The supermarket and bakery are within walking distance or 2 minutes by car. The landlady was perfect. He looked after us the whole time and made sure to give us great recommendations.

The property is large and clean, nicely equipped and with views of the sea over the roofs. The area is very quiet and you can easily sleep till midday! You can park your car securely on the property behind automatic gates. The owner is lovely and welcoming…

You can park your car securely on the property behind automatic gates. The owner is lovely and welcoming, and will ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Food-wise, there is one of the best restaurants on Crete on your doorsteps - Motakis is located just a two-minute walk away.

Our group of 13 stayed at this property from May 16-23, 2019. We did not want to leave! The house is well appointed and absolutely beautiful. The village was lovely—and our hosts and the people of Crete—kind, helpful and amazing on all levels. Our host, Eirini, was happy and eager to help with everything that we needed and her gifts of homemade feta and wine, fresh vegetables and eggs were unexpected and delightful. From the goats on the hill beside us and the chickens below to the views of the sea and exploring the island each day—Falasarna Beach, Elafonsi Beach, Chania, Balos Lagoon and Gramvousa—this was an adventure that I have dreamed of since I was a little girl, and it delivered so much more. Pure magic. I can’t wait to return. Thank you, Eirini. You were an amazing host!
