Предлагая полную конфиденциальность, но в то же время находясь в непосредственной близости от всевозможных магазинов и повседневных удобств, а также всего в нескольких минутах езды от знаменитых красивых пляжей Ставрос и Калатас, этот отель удовлетворит даже самых требовательных гостей.

Планировка виллы Carpos Chania идеально подходит для больших групп или семей, так как обеспечивает легкий доступ внутрь и наружу. Вся вилла со вкусом оформлена в стиле минимализма, при этом внимание было уделено каждой детали, чтобы сделать каждый ваш день максимально легким. Двухэтажное здание общей площадью 240 м2 может вместить 10 гостей в 4 спальнях.

Войдя на виллу, вы попадаете в просторную зону открытой планировки, состоящую из гостиной и кухни. В гостиной есть удобный угловой диван, 65-дюймовый телевизор высокой четкости с Netflix, домашний кинотеатр и динамик Bluetooth, а также крытая обеденная зона с прекрасным видом на оливковые деревья, а полностью оборудованная кухня оснащена всем необходимым для самостоятельного приготовления пищи. -отдых с питанием. Большие окна и двери от пола до потолка обеспечивают достаточное освещение и легкий доступ к веранде, а также к бассейну и площадкам для барбекю.

Кроме того, на этом этаже также имеется спальня с двуспальной кроватью (1,60 X 2,00) и ванная комната с душевой кабиной. Спальня имеет прямой выход в сад с газоном и на веранду с шезлонгами. Все спальни и гостиная оснащены кондиционерами, а в ванных комнатах гостей также ждут роскошные туалетно-косметические принадлежности.

Спустившись по лестнице на верхний уровень, вы попадаете в шикарно оформленный холл с большим окном и зоной отдыха. Остальные три спальни виллы Carpos находятся на этом уровне. Главная спальня с двуспальной кроватью размера «king-size» (1,80 х 2,00) и собственной ванной комнатой с двойной раковиной, ванной и душевой кабиной являются воплощением роскоши и комфорта. Также имеется выход на веранду с садовой мебелью и потрясающим видом на загородную местность и море.

В двух других спальнях установлены по две односпальные кровати (0,90 X 2,00), которые также могут быть сдвинуты в двуспальную кровать размера "king-size" (1,80 X 2,00) по запросу. Оба имеют ванные комнаты с душевыми кабинами и лестницей, ведущей на чердак, с дополнительной кроватью (1,00 X 2,00), что делает их идеальными для пар с детьми. Кроме того, обе эти спальни имеют выход на балкон, откуда открывается прекрасный вид на окружающие оливковые рощи, море и город Ханья.

Really fantastic experience!

The villa was really fantastic!!! Everything is fine. The decor is so beautiful and everything is designed in detail. The view is of course beautiful. The kitchen (indoor and outdoor) is fully equipped with everything you can think of.

The place is stunning and even more beautiful as you could imagine from the pictures. We had the time of our life’s, we can highly recommend booking this villa for your dream vacation. The villa is the most beautiful place we had seen during our time on Kreta! *Villa* The place has highly sophisticated design features. When entering the villa, there is a direct view on the huge pool and terrace. You can open the windows of the terrace completely to create a seamless indoor/outdoor experience. You can decide whether you want to spend your time outside or in the house: There is an outside kitchen with BBQ and a beautiful place to take dinner. The main rooms offers an open kitchen for socializing with everything you need to create tastefully meals. There is a big dinner table with a stunning view on the pool and the olive trees. In the evenings you can either spend your time on the big cozy couch or relax at the various chill out spots outdoors. The pool is the right thing for sunny days, it has a decent size and is surrounded by a lot of sunbathing spots. Each rooms is individually designed and equipped with AC. One double bed room is downstairs the other 3 rooms are upstairs. All of the rooms have a dedicated terrace. Upstairs 2 of the rooms offer a third sleeping spot and a double bed each. The master bed room is situated in the third room with a great bath tube. *Location* The villa is located directly in a field of olive trees, with a view on the ocean in a distance of 1km. The airport of Chania and shopping possibilities are nearby. There are lots of beautiful places you can visit in the area. Our favorite place is Seitan limani, which we discovered by boat from a nearby beach. *Hospitality* The owner had lots of useful hints for the area and was quickly reachable.

Nous avons eu la chance de passer 10 jours dans cette sublime villa située entre Chania et la plage de Stavros. Que dire si ce n’est que cette villa est encore plus belle en vrai que sur les photos. Le couple propriétaire Giorgos et Mary-Ellen ont débordé de petites attentions et se sont montrés des hôtes formidables. La villa en elle même est le summum en terme de prestation avec une attention quasi maladive du détail. Tout y est et on ne manque de rien. Les propriétaires ont fait de cette maison un vrai havre de paix pour y passer des vacances exceptionnelles. Nous avons hâte d’y retourner...vite ! Très vite. Merci Giorgos et Mary pour tout !

We absolutely loved this brand new villa and our stay here. It is beautifully designed and a lot of attention has been paid towards the fine details. From the linens, to the decor and finishing, this villa is one-of-a-kind. It's location is ideal for anyone wanting to beach hop. From the famous Stavros Beach to Marathi Beach, there are so many to choose from in the neighboring area. The owner warmly welcomed us on arrival and later bid us farewell (at 7am!!!) which was a lovely gesture and greatly appreciated. We fell in love with Crete on our first visit two years ago, and fell more in love this time, and have no doubt that we'll be back again soon for sure!

We had an excellent experience in Carpos Villa, which is brand new, has a great design and an amazing pool and outdoor spaces. Equipments and amenities were high quality, rooms were comfortable and spacious, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor kitchen. Location was very convenient close to the airport and a great base to visit western Crete, with lots of beach options a short drive away. The hosts were very attentive and friendly and communication was excellent. Finally the house is managed by an agency which offers concierge services that we found very useful and made us feel pampered.
