Was absolutely perfect for our extended family holiday

Having two separate villas gave everyone plenty of privacy while still allowing us to spend time together around the pools and outdoor dining areas. The location is breathtaking. The views over the Libyan Sea are unlike anything we have experienced…
Having two separate villas gave everyone plenty of privacy while still allowing us to spend time together around the pools and outdoor dining areas. The location is breathtaking. The views over the Libyan Sea are unlike anything we have experienced before, and the sunsets were spectacular every evening. We loved walking down to the sea for a swim and then returning to relax by the heated pools. The villas are beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. South Crete feels wonderfully authentic and peaceful, and this estate is the perfect place to enjoy it. A truly memorable holiday that exceeded all expectations.

The setting is simply breathtaking - perched above the sea with uninterrupted views that seem to go on forever. Every morning started with coffee on the terrace watching the changing colors of the water, and every evening ended with spectacular sunsets…
The setting is simply breathtaking - perched above the sea with uninterrupted views that seem to go on forever. Every morning started with coffee on the terrace watching the changing colors of the water, and every evening ended with spectacular sunsets from the infinity pool. The villa itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and extremely comfortable. We especially loved the Hammam and the direct access to the secluded bay below. It felt private, peaceful, and completely disconnected from everyday life. If you're looking for a luxurious escape surrounded by nature, this place is hard to beat. We left already planning our return.

We were a group of ten friends celebrating a special birthday and could not have been a better choice. The combination of two luxury villas gave us plenty of space while still feeling connected. Every bedroom enjoys incredible sea views and waking up each morning felt like being on a private island. The infinity pools were fantastic, the Hammam spas were an unexpected luxury, and the outdoor spaces were where we spent most of our time. Agios Pavlos Beach is only a short drive away and quickly became one of our favorite beaches in Crete. The hosts were excellent, always available and very helpful with local recommendations. Without doubt one of the most impressive villas we have ever stayed in.

The children spent hours in the heated pool while we relaxed on the terrace enjoying the sea breeze. We also loved exploring the nearby beaches around Agios Pavlos and Triopetra. Everything was perfectly organized, from the check-in process to the mid-stay cleaning. The hosts were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. One of the best family holidays we've ever had.

The location on the cliffs of South Crete is spectacular and gives you a real sense of privacy without being too far from tavernas and beaches. The architecture is stunning, with large windows framing the sea from almost every room. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the outdoor areas were where we spent most of our time. The private path to the water was an unexpected highlight. Swimming in the crystal-clear bay below felt like having our own private beach. A truly unforgettable experience.

After years of renting luxury villas around Europe, this is one of the few properties that genuinely surprised us. The views are world-class, the villas are immaculate, and the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful. Having access to two heated infinity pools, two Hammam spas, and multiple outdoor living areas made the estate ideal for our large family gathering. There was always enough space to relax without feeling crowded. One of our favorite moments was enjoying breakfast on the terraces while watching the sea below, followed by afternoon swims in the crystal-clear water nearby. The entire experience felt private, exclusive, and incredibly relaxing. We left with wonderful memories and would happily return in the future.

We booked this villa for a relaxing getaway with friends and it turned out to be one of the most memorable trips we've had. The villa offers the perfect combination of luxury and natural beauty. The infinity pool overlooking the Libyan Sea is stunning, and the Hammam was a wonderful bonus after long days exploring the area. The villa was immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed. We spent our evenings cooking on the BBQ, sharing dinners outside, and watching the stars above the sea. South Crete has a magic of its own, and this villa is the perfect place to experience it. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something truly special.

Very nice property with the direct view on the sea

Very high quality equipment, it lacks nothing. Great pool and access to the Mediterranean, but this is to be enjoyed with caution as it is very rocky.Within 15 - 30 minutes you can reach very attractive places with beautiful beaches or taverns.

The most wonderful view and place to stay. Very quiet and relaxing and the property manager was incredibly hospitable and gave us the best recommendations in local towns. Couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing space. The private beach was wonderful…

Absolutely wonderful

Views are great, we only saw a handful of people in the cove all week so it felt like a private space and the villa is great. There was building work on several villas nearby which was noisy but it didn't spoil our enjoyment.

Amazing Villa!

Fantastic villa with beautiful pool and view. Downstairs at the sea you can watch nice snorkeling and fishing thanks to the super clear water. We and our kids enjoyed it.
