Our crew of eight—four adults and four teenagers—had a wonderful stay. The views were breathtaking, the pool was a perfect retreat, and the kitchen worked well for daily homemade breakfasts. The location is more remote than we usually choose, but the views, the home, and the nearby tavernas more than made up for it; we had some of the best food of our trip there. Check-in was easy once we found the villa, thanks to Natalia sharing her location. She was an excellent property manager: responsive, helpful with a grocery link, and quick to act when we had a water-pressure issue—a technician arrived within 20 minutes on a Saturday night. A few tips: Don’t rely on the app directions, which may take you down rough roads and leave you two roads away. Also, for the air-pump dryer, empty the water condenser at the top left often or clothes won’t dry. We highly recommend staying here, and don’t miss the taverna next door.

Clean rooms, pool and the kitchen is well provisioned. My family loved the posh coffee machine. Loads of outdoor furniture and spaces to enjoy the spectacular view. The restaurants are great and walkable. The local market, slight walk uphill, is chaotic…
Clean rooms, pool and the kitchen is well provisioned. My family loved the posh coffee machine. Loads of outdoor furniture and spaces to enjoy the spectacular view. The restaurants are great and walkable. The local market, slight walk uphill, is chaotic but full of almost everything you would need. The beach is 40 minutes walk downhill, handily 6 euros back in a taxi unless you enjoy hot trekking. We managed to see almost all of the island’s historical sites from this location, ranging from Knossos (mins), Gortys/ Phaistos(50 mins),Rhethymnon(60 mins) and beyond. A rental car feels like an essential in this location. The taxis are reliable but a bus schedule is nonexistent. Most importantly, the home owner helped us in the worst of health scares, ensuring my father’s swift arrival at a hospital. My gratitude is eternal. This house gave all 11 of us the opportunity to explore lots of Crete and cool off in the great pool.

After we received the direct contact details of the agency, we were able to clarify all questions with the very friendly and competent Ms Natalia before the start of the holiday.She was also always available during our stay, responded immediately to messages, was very attentive and always super nice. The technician was also very competent, helpful and friendly. We felt very comfortable, safe and well looked after. You don't experience such great, competent service very often – therefore: I would absolutely recommend it and would gladly do so again! The only thing, however, was our issue: the holiday in this villa in Crete was unfortunately too short :-) All the best to you, dear Natalie, and to your team!

Our stay at this incredible villa was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that no detail had been overlooked. The outdoor space was peaceful and beautifully designed, offering breathtaking views and the perfect spot to unwind. The pool was absolutely pristine—a dreamy oasis we enjoyed every single day.Inside, the home was cozy, comfortable, and exceeded all of our expectations. It was truly worth every penny. But what made the experience unforgettable was our host. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful, ensuring every aspect of our stay was perfect—from a generous welcome basket with fresh fruit and wine to arranging in-villa massages. Her care and attention to detail made us feel completely pampered.This was one of the best villa experiences we’ve ever had, and we are already dreaming of returning. Highly, highly recommend!

Amazing Villa!

The Villa was very spacious and comfortable for our family of 7 adults and 3 small children. The view of sunrise was stunning and the pool with jacuzzi was an everyday must. We really appreciated being greeted by Natalia and a big plate of fresh fruits…
The Villa was very spacious and comfortable for our family of 7 adults and 3 small children. The view of sunrise was stunning and the pool with jacuzzi was an everyday must. We really appreciated being greeted by Natalia and a big plate of fresh fruits. The bathrooms were very nice and clean. The house had a lot of lovely furniture and equipment. We could really live there as if it was our home. The cleaning service halfway through the stay was refreshing. Natalia was always responsive and gave me recommendations regarding absolutely everything. The only downside for us perhaps was the fact that there isn't much to do in walking distance (besides a restaurant or two) but at least the restaurant next door had a large play area for children. I would recommend renting a car althought the taxi service recommended by Natalia was very responsive and reliable as well.

Exceptional stay

Very pleasant stay - would definitely recommend bigger groups of 8-10 people to choose this amazing villa! Good facilities, only thing is that it could use a table tennis or pool table, otherwise it has everything.

Fantastic villa for a large group .. well appointed with all of the necessities, as well as the luxuries .. the kids loved the Playstation, the pool, the sound system, and the table tennis set up .. the kitchen area was well stocked, including some sundries…

Absolutely EVERYTHING! From the generosity and hospitality of the owners to the Greek taverna that was literally next door...The fact that NOTHING was spared by the owners made this villa feel like our own home and not a summer short term rental property…

From the deliciously soft Zara Home bed linen to the amazing power shower. As for the swimming pool and the view....to die for!

The next-door Taberna is also a great benefit.
