It's times like these that I wish I was Ernest Hemingway. I will try to find the words. First of all Crete is incredible, and the Southern coast the best part of the island. The Villa was superb, even better than the pictures we were so sad to leave we really felt like we could stay there forever. If you are searching for peace and quite this is your place, if you are searching for a great home base to discover the island, this is your place, if you are searching for great beaches, food landscapes, this is your place. I can't say enough about the first class feeling you get from this place. Just go there, but please leave us a few days in October for our next stay.

We loved the villa. Gigantic view to the sea. I always enjoyed lying comfortably in the pool and lookingover the sea. It was mega relaxing The service was great and the amenities great. In our villa there were a variety of kitchen appliances. A normal coffee maker, a capsule machine and an extra milk frother and so on. Oh yes, and also a bombastic 4-burner gas grill incl. Hot plate, the grill master was full in his element.I also do not understand why many complain about the 700m gravel path in front of the villa, that is Greece and belongs to it.We would immediately book this accommodation again.

It was really super nice.

Relatively new stable stone house on large grounds. Corresponds 100% to the published pictures. Very nice view even at night as there is little electrosmog. Best pool, very clean.

Communication was very quick and flexible, everything at this little paradise was to our complete satisfaction. Thank you! Equipped with a strong wifi, an outdoor shower, massive fridge with a welcome gift, comfortable bed, shaded from the wind, cool and clean pool (at over 40° this was a massive plus!).

Cleaners and a pool man come every 3 days which is a really nice touch as well. I’m not sure if this is due to covid regulations but either way having clean towels and sheets as well as the bins emptied and moped floor was lovely.The communication was great, by both the owner and the company who manage the property. We had an issue finding the villa because our sat nav couldn’t pick it up and we missed the sign on the road but they were great at answering straight away to help us.It was quite windy there a few days and one of the sun beds flew across the villa and was damaged but they understood completely which we were also greatful for.They left us bread, milk, ham and cheese for when we arrived which was also really nice as the nearest shop is about a 15 minute drive away. The taverna on the beach does an amazing Greek salad so we brought that back to the villa a few days for lunch. You definitely need a car here! I would honestly stay here again I thought it was stunning and so peaceful!

We had a wonderful stay.

If anything was unclear, we received an answer within the shortest possible time. The view from the villa is incredible and Triopetra beach (not overcrowded, always enough space) is very easy and quick to reach by car.

A lovely place to stay in a beautiful, peaceful location. Amenities include a washing machine, freezer, microwave, and toaster. Air conditioning is provided for when it gets really hot. It also features a private pool and a view of the Libyan Sea.
