Perfect!

The hosts were super nice, warm-hearted people and outstanding hosts. Every morning Haris brought fresh bread, we got fresh fruit from the garden and self made Olive oil (which was very tasteful). They came by the property every day and were there for any questions, helped out with any wish as good as possible and gave good tips for restaurants, excursions etc. We enjoyed the  villa and loved having the private Pool and garden where we stayed basically the whole day when being at the Villa. We also loved the peaceful and quiet environment of the Villa in the middle of the Olive groves and the view! You need a car but some good restaurants, the Beach and Agia Marina are in a short driving distance. The location of the Villa is generally good to explore the Chania Region. We would defintely come back!!

Beautiful location with stunning views. The property is spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. The swimming pool was awesome too!

Very relaxing

beautiful location, just a 5 minute drive from the village. very helpful host, bringing fresh bread in the morning. He gave us oranges, olive oil, wine. lovely pool

Marvelous

The villa has wonderful view, garden , swimming pool and interior! The owners are very friendly and attentive. Overall, the perfect locații for having a quiet and relaxed vacation.

The villa was stunning and very private. We absolutely loved the pool - it’s a great size and very clean. The setting is lovingly cared for by Harris and each morning we could pick our own lemon’s from the tree in our garden. Harris is the perfect host - he secretly delivered us fresh bread, oranges, local wine and raki on various mornings. We felt we could ask him for any tips and he was very happy to oblige. The villa is in a very quiet and peaceful location but only a short drive to the Taverna’s and beach of Agia Marina. The inside of the villa has been done to an excellent standard and has everything you need. We will be back!

We had a fabulous week at Nefel Villa. The location is quiet and the view is spectacular. There is everything you need at the villa and the outdoor pool area in particular is exceptional . The owner is a great host and was attentive to all our needs. We were gifted fresh bread every day, endless supplies of fresh fruit from the trees and bushes on the property, and a continuous supply of homemade olive oil and raki.

Fantastic villa and fantastic holidays!

I would like to say that our holiday at Nefel Villa was absolutely perfect and we have absolutely NOTHING to criticize. We liked it so much we are already planning to go back there next summer!

An easy half hour drive from the airport and met by the owner who was extremely friendly and gave us a lovely welcome with a basket of oranges which which we squeezed every morning , some Raki and home produced olive oil. The villa is located in an outstanding position above the small resort with breathtaking views and particularly impressive sunsets. The villa was equipped and furnished to a nice standard . We sat round the gorgeous private pool which was very clean and warm . If you want an exclusive feel getaway with owners that consider your comfort with wonderful restaurants and beaches nearby then don't hesitate to book this villa , you will not be disappointed, we would love to go back but do like to try something new every year but this is the only place that I will consider returning to .Having worked in the travel industry for 20years I can truly say we've found a little piece of European paradise .Thankyou for a memorable holiday !

The location of the villa is fantastic very quiet and private. It's is 5 minutes by car to Agia Marina and Plantanis which are busy tourist seaside resorts with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. A car is recommended to navigate the hillside as there is no public transport to the villa. Wonderful host family, very warm and welcoming. Harris brought us fresh bread each day and gave us his own home produced olive oil, raki, wine and the oranges and lemons he grew on his farm. He really did make us feel part of the family. The villa is beautiful and well equipped with everything you need to make your holiday enjoyable. Set in immaculate gardens with a private pool and spectacular views towards the sea. Would definitely recommend to those who enjoy the country side and the peace and quiet. But like the option to dip in and out of the busy resorts.

We had a fantastic time at villa Nefel, it was in a lovely location, very tranquil and the facilities were just what we needed. Harris was the perfect host and we really appreciated his kind gifts of fresh bread, oranges and figs from the groves. The villa was very comfortable, with all modern conveniences and the air conditioning in the bedrooms and electronic black out blinds were perfect for the children. The pool was a lovely size, very clean and the garden well maintained and perfect for a family of four. The villa is well located for Chania, the beaches and lots of great things to see and do in western Crete. Its a 5 minute drive from the beach front, shops and restaurants which suited us, but you couldn't do this without hiring a car. Review from Tripadvisor

Quiet villa near to all amenities

We had a wonderful time at Nefel Villa. The house and the surroundings were perfect for us and our kids. The pool and the garden were lovely for playing. And we liked that there were trees to give us shade. Our oldest also loved that there were fuit-trees…

And we liked that there were trees to give us shade. Our oldest also loved that there were fuit-trees there that she was allowed to pick from. We like to have it nice and quiet, and we definitly found this up in the hillside. Harris found the perfect combination of hospitality and privacy. The children loved his little morning gifts, and he seemed to appear everytime we needed som help.
