Комплекс Nea Villas Crete идеально расположен на небольшом возвышении, откуда открывается панорамный вид, всего в 1 км от пляжа и рядом со всеми необходимыми удобствами.

Nea Villas Crete отличается изысканным дизайном, высокими стеклянными стенами, бассейном по периметру для проживания у воды и ярко-оранжевым закатом, проникающим в территорию. Добро пожаловать на виллу 1 и виллу 2. Каждая вилла расположена в деревне Пиргос, недалеко от курорта Малеме в Ханье. Каждая вилла предлагает 4 удобные и современные спальни с ванными комнатами и отдельные апартаменты, отвечающие потребностям каждого путешественника. Благодаря близости к местным пляжам и курортам, а также к городу Ханья, это прекрасная отправная точка для изучения окрестностей, если вы сможете заставить себя уехать.

Обе виллы имеют яркую архитектуру и современный дизайн и расположены между курортами Герани и Малеме в районе Ханьи. Эти два объекта, до которых можно добраться по общей подъездной дороге, расположены рядом и имеют панорамный вид на окрестности. Виллы Pirgos идеально расположены на небольшом возвышении, откуда открывается панорамный вид, всего в 1 км от пляжа и рядом со всеми необходимыми удобствами.

Каждая вилла может похвастаться четырьмя спальнями с ванными комнатами, в которых могут разместиться 8 человек на кроватях и до 9 человек, если это необходимо. Яркий кубический дизайн и полностью обшитая стеклянными панелями стена создают невероятную атмосферу на виллах с божественным дизайном. Приближаясь к отелю, вы впервые знакомитесь с великолепным бассейном и видом на виллы. Подход к главному дому основан на иллюзии: две его части кажутся переброшенными через бассейн. Два отдельных входа ведут либо в главный дом, либо в пристройку.

Войдя в оба дома, поражаешься изобретательности дизайна. Каждая деталь используется для создания ощущения простора и простоты: от раздвижных дверей шириной 8 метров до лестницы с открытыми ступенями. Чистые линии, успокаивающие тона и дерево приглашают вас в большое жилое пространство открытой планировки. Большие диваны создают удобное место, где можно собраться и насладиться видом или фильмом. На элегантной кухне есть все необходимое, чтобы приготовить вкусные блюда в обеденной зоне в помещении.

Открытая решетчатая деревянная лестница ведет на второй этаж каждой виллы, освещенный светом, проникающим из стены со стеклянными панелями, и открытого коридора со стеклянной балюстрадой, откуда открывается вид на жилое пространство внизу. К вилле 1 также есть пристройка-студия, в которую можно попасть через внешнюю дверь на первом этаже, прямо напротив главного входа на виллу. При входе в квартиру пространство открытой планировки обеспечивает много света через большие двери патио, которые выходят прямо в сад и к бассейну.

Открытая территория вилл 1 и 2 просторна и предлагает панорамный вид на море и красивый закат, которым можно насладиться. Терраса у бассейна расположена на каждой вилле прямо за главной гостиной с диваном и креслами на открытом воздухе, на которых могут разместиться 5 человек, для отдыха у бассейна и идеального положения, чтобы наблюдать, как солнце погружается в синее критское море. Этот уникальный дизайн бассейна окружает виллу, создавая ощущение жизни на набережной. Бассейн также можно подогреть за дополнительную ежедневную плату. У бассейна шезлонги и зонтики, а душ у бассейна освежит вас! Угольная площадка для барбекю с раковиной и обеденным столом станет идеальным местом для дружеского обеда.

It is a truly beautiful villa in a terrific location with great views and a wonderful host Markos. The villa is modern, extremely well laid out and appointed, and very spacious. The pool and outdoor area are equally well done, with both sunny and shady areas. This is topped off by the helpful and unassuming support provided by Markos - rapid responses to questions/needs, as well as valuable pointers. We (7 adults) had a wonderful 8 nights there and, if we had the chance, we would return in a heartbeat! Thank you for such an experience!

The location was nicely positioned so that it was short drive into Chania and also convenient to explore the beautiful beaches in the west of Crete.

The villa was spectacular!

Markos was a great host and the villa was spectacular! We were a family of 8 and the place accommodated us perfectly. The pool is amazing, the view is spectacular, and the villa has everything for comfort! It is a few minutes drive to the town of Platanias…

It is a few minutes drive to the town of Platanias with a lot of shops, restaurants, beaches and 20 minutes drive to Chania! We truly enjoyed our stay and will certainly go back if we get the chance. We stayed at the villa at June. We were 4 adults and 2 kids This place is a masterpiece. Beautifully decorated, very clean, very luxurious based on a modern design. There are three bedrooms on the 1nd floor, with each their own bathroom. The 4rd bedroom is in the ground floor and a full bathroom and a walk out access to the pool and back yard. First floor is open and very modern with glass patio doors that open on a breathtaking and uninterrupted direct view of the sea and pool. You have the option to heat the pool for a charge. We did choose the heat the pool and was worth the extra fee. Spectacular nightly sunset. Attention to details in terms of the support/cleaning staff. Extremely friendly. The owner/property manager was very accommodating (Markos) and very responsive to any questions. The villa is perfectly located, 30 min from Chania, it's part a little beach town called Maleme. It is less than fifteen easy minute walk from the villa with amazing beachfront restaurants
