This is the second time we have rented a villa through byunique (one in Crete in 2021, villa Anastasia and this one in 2022, for 15 days). It was absolutely without any problem. The procedures are extremely easy and light. Just ask for availability and pay by bank transfer. A few days before, you receive the details. It's a bit worrying because there is no contract but it's very honest. The employees of byunique are very responsive and friendly. The descriptions are accurate and there are no bad surprises. Concerning this villa, the place is a dream near the sea. Beautiful view, well equipped villa, perfect and fast air conditioning in the whole house, very comfortable bedding. Daily maintenance of the pool. Cleaning and change of linen every 3 days, electric gate, beautiful night lighting of the garden and the pool. Many positive points. There is just a little lack of pots, dishes, utensils in the kitchen but it is not embarrassing. Enjoy a very quiet villa

Great house with all the facilities you need, nice and spacious pool side area with an amazing view. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. We stayed with 2 people and a baby. A baby chair and bed was present and it was quit by night. Very friendly housekeeping…

Amazing place! the view from the pool is breathtaking, Don't think twice, this is by far one of the best vila's you can find in Zakynthos.

Memorable Stay!

Wow, we had the most amazing week at Vakis Villa. Our hosts were terrific, the view and pool spectacular for a week of relaxation. Was exactly what we saw in pictures and will be coming back :)
