Stayed here in December for a week with my family to celebrate my mum's 60th. Have got to say, this place exceeded expectations! Staff are fun, very friendly and accomodating; always bringing us drinks as we floated around in the massive pool. They even make cocktails by request if you have the alcohol required. Butler, Jack makes a fantastic espresso martini. The rooms were clean and well presented. We had dinner at the villa a few nights and the food was fantastic! Our chef, Katut did a delicious BBQ for us one night and the staff decorated the villa with traditional decorations. We were also treated to our own cooking class which was absolutely delicious. I also have to note that butler, Ayu is a champion! Always ensuring we were comfortable and catering to all requests - taxis, drinks, dinner reservations, ironing - you name it! Would definitely recommend this place. You won't be disappointed and you won't want to leave the villa!

Perfectly situated in the heart of Seminyak, the more stylish part of Bali, Villa Shambala was perfect for travelling as a family of 6 for two weeks with 3 teenagers who had their own bedrooms and bathrooms up one end of the 19m pool and a littly up the other in the main house who felt like a true princess in the garden suite. All staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive without crowding our space. You really don’t know they are there until they suddenly appear offering a fresh towel or a cold drink. Menu selections were varied and delicious. The convenience of booking massages in the poolside spa room (although more expensive than the $6 ones down the street that our sons went to) were well worth it and having a private yoga instructor attend each morning were the icing on the cake. Villa Shambala is a stunning oasis that we truly enjoyed hanging out in, and returning home to after a day of shopping or dining which we would highly recommend to others who expect only the best and most luxurious of accommodation and service.

Amazing

The villa was fantastic. The staff at the villa were wonderful. We wanted for nothing. They were attentive, yet discrete. They were kind, and their service outstanding. The facilities were excellent and we would go back in a flash.

My 4 girlfriends and I just had a 5 night stay at Villa Shambala. It was incredible. A true Oasis in Seminyak. We felt safe and really struggled to leave the Villa as it was so enjoyable. The staff were very good a special shout out to Dewa who really shined as he was very pro active and helpful. Budi was also excellent. The chef Katut cooked wonderful good and we were impressed with the quality of the ingredients. I would happily return in a heartbeat. The pool was magnificent and great sound system to create a great atmosphere. A dream vacay!

We stayed here in July-Aug 2014 for 8 nights and re-booked 2015 almost as soon as we got home. It is ideally located near the beach, close to Ku De Ta, and all the shops and eat street of Seminyak. It is not noisy at all. The staff at Shambala are nothing short of amazing. The Villa is beautiful, always clean, always comfortable, and always a happy face there to greet you. The staff are just amazing, they really do make the holiday just amazing. A highlight for us is the meals, there is no need to go out when you have an amazing chef right there to cook anything you like. Elite havens management are also extremely helpful, and the staff are just wonderful. The Villa comfortably sleeps 10, and there is an opportunity to add roll away beds. We had three families, 6 adults and 5 kids and a baby. The grassed area is great for the kids and the pool is the perfect temperature, is kept very clean and has a shallow area for the littlies. The gardens are kept immaculate and there is 24 hour security so you feel completely comfortable at all times. We love it, love it, love it and will return for sure.

This villa will take your breath away. It is in a fab location right near all the restaurants and bars of Seminyak, but why on earth would you leave?! The staff were just fantastic and the food outstanding. Whoever is lucky enough to get the master bedroom…
This villa will take your breath away. It is in a fab location right near all the restaurants and bars of Seminyak, but why on earth would you leave?! The staff were just fantastic and the food outstanding. Whoever is lucky enough to get the master bedroom will enjoy jaw dropping decor - literally - I have never seen a bed like it. The whole place is fantastic - comfy beds, superbly clean, and they have thought of everything. There are lilos and inflatables, there are massages you can book, the staff can help you get whatever supplies you need be that wine from the wine list they have ready, or oranges from the market. The sound system is great too. My group loved that the staff knew all our names and we were greeted as friends. I would recommend this villa without hesitation.
