Каждая вилла с кондиционером имеет жилую площадь 160 м² на трех этажах. Все виллы имеют красивый ландшафтный просторный частный сад с множеством теней в жаркий солнечный день, частный бассейн с душем на открытом воздухе, просторную террасу с удобными шезлонгами и просторную обеденную зону с беседкой на открытом воздухе и барбекю на открытом воздухе — идеальное место для ужина на закате с семьей и друзьями.

В гостиных установлены смарт-телевизоры с плоским экраном. Wi-Fi Интернет также доступен в каждом номере и на прилегающей территории. Виллы имеют полностью оборудованные дизайнерские кухни открытой планировки с достаточным количеством столовых приборов для шести человек. Все три спальни с двуспальными кроватями имеют отдельные ванные комнаты. На всех виллах есть стиральные и сушильные машины. Для самых маленьких гостей на всех трех виллах предусмотрена детская игровая площадка.

В отеле есть общий профессиональный теннисный корт, где вы можете насладиться дневной тренировкой с семьей и друзьями. Для большей приватности и безопасности детей вся территория огорожена каменной стеной со стороны дороги и отдельно огорожена со стороны поля.

This villa is truly set up to make memories!

From the beautiful pool, stunning views everywhere, & sunset dinners. It is full of light, beautiful decor, & had everything you could need. We used all the outdoor spaces depending on the time of day, sun, and activity. It felt like our own private resort and was perfectly clean, well maintained. With hot days, the breeze felt great, the inside was a respite with views, and the pool was beyond refreshing and clean. We swam day & night (pool/patio lights a neat plus). The garden is beautiful with places to relax in the shade. All of the outdoor furniture was great quality & it was great for kids (playground, pack n’play, high chair, & big pool with shallow end).The team was phenomenal, gave us local recommendations & were so sweet to our family. There was even food, coffee, drinks, & fresh cut flowers, which with a late arrival made us feel like vacation when we arrived. We truly hope to return to this blue & white dream! Thank you!

This was my first stay in Crete. The home was exactly as described and represented in the pictures. It was very clean and spacious for our group of 6. Fully stocked kitchen was great for us to cook breakfast and the welcome basket of fruits, wine and honey/jam was a nice treat. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the Chania area but not directly in town. It was a very easy 12-15 minute drive into the heart of town and a close drive to beaches as well. Also to note; this home gets amazing views of the sunsets.

Our hosts were very helpful - including providing two cots and high chairs for little ones - and responsive to queries, plus allowing earlier check-in. Any queries during our stay were addressed promptly. The cleaning, towel and linen change after 3 days was brilliant. Giorgios tends to the pool and grounds daily and is helpful for anything needed. There is no door to the top master bedroom, which we were not aware of. This does not mean that it lacks privacy (as it is the only room at the top of the stairs leading up from the kitchen). It was not a problem for us but if future guests needed quiet away from the kitchen they would need to bear it in mind. There are military planes which fly over, which are loud, and planes taking off from the airport, but to be honest, with our little ones we enjoyed watching them!The home and views are beautiful and we had a great week exploring Chania and the local area. We would certainly stay again!

Very well equipped kitchen.All bedrooms are large, with their own balconies, plenty of privacy.You will need to hire a car to go to Chania (great place for hiring boats and nightlife)We had some lovely evenings at the villa, eating outside whilst watching the most incredible sunsets.The teens loved the pool and the tennis court is an added bonus.It’s not often I want to return but I really hope to come back. I cannot thank the team enough, they really ensured we had a great time.

The views are truly incredible, and the hospitality of the hosts were top notch! Our favorite spot in the house was the pool, which overlooks the beautiful sea! The pool is immaculate and someone was present to care for it every morning. Fani was responsive…
The views are truly incredible, and the hospitality of the hosts were top notch! Our favorite spot in the house was the pool, which overlooks the beautiful sea! The pool is immaculate and someone was present to care for it every morning. Fani was responsive and extremely helpful during our planning phase. The entire house was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and smelled like an inviting Spa. Every room had its own private sitting area/balcony where one could take in the surrounding beauty of Chania! Our son proposed to his girlfriend (now fiancé) on the pool deck overlooking the water. Fani couldn’t have been more helpful – she is amazing at hospitality! If we could give more than 5 Stars, we would! Thank you!

From the time we arrived to the time we drove away, we felt like was our own private resort. We were there in the "off season", so we had the entire compound to ourselves. The home matches the pictures and descriptions very well; however, you can't easily describe the beauty of this private enclave set against the backdrop of the sea and mountains. Everywhere you looked was a view. The home was VERY clean and obviously well taken care off. Georges, the gardener, came by daily and the pool and grounds were very well tended and added to the ambiance. We used 5 of the 6 terrace/balcony areas depending on sun, wind and activity. The kitchen was very well appointed with anything you could need to for takeout to grilling. It's a short drive from town which just added to the feel of a private hideaway. Prepare for some wind, however, as it's on a high ground above the water, so a breezy day is a given. Our thanks to Fani who was responsive and welcoming!

Great Villa

Good location, a bit out of the way, but that's exactly what we were looking for. Suitable distance to the city of Chania and e.g. Stavros beach. Nice and sheltered private swimming pool area where the children spent their days very comfortably.

The best place in Kalathas

Grear facility, awesome place, clean and well maintained. The swimming pool is awesome, the kitchen is fully equipped, the staff was attentive and caring Location is perfect - 15 min from chania old town, near great supermarket, near great restaurants…
