Первый этаж


- на первом этаже есть воздушная гостиная с открытой концепцией, где комфорт встречает дизайн. Уютная зона отдыха в северном крыле приглашает вас погрузиться в шикарные сидения и насладиться видом на террасу бассейна или фильм на 50 -дюймовом интеллектуальном телевизоре. Большие стеклянные двери открываются непосредственно в общество на открытом воздухе в течение 12 и площадки для барбекю под затененной перголой, с дальнейшим доступом к террасе бассейна.

- Примыкание к лаунджу, официальный обеденный стол в помещении также располагается 12 и с видом на поразительный бассейн с подогревом 115 м². Гость WC удобно расположен для общего использования.

- Кухня, расположенная в южном крыле, гладкая и практична- оборудована деревянными шкафами, белыми столешницами, современными приборами, винным холодильником и кухонным островом с сиденьями для барного магазина на шесть. Двери внутреннего дворика обеспечивают бесперебойную жизнь в помещении.

-Две спальни размера королевы (1,80 х 2,00) также находятся на этом этаже, оба меблированы для комфорта с 32-дюймовыми интеллектуальными телевизорами. Один открывается на террасу бассейна и разделяет близлежащую ванную комнату; другой предлагает доступ к саду, а также есть варь с дождем.

Верхний уровень ловко разделен на два частных крыла, каждое из которых доступно на независимой лестнице. Установлен в пределах 2350 кв. Из ландшафтной территории Вилла Ниси Чания предназначена для жизни на свежем воздухе. Частный бассейн 115 м² (25 м x 4,5 м) простирается по ширине виллы, предлагая наклонную вход и глубину от 0,60 м до 1,60 м. Отдельная секция гидромассажа, частично заключенная в деревянный мост, имеет сидения и пузырьковые самолеты для окончательного релаксации.

Солнечные дни с подушками, зонтиками и затененной зоной отдыха приглашают на весь день отдых. Обеденная зона на открытом воздухе, также сидящая 12, идеально подходит для длинных блюд под звездами, поддерживаемой газовым барбекю для приготовления пищи. Частная парковка доступна на территории нескольких транспортных средств.

Fabulous villa and amenities, every bedroom was spacious and well appointed. The upstairs bedrooms (each with their own terraces) had stunning views across the bay. The villa was well looked after and we had a daily cleaning service. Lots of separate sitting areas inside and out and the gym and sauna were a bonus. Maria was a great host, very helpful and responsive. Others have commented and you should be aware when booking that the villa is close to quite a main road. This is well advertised and didn’t bother us, but it might if you’re looking for absolute peace and quiet. The plus to this though is that everything you would want to access is a short drive away, such as local beaches (15mins), the airport (10 mins), the main town (20mins) and restaurants and supermarkets. Maria also has 2 restaurants in the town and we’d recommend dining there, we had lunch at the Palazzo Al Mare overlooking the water and lighthouse, both are in a prime location. and the food was great.

It was nice to have a washer/dryer available and the daily cleaning was such a plus. The managers were great with awesome recommendations! They arranged a meal in the villa with a private chef as well an incredible private boat tour. They were super responsive and incredibly helpful. Would absolutely recommend this place!

We were traveling with a group of 11 adults and 3 kids and have a fantastic time at this villa. The villa's amenities were missing nothing. The house is clean and the included daily room service would be available every day to clean out the garbage and make the beds. Once a week they even change linens and towels. The only thing is that windows are not fully soundproof so the rooms on the upper floor had some noise during the night from the road directly behind the pool. All in all, we had a great time and can fully recommend. Thanks again

The location was private but a walkable distance to a supermarket and coffee shop - otherwise 10-20mins taxi to whatever you need. Whenever we needed taxis, reservations, recommendations we just message and it was done for us. Daily cleaning and Irene was lovely even made us spag Bol for the children one lunchtime. As a small tip - if you’re taking children the pool is not tiled so its a little rough and can scrape their skin. Invest in pool shoes (the kids that didn’t have them by the end of the week all their soles and toes were sore / cut).

We were greeted by the owner. Plenty of room for our two families, 9 people. All the kids had their own rooms. The house is new and modern. The bedrooms on the top floor had amazing views. The basement bedrooms were very spacious with high ceilings, didn’t feel like we were in the basement. Fully stocked with everything we needed. Everyone had their own A/C temperature control. The pool was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. There were no neighbours so plenty of privacy. Location is great, close to Chania and the airport. Great bonuses: gym, sauna, bath robes, slippers, two fridges, and daily cleaning. Loved coming home after a long day out exploring. Plenty of windows with lots of light. Beautiful sliding patio doors brought the outdoors in. We enjoyed staying here so much that none of us wanted to leave. Highly recommend staying here.Small negative that is out of the host’s control is the loud cicadas. Bring earplugs if sensitive to sound when sleeping.

Nicest villa we’ve stayed in and will definitely be back! The road that goes in front of the house is noticeable, but can be easily hidden.We stayed there for a week and would have liked to have longer.

We just spent a week with our children and grandchildren at the Villa. We were 12 in all. The house is absolutely wonderful and so well laid out that we never for a moment felt crowded. The rooms are beautiful and the pool is huge and perfect for water play or laps. We hated to leave and would certainly rent this villa again. We drove into the Old Port most nights for dinner about 20 minutes away. Other nights we ate at tavernas at a close by beach. We had breakfast catered by a talented catering company which worked out so well.

I could not recommend this villa enough.

Highly recomend for families with kids looking for nice vocation with no neighbors. all the equipment needed were in house. We refueled our batteries and visited many local restaurants with great food next to the sea... all communication and contact with the owner and his staff was perfect. The host is very kind, generous and courteous. Extra:the amazing huge 25meters swimming pool and the barbeque area where we had amazing time. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a healthy vacation in a private villa!!
