My family and I have just spent two weeks at the most divine villa in Seminyak. There are barely words for the staff at Villa Issi. Their philosophy is to create a villa that feels like home, and they do just that, and more! The villa itself is tucked in the back streets on Jalan Sari Dewi, so there is zero road noise, making it feel like you are in complete paradise. The 4 x king bedrooms are so all enormous, so well equipped with their own bathrooms, minibars, TVs, ample luggage and wardrobe storage, making sure that no one will feel like they are getting the small room. The villa itself is so spectacular, such an impressive building, so well designed and thought out, but what really makes this villa is the staff. I have travelled to Bali yearly for 25 years, and I have never experienced such professionalism, such friendliness, and such sincerity from every single staff member of a villa or hotel. Led by Dewa, his team are impeccable in everything they do. Gusde the in house chef is next level. His experience in local, western, and Japanese foods ensures you will never tire of options for breakfast lunch or dinner. He was so magnificent with making food daily for us all, including my two kids (10 months and 2yrs), nothing was ever too much trouble. Their professionalism in what they do is second to none, but it’s their little extras they do that really sets them apart. They can preempt what you are doing next, they almost read your mind. It only that, their sincerity and kindness to my children was amazing. They were all so wonderful with our kids each day, from amazing food for them, to playing with them, helping get them in and out of taxis, and just generally being so caring really did make us feel like we were at home. They all felt like family but the end of our stay, and we were so sad to leave. I could never recommend this villa enough to families who need space, and also to groups who want their own rooms and space also. Villa Issi really is in a league of its own. Thank you thank you to all the team who made my stay wonderful. I was the Maternity Nurse looking after a 7mth old. Gusti prepared fresh vegetables for him, which he loved. Nothing was too much trouble. A piece of paradise to escape and recharge. Next time I come when I'm not working. My only criticism, i would have loved to learn some Indonesian cooking and I did not get the Sambal and Satay recipes off Gusti. Delicious. Still dreaming about the food.

This was our second stay at Villa Issi and it did not disappoint. From the moment you arrive in the pretty little laneway off the beaten track you know you are in paradise. We have travelled to Bali in particular Seminyak for the past 5 years, we have hunted around and now found the only Villa you would ever stay in. Easy walk to all of Seminyak yet set back inside the Oberoi area that is quiet and peaceful. We have three children, they are easily accommodated in this enormous villa. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious. Air conditioning and internet are perfect and staff are the best we have ever experienced. Dewa the Villa manager is always happy to help, book dinners, offer local advise, buy items that you may struggle to find and the list goes on. Last year we enjoyed a private cooking lesson with our children, this year a fruit carving lesson. All these things make Villa Issi a dream come true. The Villa itself is amazing, Bose stereo piped throughout the rooms and outdoors, massive televisions, dishwasher, full kitchen and the list goes on. Trust me if you think the photos are amazing you will not be disappointed as the real life version is even better. Absolutely amazing, we have booked to return again next year for 3 weeks this time and can not wait to enjoy the culture, weather and all that Villa Issi and Bali have to offer. Our stay at Villa Issi was amazing! From the moment we arrived, we had a warm welcome by Dewa and rest of staff with beautiful floral garlands. The villa is very well-kept and clean. Dewa was extremely helpful and prompt in making any arrangements we requested. Chefs culinary skills are superb! We really enjoyed our Seafood BBQ dinner, a sumptuous meal to sum up our Bali trip. We'll definitely recommend anyone to Villa Issi on their upcoming trip to Bali. Cheers!

In a market saturated with villas, it's hard to find one that stands apart from the rest. I found this place through Elite Havens and was blown away by the photos. I've learned the hard way that what you see is not always what you get, but in the case of Villa Issi it is exactly as described. It has a modern, open living feel, but be warned it is not designed with young children in mind.The layout was perfect for our travelling group, with two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs, separating the oldies from the young ones. It has all the creature comforts you'd expect from a high end villa. What sets it apart is the space that makes you feel like you're in your own little sanctuary, not crammed between hundreds of other villas. As well as this, the bifold doors into the dining and lounge area give you the flexibility to remain cool indoors without having to retreat to the bedroom, unlike a lot of other villas. And then there's the staff. Highly professional but friendly and personable at the same time. We learned lots about the local culture and customs, as Dewa and the team were only too willing to share their knowledge and engage our curiosity. Whatever the need/ request, they had it covered. When I enquired about where to find a birthday cake, not only did they source the cake but helium balloons and a surprise singalong to go with it - compliments of the villa. When we couldn't decide between pancakes and crepes for breakfast (a special request they were more than happy to accommodate), we got both, beautifully presented. Taking care of all our reservations, questions and requests, they were always on hand to make the trip hassle free. It was lovely to be greeted warmly every time we returned from an exhausting day out. It is a highly secure villa and we always felt that we were in good hands. My only criticism is that it's a little off the beaten track and somewhat inconvenient for taxis to reach so we did much of the travelling between main road and the villa on foot. But a little extra exercise is not a bad thing when you're consume countless cocktails.

This is a big Nirvana in the middle of Seminyak within walking distance to the main shopping strip and would return without hesitation to this 6 star experience!

Villa Issi was an absolute fab find in Seminyak. We couldnt of had the a better time. From the moment we were picked up by the driver to after we left we were treated like absolute kings and queens. It was absolute heaven and so sereal. The staff - Wijan, Mertha and Kutut couldnt of looked after us anymore, nothing was a problem, so welcoming and friendly and the Villa itself OMG STUNNING. The photos do not do it justice. The food was amazing, we had a beautiful banquet the first night of our stay and it couldnt of been any better. Great place for relaxing with a group of friends or family. I would like to thank the staff at Villa Issi making the beginning of our holiday a good time. We will be back and cant wait.
