Everything was spotless on arrival like the place had never been used, and Maria-Ionna was helpful with any questions and information. The place is very peaceful. We had a car as we wanted to explore Crete, however the local restaurants were only a 5-10 minute walk away which we did a few evenings. Perfect place to stay if you are after some peaceful relaxation but still to only be a short distance from restaurants and shops.

We loved to spend our holidays there and just relax. It was very clean, fully equipped and had all we needed. We even got a little welcome and a goodbye present - so thoughtful. We were very happy. A few things need repairing (closet, shampooholder, drain in the bathroom) but other than that it was perfect. We recommend having a car. The beaches are not that close and you need a car to reach them. It has a few nice restaurants around and a few cute shops. Not that much going on and not that many tourists. If you every come a cross a white cat with black dots and a black nose - that is Tztatziki. She is a street cat but lives around the villas. Please take good care of her. She is only looking for food and some love. We miss her already. Thank you, Maria-Ioanna and Kostas - we had a wonderful time.

Maria and Kostas were very friendly and the communication went well, on arrival we received a welcome package and on departure we received a souvenir from the family. All in all had a great vacation and would definitely want to come back here again! We had rented a car ourselves for 10 days to explore the area, this is also really necessary.

A lovely place to relax and unwind, the private pool was the best as it was very hot! There was some building work going on next door, but this work will soon be finished and the lovely host was very quick to make sure that the builders were quiet and respectful and the apartment is private, so it was all ok. The views are fabulous and the local village charming with a good grocery store and a lovely coffee shop called Slow drop. Other great restaurants close by also. A selection of beaches a short drive away. Thank you!

We had a great time at Mariyanna & Kostas' villa!It started directly with pro-active communication for late check-in and in the fantastic villa we immediately felt at home. A small gift basket with olive oil, wine, fruits, raki, tea and much more was waiting for us. The villa's equipment is high quality, whether fridge, stove or washing machine - all new brand appliances. Mariyanna also always helped us quickly via message when we had a question.The villa is thought out in detail and especially the spectacular outdoor area overlooking the sea for a month and unfortunately passed far too quickly.A new extra bed and high chair was provided for our baby.You will also be surprised after a trip with fresh fruit directly from the field of Kosta's family outside the door.Thanks for the great time - we'll be back for sure!

There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could ask for, a nice little private pool with a great view down to the sea and very comfortable pool beds to enjoy the sun on the terrace. We‘ve had an easy self check in as we arrived very late and could even have a late check out. There are a few nice beaches nearby and nice villages with good restaurants, supermarkets and other shops only a short drive away (we highly recommend to rent a car). Communication with Mariyanna and Kostas was always easy and quick. They gave us a few helpful recommendations for the area, prepared a welcome basket and gave us a little gift when we left. Thank you very much Mariyanna and Kostas!

This place is nestled in a beautiful location and gets sun for the whole day (perfect for you sun-worshipers!) Mariyanna is great, really helpful with local recommendations although a couple of the restaurants came up short (check trip advisor we’ve left reviews). Really peaceful location, the sun loungers are really comfy and no need to move them to have the sun all day, the pool is beautiful and the water/filter was cleaned whilst we were there.Top of the line utilities and everything you could need to be right at home, just buy some food from the supermarket & you’re good to go!
