Very friendly host who was always easy to contact. Moreover, he even had bought some food for us in advance. The place was very clean, nothing negative to remark. The view is absolutely breathtaking and the surrounding area is nice and quiet. Me and my friends spent one of the best vacations ever thanks to this wonderful offer!

Communication with the owner during our stay was excellent. The location of this villa with its specular views is exceptional. The pool is lovely and the villa spacious. The nearby monastery was lovely to visit. We got a 7 seater into Chania Harbour…
Communication with the owner during our stay was excellent. The location of this villa with its specular views is exceptional. The pool is lovely and the villa spacious. The nearby monastery was lovely to visit. We got a 7 seater into Chania Harbour for a meal one night which was great, but mostly we cooked at the villa as a family. The villa is across 3 floors, so there are quite a lot of stairs and the bathrooms have baths with hand showers (rather than walk-in showers) - although this was fine for us, it may not suit people with limited mobility. Good air-conditioning, plenty of fridge space, easy parking, little path down to a private jetty for swimming (on calm-sea days). I would recommend this villa and Crete

Had too good contact and well informed.Because we would arrive earlier than 3 p.m., we were allowed to use an earlier check-in. ( which was fortunately possible as the house was free for it) it was hot so we could dive into the pool right away.The home…
Had too good contact and well informed.Because we would arrive earlier than 3 p.m., we were allowed to use an earlier check-in. ( which was fortunately possible as the house was free for it) it was hot so we could dive into the pool right away.The home was so beautiful, super clean and big! There were 4 of us so we could do just about hiding haha. What a space, what a tranquility and what a beautiful view! Really great! Every day they also came to clean the pool and in the middle of the week the house was cleaned again and provided with fresh linens and towels.Where the house is located is very quiet, we liked this very much, within 20 minutes you were in Chania city center. So the hustle and bustle went perfectly.And nice that there is a supermarket 5 minutes away, where you can really get a lot.This is the most beautiful holiday ever!

There are plenty of small beaches to explore in the vicinity and the snorkelling on the rocks below is great. The pool, the balconies, seating areas and the rooms all make for a fantastic villa for an extended family holiday.

We’ve just got back from a wonderful two weeks in this property. The property is immaculate and the views are simply stunning. The pictures on the website are accurate. Everything in the property is modern and a lot of it looks like new. You need a car…there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive…..and so many beaches to explore - Chanda is approx a 30 minute drive. Nikos, the owner, is so communicative - we messaged as we were arriving at the property, he checked everything was ok an hour later, left a welcome pack of food/drink….whenever I messaged him he was instantly responding. We had one problem where we had a power cut (the whole area) and Nikos was in touch with the suppliers to find out what the problem was and when it would be fixed - it was only a couple of hours but having someone finding out and giving us accurate information took any frustration out of the situation. A truly beautiful villa, perfect for getting away from it all. Thank you Nikos.

My family recently spent a week at this villa and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The panoramic views of the sea and surrounding mountains are absolutely breathtaking. We made unforgettable memories watching the sunset from the poolside, sipping Chardonnay, and listening to the waves crash against the rocks. We’ll definitely be back.

A car is necessary for this accommodation, as there are no restaurants or shops within walking distance – however, this is mentioned in the description. There is a road leading to the sea, which can be reached within a few minutes on foot. In case of strong waves, access to the sea can be difficult.

The pictures don't promise too much. This view from all balconies and from the pool - an absolute dream, also partly from the bedrooms of direct sea views! Upon our late arrival (10pm) we were welcomed by the owner. There was a basic equipment of food available (toast, butter, cheese, sausage, coffee, water, milk, etc.), so we could have breakfast directly the next morning. Great!A car is definitely recommended for shopping or the next larger city of Chania (about 25 minutes). Since we had a late return flight, we were allowed to use the house until 6 pm on request on the day of departure (because no additional tenant came on that day), which is not self-evident and we appreciate it very much! The only thing I missed - but that's not worth a point deduction - were garbage bags, dishwasher tablets (the leftovers from the previous one would also have been enough).Salt, pepper, so the basic equipment for cooking was also not available, but that should not be due to corona. An absolutely recommendable house or rather a dream villa!! We will come back very gladly!!

Absolutely fantastic property

View to Chania is stunning. The facilities were beautifully maintained and my kids loved the pool. Peaceful, private and very clean. Accessible to Chania and airport in only 15-20 mins with hire car. As a family, we all loved this place.

A place to revisit for sure. Also the support team did their utmost to make the holiday a succes.

It was fantastic

We were here for a week. It was fantastic. Local wine and a few snacks were waiting for us when we arrived. The villa was very clean. Halfway through our stay the whole house was cleaned and the linen replaced.

We saw some spectacular sunsets. The villa itself is modern, clean, spacious and very well equipped. Very comfortable beds. Note that there are no showers in the bathrooms which is a shame but you can use the handheld attachments over the baths. The pool area is fantastic with comfortable beds, plenty of shade, an excellent barbecue and a large, clean pool. It only took us 15 minutes to drive here from Chania airport but we weren't troubled by airplane noise. You definitely need a car to explore the area. 30 minutes to Chania with fantastic restaurants and lovely harbour. Closer to the villa there are restaurant and taverna options at Tersanas, Stavros Beach etc. There are some lovely sandy beaches nearby. Stella was extremely helpful with recommendations and organising taxis and always responded to our queries promptly. We would love to return at some point.

A wonderful property, everything is as described. We rented the house for a week for a company outing. There are two other houses nearby, each a good distance away. It's impossible to get there without a car, but you have peace and quiet. The peacocks on the property are lovely to look at, and of course you can hear their calls, but that didn't bother us. We can recommend the house!

Only downside ( but wouldn’t stop us returning) is that it’s quite rural and had to rely on taxis ,also no walk in showers ,but overall amazing we had a truly amazing holiday ,gorgeous sunsets ,wonderful pool area ,two reception areas ,great air con and wi fi yes it was great
