I highly recommend this beautiful spacious villa for large groups. Large individual bedrooms with full bath and balconies. Well maintained and clean with excellent house manager Naya and friendly staff. On site family meal preparation was fantastic and very tasty. Beautiful grounds with koi ponds and stunning views of ocean with large swimming pool and large cabanas. Good WIFI, movie room, bar and large open area for parties. Short 3 min walk to great clean GF, Vegan Restaurant called the Cashew Tree with nice playground for little kids. Outdoor showers in separate bungalows were fun. Staff sprays for mosquitos nightly. Thank you Naya and friends for a vacation of a lifetime! We love Bali!

"We could not have been happier with our choice of villa for our 4 day stay in Bali. Well it's more like a Mansion than a villa, it's so big and stunning! Naya was a wonderful help as the villa manager, arranging scooter rental, massages and manicures in the villa, a driver for day tours and booking restaurants. The chef makes a great brekky each day and we got him to cook a delicious seafood BBQ dinner one day for a very reasonable fee. The kids loved the cinema room with a big quality projector for watching movies. The rooms are huge with beautiful ocean views and the location is really quiet and peaceful. Jesse was everything you could ask for in a host, very fast with communication and organizing things, nothing was too much trouble. Thanks again, we'll be back for sure."

Beautiful, spacious accommodation overlooking the ocean. We had an amazing stay at Bingin. The villa has been tastefully decorated with a short walk to the surrounding beaches. The staff were helpful and friendly, Naya the manager happily arranged restaurant bookings, massages and scooter rental for us. Each morning a delicious breakfast was provided. Jesse was a great host, communicative and helpful.

From the time we walked in it was clear that this place was no joke. located about 5 minutes walking distance from bingin beach and a stones throw away from the cashew tree this is truly an amazing option for the Uluwatu/South Kuta area. So many good places to eat drink and even go Partying if that’s what your into, all of which are an easy cheap cab ride away. Because of the location, the property, and the awesome staff who are on site to help you with getting cabs, groceries, and even make you breakfast I will most definitely be booking again and would advise anyone to do the same. 5 stars EASY!

We stayed here with a group of friends and it was a dream experience. Location and villa itself is already excellent moreover, every corner was very clean and, thanks to maintenance, functional as well. I also would like to say a few words about our host Jesse. He was so organized and sharp minded. He arranged every single detail for us and we are so thankful for him that he made us feel at home in an island like Bali. It is great to have such an understanding host who has become a local in the Islan of Gods.

The vibe in this house is exquisite and sincere. You feel like the landlord of Bingin. The rooms are very large with beatiful views. The staff is very helpful but lets you be private at the same time. Watching the waves, the green fields and the cliff far away from the poolside is mesmerizing. It is probably one of the best properties in bingin to chill or party with friends. It is also walking distance to the best restaurant (cashew tree) in bingin. We ordered take away and ate in the house tho. Going to the best restaurant in bingin is still not a good reason to leave this beatiful property.

Such an incredible experience! This mansion has it all; cosy atmosphere with superior lifestyle. I rented here with a group of friends. Really nice bedrooms with huge balconies... It feels like everyone has had their own house inside the mansion. It was super lovely to spend the whole day all together here. Chilling around the garden with swimming pool, having gatherings in the delightful living room... Beyond the luxury feeling, this mansion has its own blissful soul.

The house wasnt only very chic, spacious and had the best view, but also was very clean and the service was great. Our house host Jesse, wasnt only very helpful with everything but was also a great tour guide. He was always there to help us with all of our questions and concerns. Cant wait to be back!
