A lot of praise goes especially to the whole team, who were reachable 24/7. The team answered all questions directly, was able to allow us an earlier check in and a later check out. Super friendly and helpful team with top communication. The villa was in great condition and exactly as shown in the pictures and in the description. We didn't miss anything. Cleanliness was great and we were also offered a free cleaning after a few days with fresh towels. However, it is definitely recommended to rent a car as the villa is located on a small mountain and walking the way home is slightly difficult due to the mountain. Otherwise, we would definitely come again and recommend the villa to everyone. Thanks again to the whole team for the comfortable and great stay.

The villa is amazing, it has everything you need for a good time, really highly recommended.

We loved coming home after a day of exploring to take a dip in the pool and watch the beautiful sunsets! George and his team were all extremely helpful and communicative, and helped us to book a boat trip around many of Crete’s caves and islands. Added to this was the fantastic service provided by Georgios and the team - everything from helping us book restaurants and giving us local recommendations. They were so responsive and we felt very well looked after. One highlight was the private chefs that the team helped us arrange - Chefs Stefanos (BBQ) and Nikos (fisherman's menu) were superb, especially in the dreamy outside dining area. We also loved the gym - meant we could eat even more during our holiday! One small point is that you can hear traffic noise from a main road a few minutes away. But overall we had the most amazing time and would love to come back!

We have recently returned from a fabulous holiday with 5 friends at this villa. The staff were amazing right from original booking to greeting us on arrival and saying goodbye as we were leaving. All transfers were also arranged by them.They also arranged a private boat trip for us, nothing was too much trouble. They also offered us a chef to come into cook for us.The villa was amazing and had everything you could possibly want. There was so much space in the villa we never felt crowded.The pool area was amazing with so much space outside.We did not rent a car as there was a bus stop a few minutes walk from the villa which took us directly to Chania town.I would highly recommend this villa.

We stayed here in August. There were 7 of us aged 46-56. What a beautiful villa. The transfer to the villa and back to the airport was perfect. When we arrived at the villa. It was perfect, immaculately clean and tidy with a thoughtful welcome pack of the essentials.The rooms were very modern with lovely end suite facilities in each bedroom.Kitchen area was great.The pool and patio is awesome with lovely views and plenty if seats and loungers. Pool temp was spot on.Supermarket and beach are just down the hill. Bus stop is 2 minute walk and Chania us 15 minute ride away. We had no problem getting the bus and if we came home late, the taxis are plenty in Chania. Bus tickets were 1.70€ and the taxis ranged from 10-12€.We absolutely loved our holiday at Villa Estel.
