Nestled within an olive grove with views out to the mountains & sea this villa has amazing views. The pool is a great size. The villa itself is clean & functional. However what makes this so special is Harris and his family. The hospitality we have been shown made us feel so welcome. From little gifts in the morning to just generally making sure we were ok nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much! The main town is a couple of minutes down the hill. There are many lovely places to eat and supermarkets nearby. Elafonisi is definitely worth a visit to as it’s so beautiful. A great half term break!

It was the best holiday in our life. We were fourth time at Crete and first time we met so AMAZING hosts. Maria and Haris are wonderful, interesting people. We could count on them all the time. There were helpful, nice and friendly. I don't hesitate to say that today they are our friends. They showed us places where we have never been. They brought us bread and rolls in the morning. Their wine, olive's oil and rakija are the best. The house is very comfortable for family with children. You have got there anytyhing what you need and even more. It's very clean and everything work properly. The swimming pool - perfect. Garden - beautyful. View and sunset - magnifficent. Oranges, grapes and figs delicious. Localization perfect. Very calm, private and rural area but close to the beach, local shops, restaurants and city, about 5-10 minutes by car. 20 minutes to Chania old town and 30 to the airport. It's really worth. We will back - I hope soon :)

Communication from Yiannis and his Dad Haris was excellent. The location is secure and quiet with beautiful views. It is only 5 mins from the bustle of restaurants, shops and local amenities. Chania Old Town is 15 minutes by car and the superb beaches at Balos and Falassarna are within an hour's drive. As others have commented the fresh bread from Haris most mornings is a nice touch and he couldn't be more helpful and friendly. The outdoor cooking facilities are great.

The trip was perfect from start to finish. Excellent comms before we arrived and the owner went above and beyond to make us feel extremely welcome at all times. Whether it was dropping off handpicked oranges or leaving fresh bread, olive oil or wine, Haris was the perfect host who was always happy to help and offer advice on some great places to visit. The villa itself is outstanding and the views are truly breathtaking. Highly recommended.

Yiannis and Haris are great people! What ever we needed or asked, they answered for us right away. We allowed to pick-up oranges and lemons from the trees! We had a nice barbecue evening with our kids around the pool area etc.

Simply wonderful

We had a fantastic holiday in Crete and the icing on the cake was Armoni Villa which exceeded expectations, it's simply wonderful. The location is so peaceful that all you can hear is the chirping of the insects and the view and sunsets are fantastic. The owners are lovely people and Harris made sure we had plenty of oranges, olive oil and raki, he is a really interesting person who makes sure his guests are happy. Our two girls, 12 and 14, would have spent the entire holiday in the pool! We hope to return and will definitely stay at this villa. You are just a few minutes from Agia Marina which has plenty of shops and many good tavernas, the beach is very good but some parts can be busy and loud. We enjoyed the boat trip to Balos, it was very busy in peak season but still well worth it. Elafonisi is spectacular and not to be missed, the drive is somewhat challenging but safe enough. Knossos is amazing but take care on the highway to Heraklion as impatient drivers are constantly trying to pass slow trucks and cause many high speed accidents.

Its perfect for relaxing holidays, far from noise and stress. For us it was just the right combination: in the middle of the olive trees overlooking the sea, but also at 5 minutes drive from the village and the beach. The owners are a wonderful family who will make your stay perfect, giving you good recommendations about places to visit, restaurants, beaches, etc. Our 3 children enjoyed the swimming pool and although we did not make use of the barbacue, I can guess that it can be great fun!

The villa is located above the vilage of Agia Marina about 4 min. drive. The complex is built on a slope in land piece of about 10.000 suare meters full of all kind of fruit trees and a vegetable garden. You can pick your own apricots or grapes and taste the diference of the fruit or the vegetables they practicly melt in your mouth. The owner goes out of his way to be helpful and to make your stay there something to remember. The vews are panoramic and the colours of the sunset something to remember for life. There you can have your own pool and make your own Bbq and while you are enjoying the spectacular uninterraptet vew you can sip this splendit home made wine (given to us by the owner). If you want solitude and absolute relaxation this place is highly recomented.

Luminosissima e spaziosa permette di godere del giardino vicino la piscina e di rilassarsi nel fresco soggiorno. Le camere sono altrettanto belle. Ha tutti i confort che si possono desiderare. Il proprietario è garbato e disponibile mai invadente. Ha aggiustato subito il lettore DVD che presentava un problema. La vicinanza alle altre ville fa superare l'isolamento della posizione pur nel rispetto della privacy e del silenzio. Sonno garantito. Prezzi alti ma giustificati. Necessaria l'auto per gli spostamenti.

Now I know that the heaven exists... This beautiful villa lies on the top of a hill with a beautiful view on the see. Hiking is possible just outside the villa, with nice paths between the olive trees. The beach is 5 min drive from the villa. The villa is located in Agia Marina, about 20 min drive from Chania. The owner and his wife are extremely nice and make you feel like home. If you want to rest in a peaceful beautiful place, rent this villa.

We were a familiy of 6, with 3 children (3-13yr)A nice and beautiful house. The house is located in an agricultural area with large areas covered with olive trees, citrus plants and livestock. Please note that the rooster crows very early and that other animals also are up early. The house is well equipped, with excellent space and more large bedrooms. Good kitchen and great opportunities to be out. The swimming pool is not so big, but very comfortable. The bedrooms can be very hot at night and it would have been more comfortable with air conditioning, which is not installed when the house is designed for natural cooling. You should have a car at this place and it takes about 10-15 minutes to drive to the beaches. Review from Tripadvisor
