Neos Estare состоит из двух совершенно новых, отдельных трехэтажных вилл высочайшего качества, в которых могут с комфортом разместиться в общей сложности до 20 гостей, и расположен в Каламаки, западном пригороде Ханьи. Две одинаковые виллы, расположенные на частной земле площадью 2 акра и в 15 минутах езды от города Ханья, открывают свои двери для гостей, которые ищут уединение, самые современные удобства и 5-звездочные удобства. Neos Estate, идеально спроектированный, создан для больших групп, которые ищут приятные, комфортные и незабываемые моменты.

Каждый из них занимает три этажа, начиная с нижнего и заканчивая вторым, общей площадью 200 м². На первом этаже расположена открытая планировка, включающая жилое пространство с большими раздвижными дверями, угловой диван, 50-дюймовый смарт-телевизор LG, полностью оборудованную кухню с современной бытовой техникой и обеденную зону, рассчитанную на 8-10 гостей. На этом же этаже находится одна спальня с кроватью размера «king-size» с прямым выходом в сад и к бассейну через балконную дверь, а также спальня с кроватью размера «queen-size» и видом на сад из балконных дверей. В обеих спальнях есть 32-дюймовый телевизор LG Smart. Телевизор и кондиционер. Последнее помещение на первом этаже — это общая ванная комната с большой стеклянной душевой кабиной и гранитной раковиной на столешнице.

Поднявшись по красивой деревянной лестнице, вы попадаете на второй этаж, где находится главная спальня с кроватью размера «king-size» и собственной ванной комнатой. Раздвижная стеклянная дверь ведет на очень большую меблированную террасу со стеклянной рамой, с которой открывается вид на синее море, остров Тодоро и Белые горы. Спустившись по лестнице, вы попадаете на нижний этаж, который является еще одним прекрасным дополнением к виллам с двумя дополнительными гостевыми спальнями (с двумя односпальными кроватями и с кроватью размера «queen-size») и двумя дополнительными ванными комнатами с большими стеклянными душевыми кабинами и гранитными раковинами со столешницей. На этом уровне вы также найдете бесплатные помещения, такие как тренажерный зал, дополнительную гостиную, спа-комнату (сауна и джакузи) и прачечную.

Beautiful, new, pristine, and modern Villas which accommodated our entire family.

The surroundings were breathtaking with both sea and town views. The outdoor space was incredible with the pools and eating areas. We spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoor space. The houses were well supplied with what we needed and kitchen was well…
The surroundings were breathtaking with both sea and town views. The outdoor space was incredible with the pools and eating areas. We spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoor space. The houses were well supplied with what we needed and kitchen was well stocked for those wanting to cook. Quick walk to many restaurants and about a 15 minute drive to the the heart of the city. About a five minute drive to the major grocery stores. We had the best host and hostess who communicated with us and checked on us through out our stay. I can’t say enough about their hospitality. They provided us with several restaurant and activity suggestions. We even had PizzainVilla come to the property and make delicious Italian pizzas for our family. We spent several days at a nearby beach area, a five minute drive or 20 minute walk. Very convenient location. We would absolutely recommend this property.

Comfortable stylish and well equipped, the accom was everything we were hoping for , for our week in Crete. We were a party of 16: that was a total of 3 families, each with adult children and their partners. The two villa configuration allowed the older guests to occupy one villa and the adult children, the other. The outdoor eating areas allow for coming together at meal times and there is an easy flow between the two villas, and the right amount of separation. Both the older and younger guests loved the villas. They are well located and there are plenty of places close by to visit a beach bar or two! We would recommend hiring cars or bikes to fully explore the island. even if for a few days only of your stay. The villas have multiple car parks behind a secure gate. The hosts were very responsive and professional and cared about our comfort.

 The villas and the grounds are in immaculate condition. The villas are also identical inside (albeit one has a slightly better view of the surroundings) and are VERY clean, the kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable with good quality bedding, and the bathrooms are modern, as well as the bonus of having a sauna, jacuzzi and mini-gym. The outside is equally as impressive with a swimming pool in each villa and superb outside seating areas for eating and relaxing. The hosts are also brilliant! The check-in/check-out process was very easy. From the moment we booked, Evangelia was also incredibly helpful and always responded to any questions we had, including recommendations on activities/restaurants/private chefs/taxi companies etc. Thank you for having us and we will definitely come back should we return to Chania and we will highly recommend the villas to our friends and family.

We just came back from a wonderful birthday trip with 20 attendees to celebrate a 40th birthday. The houses (we got both villas) were perfect. The pools amazing and there was enough space to host everyone comfortably. A highlight of our stay was a final dinner in the villa with a private chef. This is the perfect place for a family or friends trip. I would recommend renting a car to best enjoy Crete and to be able to mobilize yourself. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Our large family enjoyed a wonderful week at the immaculate villas. The extraordinary welcome baskets, complimentary wine from the family’s vineyard, friendly and very responsive hosts, pools and amenities made our stay even more delightful. The location - easy access to multiple beaches, cafes, and mini markets - was excellent. It was an easy drive to historic Chania town and other attractions (olive groves, wineries, hiking). The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils and dish ware.

My family and I ( 16 people in total ) just spent the best week of vacation at Evangelia and her Husbands property near Chania Crete. The houses was everything we dreamed it would be and more. The villas was super clean , Pools spotless, grounds impeccable and every amenity you can think of. Also Evangelia works with great people Natassa and George to help you book tours and transportation around the Island of Crete. This is a 5 star plus home and i recommend it 1000 %

We had an amazing stay at these Villas!

The hosts were amazing and helped us plan out the best week of activities. We used the caterer the host recommended for breakfast and one bbq and they did a great job. Favorite night was when we had a bbq and had authentic Cretan music live with dancers…

Favorite night was when we had a bbq and had authentic Cretan music live with dancers. It was a family memory to remember! The villas are new and beautiful with all the bells and whistles. The location was central to many beach clubs, beaches and Old Port. We would highly recommend this property. We had 16 in our group and the two villas were very comfortable and with fantastic air conditioning too! We would absolutely come back!! Thank you Evangelia and Giannis for helping us create unforgettable memories!!

The Villas are a luxury accomodation of the highest class. My two groups of 10 student friends and I had a fantastic one week stay enjoying a perfectly clean and beautifully furnished family house with a pool. The view from the roof terrace was breathtaking. We could see the beach, the city of Chania and most of all the sunsets which are hard to describe, so beautiful. Our host Evangelia was always there for us, very kind and warm at heart. We left full of gratitude and recommend the villas with a five star vote. I wish I could give more!

A group of 17 adults from Oregon just experienced a meaningful week long retreat at the Villas. Not only were the accommodations well-stocked, beautiful and comfortable but also Evangelia and Giannis were incredible hosts. From the time we booked through our stay, they generously offered outstanding recommendations and attended to every detail so that all of our guests felt well cared for the whole time. The two villas were perfect as we had plenty of space to spread out. The property offered multiple places for us to gather, and practice yoga either on the upper deck with gorgeous views or under the covered space around the pool.

The houses was wonderful and the view was amazing. Great for large groups and is probably especially lovely in the summer. We used the spa and sauna with the colder weather, which was perfect. Only inconvenience is having to do an in person check in…
