Welcome to a paradise you’ll never want to leave, with an impeccable design, featuring organic wood and soft grey tones blending with Mother Nature’s shifting moods and settled in Keramoutsi Village. With expansive landscape views, this large luxury self-catering home has been created with joy, relaxation and kinship hospitality above all else.

From the impeccable gardens to the private pool, the villa’s enclosed and private setting is a real lure forguests of all ages. This captivating home is embellished with a private infinity pool 100m2 (1.00-2.10depth), featuring design led sun beds, a lounge area and outdoor dinning area. Grown-ups can lounge totheir sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (gas or charchoal) under sunset skies. The property lays in 4.000 hectares private outdoor area with captivating grounds and with sublime gardens. Ensure you explore all grounds as they have been designed for endless strolls. Private parking is also available at the villa premises for up to two cars.

Warm welcome to a seamless inside-outside design-led living area. The exclusive villa is a 3 storey 500m2 luxury home exclusively designed by the homeowner. Entering the ground floor you will find a design led living-cum lounge, with an open plan living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dinning area and a WC. There’s an atmospheric design which invites adventures into other worlds, a smart 55’ TV (Netflix available) for movie nights. Lounge at the living room and watch the shimmering pool & extensive landscape views before curling up on the sofa with a paperback. A bespoke living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits you for culinary wonders with direct access to an indoor dinning spot. All bedrooms feature premium mattress and linen with King Size Beds 1.80×2.00, and can be split into two single beds upon request. The exclusive villa can comfortably accommodate up to nine guests in real beds in its five available bedrooms, and one more guest is welcome to sleep at the living room sofa upon request.

The property has a service team which resides close to the villa, available 24/7 to assist guests

• Private Chef services can be offered upon request and with an additional fee, and pre stock service is also available upon request with an additional fee.
