Вилла Mareluna Ханья на берегу моря предлагает ок. 200м2 жилой площади на трех уровнях и на земельном участке площадью ок. 2000 м2. Первый этаж состоит из трех спален с ванными комнатами и небольшой прачечной. Первый этаж состоит из кухни, столовой открытой планировки, гостиной и ванной комнаты. Второй этаж состоит из одной спальни с ванной комнатой. На первом и втором этажах есть прямой выход к бассейну, а на первом и втором этажах есть веранды с потрясающим видом. Каждый год вилла украшается в зависимости от сезона, и при каждом посещении вы найдете новый дизайн.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something truly special. The villa exceeded every expectation and delivered one of the most relaxing, beautiful holiday experiences we’ve ever had. Right on the seafront, the moment you open the windows…
From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something truly special. The villa exceeded every expectation and delivered one of the most relaxing, beautiful holiday experiences we’ve ever had. Right on the seafront, the moment you open the windows the gentle sound of waves becomes part of your stay. The vistas from the terraces are stunning — endless blue sea meeting the sky. Every morning we enjoyed coffee while watching the sunrise from the terrace; by evening the glow of the sea under the sunset was unforgettable. This villa is one of those rare places that stay with you long after you leave. Luxurious yet unpretentious, visually stunning yet practical, tranquil yet well located. We can’t wait to return. If you want a dreamlike escape on Crete, this is it!

We just returned from a week at this villa, and honestly, it was perfection from start to finish. Traveling as a family of eight (six adults and two kids), we needed space, comfort, and a touch of luxury and this villa delivered it all in the most spectacular…
We just returned from a week at this villa, and honestly, it was perfection from start to finish. Traveling as a family of eight (six adults and two kids), we needed space, comfort, and a touch of luxury and this villa delivered it all in the most spectacular way. The bedrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with super comfortable beds and high-quality linens. The villa feels private and peaceful, yet it’s close to Chania and some lovely local tavernas. We did a few day trips to nearby beaches, but honestly, we often preferred to stay “home” because it was so beautiful and relaxing. Every one of us, from grandparents to kids, left with huge smiles and unforgettable memories. We’ve stayed in many villas across Europe, but this villa is truly special. We’re already talking about coming back next summer!

It was easily one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. This place is next-level beautiful, luxurious, perfectly maintained, and set right on the sea with views that don’t even look real. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a private paradise. The hosts were absolutely fantastic — welcoming, responsive, and full of great recommendations. They helped us organize airport transfers, car rentals, and even a private dinner with a local chef that turned into one of the highlights of our trip. If you’re looking for a luxurious, stylish, and totally relaxing spot to enjoy with friends, this villa is unbeatable. Every single one of us agreed: it’s one of those places that makes you forget the rest of the world exists. We left with sun-kissed skin, full hearts, and a group chat full of photos, already planning our return trip!

The hosts were very responsive and helped provide suggestions for other parts of the stay, including car rentals, restaurant and beach recommendations. I would stay here over and over again.
