , men han var på plats med nya handdukar inom 30 min!

Beautiful, luxurious Villa in idyllic surroundings. The pool area is fantastic and lots of outside space and great swings which our children loved. Beautifully decorated interior and great outdoor barbeque and eating area. Anafonitria is a very pretty village and can walk to shops and restaurants in 5 to 10 minutes. Ioannis very helpful and just needed to send a message with any questions and we got an immediate answer. We were hoping there would be a dvd player and Ioannis went and fitted one for us the next day. Very near to lots of local restaurants - Anastasia is highly recommended - we went 4 times! Very fresh greek food and lovely hostess. We are hoping to go back to this villa again next year!

We had a wonderful time at Eden Villas. John was a great host. If we had any questions about the island or even simple wishes, he fulfilled them. The accommodation was comfortably furnished, every third day cleaners came and cleaned up the whole house…
We had a wonderful time at Eden Villas. John was a great host. If we had any questions about the island or even simple wishes, he fulfilled them. The accommodation was comfortably furnished, every third day cleaners came and cleaned up the whole house, brought fresh towels and covered the beds. The people of the village anafonitria are very kind and communicative. Highlight is the "galaxy" taverna, because the waitress gave us many secret tips of the island. To the conclusion once again a big thanks for the stay at your villa and your kindness, John.

We had a wonderful holiday here, the property was exactly as it looks in the pictures and had amazing sunset views every evening. Plenty garden space and outdoor dining areas. It's in a peaceful village with a couple of tavernas and mini market a few minutes walk away. Great location for exploring the north of the island which in our view was the most picturesque. The owner was very attentive and friendly, we chatted to him most evenings when he came to clean the pool and he was keen to hear where we'd explored that day, we felt like we made a friend. It was our first time holidaying in a Villa and we would definitely return.

The villa and pool were immaculate and very well equipped. A car is essential to make the most of visiting the endless beautiful beaches on the island.
