This is a hidden gem

The surroundings are amazing. The place is as described, spotless clean, the kitchen very well équipe, the pool perfect, we used it at any time during the day. We were a family of four adults for just a bit less than two weeks and everybody was happy…
The surroundings are amazing. The place is as described, spotless clean, the kitchen very well équipe, the pool perfect, we used it at any time during the day. We were a family of four adults for just a bit less than two weeks and everybody was happy with everything. Vasilis welcome us very warmly and gave us a lot of useful information of wat to do. So fruits and food was waiting for us on the first day which was very welcome after our long trip. Getting to the villa you go through some sinusoidal roads so it's better not to have a very big car. Last but not least, the sunset is priceless!!!! We had everyday a new spectacle. I only wish we had reserved for a longer period of time. We'll come back.

The location is fantastic and we really liked the surroundings. Especially in spring, the nature in this area is remarkable. We would have loved to stay and I can only say positive things .

Beautiful villa with a breathtaking view

The house is in a quiet village, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The house is very large and clean and nothing is missing. The host very friendly and helpful. We had very relaxing holidays with two small children, we will be happy to come back!!

This is a little piece of heaven. The views were fab, the pool a decent size, the rooms all fantastic - and the place was spotless on arrival. We have stayed with Vasilis before in another of his properties and the welcome was as warm as before, with some of his wife's fantastic food awaiting us along with wine and some raki. We love the area as it is not on the main tourist trail and wondering down to the Taverna's in the evening to sit right next to the sea and eat delicious food was such a treat. We have booked again already!

Relaxing stay in an impeccable location for finishes, furnishings, cleanliness and location. Very convenient proximity to Elafonissi and Balos but also very close to other beautiful beaches such as Falasarna.The tavern of Sofia sul Mare is a sure bet, with fish and other delicacies roasted by her husband on the grill and comfortable loungers about 300 m away on foot. The afternoon sunset over the sea... host always available... highly recommended!!

The house is perfect. We were looking for tranquility and that is what we got with a smile. The house is very professional kept. The maintenance is splendid. The owner is a lovely man which has a very good service mind. When you put your things in the house it feels like yours. No other personal things is there. I love that. The house is located in a small village. No tourists. Only Greek people which are very friendly. On the small beach you find 3 nice restaurants with typical Greek food. Up at the road (10 minutes walk) there is 2 very small supermarket with milk /ice-cream/ bread and some road restaurants. We were a family with 2 boys (12/15 years) in the house. They loved it too. The pool was very appreciated. We can definitely recommend the house. We rented it trough Chania vacation and Margot helped us with everything. They were star- quality as the house, as Vassilis (the owner) We will definitely come back.

The villa was perfect for my family of 4 adults and a preschooler. The property came fully stocked. A Cretan meal on arrival, views for miles, massive well decorated and presentable rooms. The place was spotless my clean and I loved the home away from home vibe with a touch of luxury. The pool was a good size, a smaller pool for the little one. It was a little on the cold side, but you do warm up. The villa had floaties, noodles, and floats for kids, a spade and bucket.We had a BBQ a few times which was easy to use. The local mini mart was able to help us stick up, however, you might need a bigger shop at the bigger supermarket. The local restaurants were great, would highly recommend Captain Fideas by the beach. Vassilis property is highly recommended.

Will come again any time

Beautiful house, great view, very nice pool. Contact was straightforward and helpful. Upon arrival, a plate of filled vegetables and a bottle of wine was waiting for us in the fridge.Will come again any time.

Sfinari's location also offers stunning sunsets every evening... A truly relaxing place! Spectacular beaches like Balos and Falassarna are not far from Sfinari. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We stayed for a week in the Villa which is as beautiful as on the pictures. The house is superb, the view magnificeant. Sfinari is quiet and authentic, the sunsets are wonderful. The house is large and very well designed. The pool is wonderful looking out on the ocean. Sfinari is a great place from which to explore the western half of Crete. This is real Crete, preserved and authentic. Vassilis, the owner speaks impeccable english and german, and is very helpful and kind. The house has everything you might need. This is a wonderful place to relax or be active.

Excellent Villa. Nice and relaxing holidays.

We stayed in this Villa  for one week in July  and cannot recommend the place enough. The villa was very luxurious and it had a great sea view. I hope we get the change to visit the villa again soon.
