Во многих местах на открытом воздухе стоит садовая мебель, а на веранде есть обеденный набор на открытом воздухе, где можно насладиться трапезой. Основная часть Giovanda Villa Chania составляет 200 кв.м и состоит из двух этажей.

Когда вы заходите на первый этаж, входная дверь открывается в уютную зону отдыха с камином в одном углу. Здесь находится формальный обеденный набор. Под виллой находится небольшая независимая квартира площадью 50 кв.м. Эти апартаменты состоят из большой комнаты, в которой есть гостиная зона с 2 диванами и спальная зона с односпальной кроватью, полностью оборудованная кухня открытой планировки с барной стойкой, спальня с двуспальной кроватью и ванная комната. Вид на зеленые окрестности с балконов и из окон великолепный. Звуки природы успокаивают, а аромат цветов и апельсиновых рощ разносится по воздуху. Giovanda Villa Chania имеет большой частный бассейн, большой сад с играми для детей и частную парковку.

What a wonderful stay we had in Giovante. The Villa is perfect for all ages especially the kids pool for our 18 month old. The Villa is stunning inside and out and the gardens our kept beautiful. George and Anna were so welcoming and even brought us all a gift each when leaving - so very thoughtful! The Villa was cleaned thoroughly half way through our week and was spotless. We did spend a lot of money going in town in taxis but you can easily stay in the villa if you do one big supermarket shop. Overall a fantastic stay for us all.

Villa Giovanda is an absolute beauty of a villa. Great semi-isolated spot amongst the olive garden and great views to the sea and Rodopou peninsula from the balcony. The pool area is beautifully decorated with all kinds of flowers and other plants and inside the villa you can find a calm sleeping space in one of the 5 bedrooms. Our party of 10 people of whom 3 were children could easily sleep restfully through the nights. Villa Giovanda is an excellent place to calm down for extended families. Also Anna and George were awesome hosts and everything went perfectly with them. We all even got individual presents as parting gifts!

Perfect

We are just leaving the villa and we can only say one thing: 10 perfect days. On the surroundings, all amenities are nearby. Several small towns are to be visited, to be discovered. By making more kilometers, other bigger cities with their old towns…

By making more kilometers, other bigger cities with their old towns and other sites to discover. As far as the villa was concerned, everything was perfect, really. From arrival to departure. Anna and Georges are unparalleled kindness, it feels good to meet people like them with their hands on their hearts !! Their villa is large, sumptuous and very well located. They are listening for the slightest request. Everything is available in the Villa. I can only recommend trying the experience, whether with friends or family. It is with great pleasure that we will return! Thank you for everything Anna and Georges, you are wonderful! Greeted on arrival from the friendliest and most welcoming of hosts – Anna and George – we knew in our hearts that our holidays here would be exceptional. We instantly felt pampered as we were given the grand tour of this magnificent villa, tastefully decorated in traditional Cretan style, and spotlessly clean throughout. From day one it was sheer luxury all the way, as we had everything we could possibly want for our group of 5 adults and 3 children. Waking up each morning to such a breathtaking view of the sea and mountains from the veranda, was priceless, among many other memorable features. A unforgettable experience, thank you.

We came as a group of 9 people, in the end of September 2019. The villa was lovely, actually more than we had hoped. The villa is equipped with anything you may need (fridge, cooking utilities, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, and many more). The nice swimming pool, the stone barbecue and the sunbeds, made staying outside quite relaxing and enjoyable. The hosts, Anna and George, were simply amazing. We have George to thank for an amazing recommendation (Palaiochora and the sandy beach nearby), We have enjoyed our stay here, and we would definitely come back.

2 beautifull weeks of vacations in this very nice villa. We went in August with 2 famillies (4 adults, 5 kidds) and everything was absolutely perfect. The view is amazing, the villa is very calm, very well equiped and extremely clean. We received some very good advices and services (babysitter) from Anna and Georges. A very nice place for vacations and a great experience in the middle of olive trees.

Every Morning was a dream. The view is so beautiful. It's so calm. It was not so far from Platanias where all restaurant and night life are active. But when we came back to home. What a pleasure ! Anna, Natasa and Georges are discret and also available in case. They provided us quickly babysitter and our children were so happy to meet Natasa. Double cleaning per Week is also a great advantage. Everything is well maintain and very clean. We recommand !

Every Morning were a dream. The view is so beautiful. It's so calm. It was not so far from Platanias where all restaurant and night life are active. But when we came back to home. What a pleasure ! Anna, Natasa and Georges are discret and also available in case. They provided us quickly babysitter and our children were happy to meet Natasa. Double cleaning per Week is also a great advantage. Everything is well maintain and very clean. We recommand ! However we have few remarks to transfer to owners : - for large group, many kitchen Equipment are missing : for example big dish in the oven… for large group it could be difficult to cook, - mattresses with springs are not enough confortable. I'm not sure there are too old. But for couple with different size, it could move for one a lot if other one is Moving. We all told the same remarks.

Our time in Crete this summer was wonderful and our stay in the Giovanda Villa ensured this holiday was a very happy memory for our family. We were greeted on our first day by Anna and George who ensured that we would be well taken care of for our two weeks. We were introduced to George’s delicious raki which put us in the right mood from the start ! We could not have hoped for better hosts and the quality and care that they have built into the property was very much appreciated. The villa itself is of the highest standard - very spacious and open; and comfortable for everyone after a hard day at the beach or around the peaceful and well maintained pool area. There are plenty of spaces to come together as a big group and have dinner, or to find a quiet spot to read or relax in some quiet. Honestly, I cannot find fault or improvement in the property, the service or the people. This has reinforced our views of the friendliness of the Greek people, and Cretans especially

Traveling to Crete we were looking for a villa located close to Chania and at an ideal spot for visiting the great beaches of the east of the island. This villa not only gave us the perfect location to do this but also gave us easy accessibility to dining out and such. On top of this it is a great villa – with a great pool that our kids quite enjoyed. Add the nicest hosts who really helped us feel welcome, gave a lot of great advice on where to go etc. this is definitely a great place to stay if you are in Crete.
