The Nest Villa Chania is a brand-new villa combines luxury with natural materials. It consists of two floors. In the interior, there is a fully equipped kitchen with comfortable dining area and a living room.

Within a distance of 15-20 minutes drive you will find one of the best west Crete beaches, Falasarna. Elafonisi and Balos lagoon is also nearby as both are located in west Crete.

The Nest Villa Chania is a brand-new villa combines luxury with natural materials. It consists of two floors. In the interior, there is a fully equipped kitchen with comfortable dining area and a living room. The decoration of the villa combines classicality and modernity.

As you enter the villa there are two bedrooms, one with double bed (sleeps 2 guests) and one with two single beds (sleeps other 2 guests). Both bedrooms have en-suite bathroom. All spaces in the villa are air-conditioned.

On the upper floor you will find a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is lovely veranda with a private pool overlooking the small Sfinari bay. There are also comfortable modern sun beds and a table to enjoy your meals day and night.

This space enables you to spend unforgettable moments every hour of the day, with your friends or your family and experience absolute relaxation.

The private pool is 23 sqm. while part of it is the children area.

The house has an absolutely magical view, the pool is incredible as well as the decor. Every evening we were able to enjoy the beautiful terrace to admire the sunsets. The house is located between the most beautiful beaches of western Crete, so ideal location. And finally, on our arrival, a nice surprise awaited us in the fridge with vegetables, fruit, fresh drinks and an excellent cooked dish. In addition, the neighbour prepared several small dishes during our stay with incredible kindness. Thanks to this lovely couple

We (2 children, 4+6 years, mom +dad) had a great time in Sfinari. The villa is beautiful. You are there completely for yourself between the olive trees. It has everything you need and more. The pool and terrace are wonderful. The view with the evening sunset is fantastic. The neighbor is one of the friendliest hosts we've ever met on vacation. She provided us with delicious homemade food several times and even invited us to cook a dish together with her, as the children enjoyed it so much. The location of the villa was also nice for us. All we visited was about 1 hour drive - a rental car is necessary! Thank you for the great time.

We cannot ask for more, amazing hosts they are, trusting, exact, warm and providing the hospitality one that you can find in beautiful and hosting of Greece.We are so proud to know both of the hosts so thankful for everything you’ve done when our stay a group of 4 and Vanilla. Everything about this Villa is amazing the house, the location if you like peace, the sunsets, the views the service, the swimming pool and the most importantly : Vasilis and Emanuel always so kind and helpful, brought us some traditional home made Greek food. The house was clean during our stay, with no troubles at all. You can go to the most beautiful beaches in 1:30 hour. I don’t have enough good things to say. Truly amazing stay. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and can’t wait to return in the future. Do yourself a favor and just book it don’t think twice.Thank you again

The villa is ideally located, about 1 hour drive from the most beautiful sites: balos, Elafonissi, Kedrodassos, Chania, Paleochora...We had a dream stay, And I recommend this house at 3000%!!!

We began our days exploring the beautiful beaches West Crete has to offer, followed by an amazing meal at one of the restaurants a short drive (or walk) away from the Villa and finished our evenings at home, lounging on the patio with the most stunning sunsets and breathtaking views. This Villa offered all of the amenities you need and then some. Would 100% recommend for those looking to stay on the West side of the island.
