Very cozy and nice view

Great place, nice and kind hosts. The view is fantastic indeed, especially from the pool area. Definetely recommended, we wish to come back!

Best group holiday ever

Phenomenal view with a fab pool. Amazing support and guidance from the host Nick with great recommendations . Best holiday. Remote location but very easy to get anywhere with great taxis couldn’t have asked for more.

Everything about our stay was awesome. Dionisis ,the owner of the villa, was absolutely amazing. He waited for us outside of the port and had someone transfer us to the villa with a very luxury van -this happened also on the check out- . He was there…
Everything about our stay was awesome. Dionisis ,the owner of the villa, was absolutely amazing. He waited for us outside of the port and had someone transfer us to the villa with a very luxury van -this happened also on the check out- . He was there for everything we needed ,from contacting us very quickly when we had a problem to helping us book some tours on the island. The cleaning lady was very good, she was very quiet - sometimes we didn’t even know she was there - and she did everything perfect. The villa was located in an isolated place which was perfect for us because we wanted to relax and have our own private place. The view was stunning from every place of the villa and you could see the whole island. This huge villa has everything someone wants - jacuzzi, a beautiful pool, great view and barbecue. Also don’t forget the 3 bathrooms , the 4 bedrooms and the well-equipped kitchen. We are fully suggesting the place and we will for sure come back again.

Amenities available to us were as though we were staying in a hotel, it's all the little thoughtful things provided that really made staying there an experience.

I stayed at Ark Luxury Villa on April 12th 2018 - 15th April 2018, and I must say that Nikolaos and Dionosis we're extremely great hosts, no request was too big or too small. The Villa is stunning with great panoramic views, and is perfect if you are going for a Traditional Greek feel to your holiday. The location of the Villa is very private and relaxing, however, taxi's are definitely needed to get around the island, as it is situated on a high hill. The maid was also very kind, approachable and did a great job. If you are planning a holiday to Zakynthos Ark Luxury Villa is a must, you will most definitely be taken care of!

We arrived in Zakynthos airport to be greeted by Dionisis, the property manager. Dionisis escorted us to the villa with the villa's private luxury van. We arrived at Ark, that was all it had promised to be in the pictures and much much more....absolutely…
We arrived in Zakynthos airport to be greeted by Dionisis, the property manager. Dionisis escorted us to the villa with the villa's private luxury van. We arrived at Ark, that was all it had promised to be in the pictures and much much more....absolutely stunning and beautiful. Dionisis had already arranged a welcoming greek lunch consisting of mousakas, greek salad and warm bread. Greek traditional food as a surprise was a magical start for our vacation. Details is a thing in and out the villa, cleaning was always on point and quite (we did not even understand Ioanna the maid was there), decoration was elegant and sophisticated, the beds and bed sheets were high quality and relaxing. You really need to try the amazing jaccuzzi! Ioanna was our maid and was 100% dependent everyday - vary the breakfast time if you chose and everything will be there, by the pool waiting for you each morning - all you need to do is take in the breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. Dionisis offers high quality concierge services so we ate beautiful meals every day in so many varying places and visited amazing beaches via car or boat. The Villa offers the ultimate privacy whilst being close to everything we could possibly need, and if we couldn't find something we just called Dionisis, he will solve and take care of any issue, that will make your holidays special, as he did for us! The house and gardens are kept immaculate and the pool is so beautiful and relaxing, at night the lights "hit" the villa and garden and I assure you-you will feel like you are on paradise! See you next year Ark Luxury Villa!

The house is located in paradise (mouzakion) and offers absolut privacy. Ioanna the maid is efficient and quick. Thank you for making our holidays so special! We are surely coming back on our next trip in Zakynthos! 10/10 bravo!
