We had a really wonderful stay at this villa in Crete. The villa is in a breathtaking location, stunning views of the sea and the mountains - what a treat to wake up to. Truly one of the most beautiful landscapes we’ve seen. The area was peaceful and so relaxing, and the villa had everything we needed. It was like a home from home for my first time in Crete. This was also thanks to Katerina, the amazing host, who made us feel so welcome, had lots of good recommendations, and took care of every detail. It was an unforgettable trip and we will definitely back! Thank you for everything:)

Superb quality villa/location

We spent 9 nights in late October, although at the end of the summer season, we were blessed with good weather and wonderful host and housekeeping. The villa is as good as the images show, incredible vista from the villa looking out to sea and Crete heading west. The outside entertaining area/pool are brilliant as are the facilities and amenities inside the accommodation. Aside from the wonderful accommodation, Katerina really goes the extra mile to ensure you enjoy your stay and is always on hand with information of where to go and what to see, as well as really good tips on where to eat. We would not hesitate to recommend the villa. It is located about 30 minute drive from Chania and 45 min drive to Rethymno.

Housekeepers were a model of discreet attentivemness. Highly recommended.

The villa was incredibly well stocked with all we needed for a family holiday and the welcome foods were a very nice touch. Katerina, Anna and all the team were so kind and welcoming. Lots of good advice and recommendations about how to make the most of our holiday and always very willing to please and so friendly and happy. We can fully echo the previews reviews! Katerina is a perfect host. She helps you organizing anything you need. As we arrived late at night, we even found coffee, fresh milk, butter, honey, some bread for the breakfast next day, a cold bottle of white in the fridge to enjoy a late night drink with a view as well as big fresh fruit basket. The daily maid service was fantastic. The view over the ocean and the bay is amazing at any time of the day and at any weather. You enjoy total privacy, too and a very quiet location right by the sea and a 5 min walk to Almyrida with some nice restaurants and a supermarket. Our entire family loved this place! It's pretty sizable and you have lot's of space insight and outside. We can highly recommend it.

The three Villas in the complex are one nicer than the other, very spacious, very luxurious with stunning views over the sea and the bay. Each has a full size pool which is a real joy to swim or to relax in a fantastic view. Katerina the owner is always available to assist with any request, information , suggestion or goodies to enjoy in the house. The landscape is impeccable as well as the maintenance of the place inside and out with beautiful comfortable and expensive furniture. It offers daily maid service taking care of everything with a smile! We had a wonderful time, it was just difficult to leave !!! Hope to be back soon!

We just returned from a perfect vacation. We had booked online and arrived with some trepidation. We have had mixed experiences with vacation rentals in the past. Immediately, any worries melted away. The villa is beautiful and the setting is breathtaking- the online images are real. Everything is within a short 5-10 minute walk. Although close to everything, the villa is very private and quiet. Katerina is the owner/hostess and keeps the facility and level of service beyond 5 star. She will arrange absolutely everything--car transfers/rental, restaurants (she knows all the best and local places), shopping, tours, boat trips, daily excursions. She is from Crete but has travelled far and brought the best of hospitality and design to this villa. We also enjoyed having our own spa day with steam room, massage and private yoga. We took advantage of it all. We will definitely return next year!

We first visited the villa in October 2016. This is the first time I have reviewed the same place twice but it thoroughly deserves it after we stayed again with my family but this time in Villa Almyra this Easter. The villa is beautiful with the same amazing views as the other two. It was like our own little home but with the bonus of Katerina, the owner who organized absolutely everything for us-far and away beyond the call of duty-car transfers, car-hire, Easter restaurant booking...anything you needed. We would amble five minutes into the village for lunch where there are excellent friendly tavernas lapped by the sea on the golden sand, retire to the swimming pool and then as dusk fell head back to another favourite haunt. Having a very busy job it was like time stood still. We will return without a doubt. Show less

A truly luxurious villa. The standard of design, build & outfitting is very good & the location is perfect. The views are unbelievable (white mountains & the sea) & the owner, Katerina, could not be more helpful both before & during the holiday. The bars & restaurants in town are 5 mins walk from the villa & provide plenty of variety. There is plenty to do with walks, kayaking & swimming. Alternatively, just enjoy the views from this beautiful villa.
