На вилле могут разместиться 8 человек, при этом она имеет 100% доступ для людей с ограниченными возможностями как внутри, так и снаружи, на жилой площади 330 м² на участке площадью 1200 м².

Роскошно оформленная вилла в минималистском стиле построена на трех этажах, а лифт обеспечивает легкий доступ ко всем этажам. Тренажерный зал, сауна, джакузи, доступ к Wi-Fi, телевизоры Smart TV во всех комнатах — вот лишь некоторые из удобств, которыми вы можете воспользоваться. Вход на виллу находится на первом этаже, где есть гостиная/столовая/кухня открытой планировки и спальня с двумя односпальными кроватями и собственной ванной комнатой (нижняя раковина, верхний туалет с поручнями, безбарьерная душевая кабина, сиденье для душа), обе комнаты оборудованы для гостей на инвалидных креслах, с индивидуальным кондиционером и отоплением, Smart TV и удобным постельным бельем. Две односпальные кровати можно трансформировать в двуспальную кровать с наматрасником.

Комфортная гостиная/обеденная зона состоит из современного углового дивана с журнальным столиком, качественной мебели, камина, Smart TV и обеденного стола с 8 удобными стульями. Современная полностью оборудованная кухня оснащена низкой барной стойкой с 4 стульями, холодильником с морозильной камерой, посудомоечной машиной, плитой с 4 конфорками, духовкой, встроенной микроволновой печью, кофемашиной для приготовления эспрессо/кофе с фильтром, тостером, чайником и соковыжималкой.

Лестница или лифт ведет на второй этаж, где находится главная спальня с кроватью размера «king-size» и собственной ванной комнатой с душем, спальня с двуспальной кроватью и собственной ванной комнатой с душем и спальня с двумя односпальными кроватями и собственной ванной комнатой с душем. Во всех спальнях имеется индивидуальный кондиционер и отопление, телевизор с технологией Smart TV, удобное постельное белье и меблированные балконы с видом на море и горы. Две односпальные кровати можно трансформировать в двуспальную кровать с наматрасником. Чтобы сделать ваше пребывание более комфортным, в коридоре есть холодильник для хранения прохладительных напитков.

С первого этажа лифт или лестница ведет на нижний этаж виллы и является для нее большим преимуществом. В отеле есть шведская сауна на 4 человека и джакузи с гидромассажем на 4 человека. Кроме того, вы можете заняться фитнесом в полностью оборудованном частном тренажерном зале. Здесь есть душевая комната и туалет со стиральной машиной, а тех из вас, кто хочет просто расслабиться или поиграть в видеоигру на Smart TV, ждет гостиная.

На первом этаже большие окна выходят на большую террасу, оборудованную большим обеденным столом с 8 стульями, комфортабельную гостиную и зону для барбекю, с видом на красивый уединенный сад с бассейнами и видом на Эгейское море и гавань Херсониссоса. Жизнь на свежем воздухе не может быть более веселой и расслабляющей одновременно. Несколько ступенек и пандус ведут к лужайке, большому пейзажному бассейну (126 м²) и отдельному детскому бассейну, душу на открытом воздухе, удобным шезлонгам, небольшим журнальным столикам и зонтикам.

Вилла Амаро Херсониссос идеально расположена для удобного путешествия по всему острову как на арендованном автомобиле, так и на автобусе (из Херсониссоса). Легкий доступ к национальной дороге делает это место отличной отправной точкой для дальнейшего изучения восточного Крита, когда вы едете через потрясающие пейзажи в сторону плато Лассити или, возможно, едете в сторону Агиос Николаоса, наслаждаясь захватывающими дух видами на залив Мирабелло и знаменитый остров прокаженных Спиналонга. We were in the villa for the second year in a row - and it was simply wonderful again!

The location is fantastic, everything is very well maintained, and the pool is simply a highlight.There is almost nothing more to say: We felt completely comfortable again and will definitely come back!

On arrival we were warmly welcomed and the property was amazing, even better than the pictures make out. The place was spotless and there was absolutely nothing to fault with everything we needed plus more. We chose this villa as it was fully enclosed for our four year old and contacted the owners to ask about this before we booked - it was perfect for him and he loved every minute of it! The location couldn’t be any better, walking distance to the beach but far enough away to have a bit of privacy. Shops and restaurants within a minute walk also made it ideal. The view from the garden is breathtaking and with the mountains as the backdrop, you can’t ask for much more. If you are thinking of booking a villa then I couldn’t recommend this place enough, not one negative and 10 days of pure bliss making memories with my young family.

I have to say after never staying in a villa before we were a bit sceptical about it, especially with 3 children, however we did not need to be. The villa is pure perfection. The villa itself is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. There is a small town with some lovely tavernas and a handful of shops close by but the main town is only a ten minute walk away, which was great as we did not want to hire a car or venture far. I would 100% recommend this villa and have no doubt one day we will be returning. Thank you Eleni and Stelios

We booked the Villa for 5 nights in September and absolutely loved it! The house is clean and nicely furnished, the outdoor area with pool is unique! Shops and the center of the village of Piskopiano are close to the villa. Lively Hersonissos can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. Here one restaurant follows the other and you can enjoy the Greek nightlife. A great stay!

Everything we needed was on hand, from the massive food, beer and wine parcel that was there when we arrived, the extra beers your son got on the first evening, the freshly baked treats you brought during the week, to the leaving gifts on our last day I don’t think we have ever been looked after so well. The Villa is even better than the pictures show and we loved all the extra touches such as bathrobes and slippers, vanity kits, hand and body lotions etc etc. The Villa is in the perfect spot, within easy walking distance to all the lovely bars and restaurants in the local villages. A perfect stay! The accommodation was very clean and cozy, plus a nice pool – ideal for relaxation and fun. Absolutely suitable for a youth holiday, the location was perfect and we had a great experience. We would like to highlight the hostess: very friendly, uncomplicated and always available for questions – we felt completely comfortable. The way to Chechonisos and back is quite steep, so a suitable vehicle is recommended. Overall a great experience, we would come back immediately!

Our holidays in Crete were great thanks to the wonderful stay with Eleni & Stelios. Villa is highly recommended. It is decorated with a lot of love and style. Garden with beautiful pool, view of the sea, lots of green surroundings. Beautiful seating areas to relax by the pool and on the terrace. Rooms are beautiful with stylish bathrooms. Lighting in the evening creates an idyllic atmosphere. Air conditioning that can be adjusted so well that you can't hear it at night and still reach a pleasant temperature. Very clean. Great fitness and relaxation. Spacious. Hosts are very nice and immediately there when you need them. We can only recommend our stay with Elena & Stelios.

We had an amazing stay here, 6 adults and 2 babies. The villa is beautiful and we really appreciated the separate baby pool and children's toys, as well as being provided with a travel cot and high chairs for both babies. Eleni was a great host, she was very responsive and organised a cleaner to come half way through the stay which was great. The location is good as it isn't in the main town. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the restaurants and bars in Piskopiano and Koutouloufari, the first 5 minutes of the walk is uphill. We hope to return next year!

It is super clean and once a week is cleaned free of charge.Although the price is very high, it was worth every penny.The landlady is super responsive and very attentive. She took care of this immediately in case of problems and had the main gate repaired by a professional within 12 hours.Really great. Thanks,
