На первом этаже виллы Kastellakia Rethymno находится просторная зона открытой планировки, состоящая из гостиной с камином, 42-дюймовым телевизором с высокой четкостью изображения, DVD-плеером и Nintendo Wii, офисного помещения с письменным столом, обеденной зоны в помещении и модульной полностью оборудованная кухня с высококачественной сантехникой и бытовой техникой плюс целая гранитная стойка. Из гостиной есть прямой выход на главную веранду, бассейн и сад. На том же этаже находится полностью оборудованная ванная комната с душем и одна спальня с двуспальной кроватью, которые также спроектированы с учетом всех требований для гостей на инвалидных креслах.

На второй этаж по лестнице находится холл с видом на море, в котором есть ванна-джакузи и тренажерный зал. Справа вы найдете главную спальню с двуспальной кроватью, которая также имеет ванную комнату с душевой кабиной. Еще две спальни, одна с двуспальной кроватью, а другая с двумя односпальными кроватями, и главная ванная комната расположены на том же этаже. Во всех спальнях есть балкон, кондиционер, большие туалеты и оконные перегородки. Наконец, на первом этаже находится прачечная со стиральной и сушильной машинами.

Снаружи есть организованная огороженная территория площадью 600 квадратных метров с различными удобствами и местами для отдыха, цветниками и деревьями!

The host as well as the lady who manages the bookings both came onsite to meet us at different times of the holiday. Both are lovely people and very helpful with advice on things to do and places to see. The pool is great and was at a nice temperature…

Awesome property ideal for our summer holidays in Crete

Great place close to town but far enough away to feel like a little oasis.

The pool was terrific, especially when it was too windy to swim at the beach. We had our little one with us and the shade in the late afternoon made for perfect swimming area. We hope to be back!

We loved our stay and would recommend the villa to anyone thinking of visiting Rethymno

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The villa is as the pictures show and is extremely comfortable. We traveled with our kids who had so much fun in the pool and games room…

We traveled with our kids who had so much fun in the pool and games room. We hired a car for our trip but taxis are easy to arrange as well. The villa is a short drive from the old town and the beach is even closer - but we spent most of our days at the pool.

Villa Kastellakia was the perfect place for me and my family. I am a mother of three, travelling with my husband and children to Crete and the villa truly has everything I could ask for. Since we were travelling during autumn, the fact that the swimming pool was heated didn’t stop my children to enjoy themselves by the pool. We have spent many nights cooking, since the kitchen is highly equipped and the villa provides you with a lovely outdoor bbq (my husband got crazy about it)!!The best part for us was the playroom, full with all kind of games, which kept our children happy the best way we could think.. What I also need to mention is that the Villa is located only 2,5 kil. from the city, fact so convenient for us since we visited the Fortezza castle and the beautiful Venetian old town of Rethymno. Fact also extremely helpful when we needed a pharmacy in the middle of the night for our little one. We will never forget the hospitality and the kindness of the owner and we all already miss Irene.

This villa will make your holiday perfect from start to finish. As hosts they cannot do enough for you, from booking restaurants, arranging and recommending trips, and ensuring your every need is catered for. The villa is spacious for 8 within the 4 bedrooms, but could accommodate 2extra in the living room space. Pools are a perfect size to enjoy with lots of outside seating for all the family. Towels and linen replaced mid-stay and checkin and out a breeze! Recommended to families from 4 to 84!

Our group (7ppl) stayed 6 nights in this amazing villa and enjoyed every moment. Location is great, the center of Rethymno is within few minutes driving and you can also have walk if you prefer. Shops, Restaurants and Supermarkets are in the area and usually open till late. The villa was lovely and spacious. The Four bedrooms were all large and nicely furnished. The villa is new, well equipped, and the pool is just great . We cannot really think about something we were missing. From towels to BBQ tools, everything was there. Great value for money. Will definitely come back!

The villa is spacious, luxurious and well equipped. We enjoyed the pool and the well-tended courtyard. Eirini is a very nice and welcoming hostess. We had a great vacation and we really hope to come again.

Truly brilliant, would highly recommend!

Fantastic outdoor seating area, garden and pool! Great touches throughout the villa, like electric black out shutters and fresh herbs in the garden. Felt very spacious even with 10 of us.

We just returned from a week stay at Villa Kastellakia and we had a wonderful stay. The host was nothing short of wonderful, welcoming us into the villas, as if it were our home. She really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We stayed with two little ones, and I can confirm the villa is good for kids. It is quite large, and had plenty of room for our little ones to run around. The play room was a bonus, and the kids loved knowing there was a special space set aside just for them. Our host was kind enough to provide a baby cot and high chair, which was very helpful. Also, the layout of the house makes it quite okay for kids. The location was also really nice, it is close enough to Rethymno but also not too far into the hills. Its also a good location to get to the beaches in the South quite easily, in less than an hour. The kids pool was also fantastic, as was the rest of the outside amenities. We will definitely stay here again, and it was well worth it.
