Пьедра Вилла Ханья - идеальное место для роскошного отдыха на Крите. Идеальный выбор, он находится всего в 15 минутах езды от Платаниаса, самого популярного места на Западном Крите, где есть множество ресторанов и ночных клубов. Весело, но в то же время в совершенно спокойном месте, чтобы вы могли сбежать от суеты повседневной жизни. На первом этаже довольно просторное и удобное помещение, справа от главного входа расположена кухня, а слева - столовая с гостиной, которая может быть преобразована в двуспальную кровать. Также в вашем распоряжении умное спутниковое телевидение и камин. Также есть туалет с душем.

На втором этаже расположены две спальни, в одной из которых есть балкон с видом на живописную деревню и грязные горы, а также двуспальная с возможностью разделения на две односпальные. В другой спальне есть двуспальная кровать и большое окно также с прекрасным видом на умиротворяющую природу. В обеих спальнях есть телевизор. На первом этаже также находится просторный туалет с ванной и стиральной машиной. Также имеется большая веранда с обеденной зоной на открытом воздухе и великолепным видом. Вилла Piedra Chania также имеет частный бассейн площадью 25 м² с удобной зоной отдыха с зонтиками, шезлонгами и принадлежностями для барбекю. Кондиционер на вилле более современный и есть быстрый и бесплатный Wi-Fi. Вилла идеально подходит для спокойного и безмятежного отдыха рядом с пляжем и всеми удобствами.

This villa is almost better in real life than in the pictures, very comfortable and stylish. It is tucked away in the countryside, so you will only hear rural sounds around you like the cikadas, the occasional rooster crow and goats moving about in the valley. If you are keen to have restaurants and shops in walking distance, this is not the house for you however. But for us the location was paradise. My only only negative is that there is no dishwasher in the house. To me that is quite important during holiday, not having to hand wash so that is why I did not give facilities and comfort a five. But otherwise, we were very happy with the villa, and Christina kindly sent us lots of lovely restaurant and beach recommendations. Thank you for having us!

Ideal property for carefree holidays!

The location of the accommodation is unique! The residence is very nicely furnished. The property has a unique view and offers ideal opportunities for a relaxing holiday away from the tourist traffic and hustle and bustle.

A place to hang around!!!

Villa Piedra is a small but beautiful gem. It was just like the pictures and a perfect place to relax. The hosts responded promptly to requests and were always friendly.

What to say about this villa other than it’s a truly amazing place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. With a perfect privacy, the house is built almost on top of a hill overlooking the little village of Manoliopoulo and hundreds of olive trees. The added value is the peace and the silence but within a short drive you can reach all the relevant spots like Chania, and the beaches of Balos and Elafonissi (to be enjoyed very early in the morning if it’s high season). Coming to the house, it’s really difficult to find something wrong starting with the kindness and availability of the owner Christina who really takes great care of everything. Cleanness, care of the pool and functionality of all the equipments was spot on! We had the privilege to enjoy the villa in two people but it’s perfect for a family or, with its two bedrooms, two couples with one or two kids. In the end, no doubts we would come back. Villa Piedra gave us great memory, together with the true beauty of Crete.

We enjoyed it very very much. Please thank Rena and Anna, it was such a pleasure meeting them. Everything was fine, there is nothing to complain about and maybe in some years we will come again...

Near to all amenities
