We could not speak any higher about the Greatview Villa. It was so obvious that the owner takes a lot of pride in every single detail of the property. The property itself is breathtaking and in such an amazing location. Property staff went up and beyond to take care of our needs and to ensure that our experience was of the highest quality. This was an amazing experience for both the adults and children on our group. We'll definitely be back!

Our family stayed at Greatview Villa for our spring break, and it was an amazing experience. The house itself is breathtaking- the views from the property are like no other; all bedrooms face the ocean. Due to the location on the mountain, we had a lovely breeze all week. We ate all our meals at the huge dining table, which allowed us to have big family meals each day. The house has everything- our family was able to have as much together time as we wanted in the big rooms, however it also offered many quieter rooms and activities which allowed us to have whatever privacy we desired from the big group. I would be remiss if I didn't mention part of what makes this home really special; the staff. Every 'want' of ours was addressed - we were met at the airport by Everton who greeted us with Red Stripes for adults and juices for kids. What a way to kick off vacation! The women who took care of our room cleaning and laundry were wonderful. Every morning after we left our room, they were in there making it look like new. Each day our laundry was delivered back to our rooms with beautiful fresh flowers to accompany it. The on-site butlers were efficient and professional- ensuring whatever we asked for was granted. The chef was absolutely amazing. He listened to our family when we made specific requests for food, but also shared some traditional Jamaican recipes with our group so we got to experience the local flavor as well. We celebrated 2 birthdays in the house, and the staff went out of their way to make those meals more special than anything we could have done at home. I can not recommend this home highly enough. Our family had an amazing experience here for our week off, and we are already combing the calendar to try to find another week where we can all be there again. Dr. Kerr was a pleasure to deal with, and as a result, this was the trip of a lifetime.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful my family's stay at Greatview Villa was. From the moment we were greeted upon our arrival (with a welcome cocktail!), we were treated like family in one of the most beautiful homes anyone could ask for. While touring the villa, it was obvious how much thought and care has gone into each and every detail by its owner, Dr. Kerr. From the exquisite artwork, finely appointed bedrooms, to little things like an extensive collection of salt and pepper shakers (new ones at every meal!) and tiny knick-knacks from around the world, I think I could spend weeks in the house and find new things to appreciate each day! Although I would also be perfectly happy just floating in the infinity pool, taking in the stunning view! As if the house weren't enough, what makes Greatview truly special is the fantastic staff. Chef Oral, while taking in and honoring all of our requests, also introduced us to so many new and delicious local recipes and fruits. Each meal was a delectable culinary experience and an exercise in self-control! The butlers, Jermaine and Lamar, were outstanding at ensuring that everyone was happy at all times, while also providing insight into must-see spots in the area and advice on the best times to visit local attractions. Donna, Pamela and Pauline kept all of the five bedrooms spotless and comfortable and even took care of the laundry! Each trip with Everton, our driver, was a blast! He always took the time to point out local places of interest, we truly learned a lot. If you have children traveling with you, they will certainly enjoy some time with Christine, the nanny. She entertained our children with countless face-painting sessions, art projects, and games. Our stay at Greatview was truly the vacation of a lifetime, the only negative was having to say goodbye. Although, I don't think it will be for forever!

This was our 6th grip to Greatview Villa in Jamaica - and definitely not our last! We are already planning for a trip again next year. I cannot tell you enough how amazing this vacation experience is. We used all 7 bedrooms as we had 16 people for this trip. We travelled with 10 teenage girls and 6 adults and had the most wonderful time. We have also been with family and on two other occasions travelled with just couples. All of the combinations were wonderful! The staff is top notch and will attend to your every need. Chef Oral is incredibly talented and will provide gourmet meals every time. Germain and Lemar the butlers are incredibly friendly and take care of everything you need while there. Pamela, Donna and Pauline take great care of the rooms and your laundry while there. As a mom, this is the best vacation because all I have to do is decide what I want to do for myself and not worry about anything else! The owner Dr. Kerr ensures everything at her villa is excellent. She does such a good job that other villas have hired her to manage their villas! I cannot recommend this villa enough. You won't be sorry that you booked it!

My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our choice of staying at the Greatview Villa for our joint 40th birthday celebration. We were there with 3 other couples and everything was perfect from the spectacularly manicured grounds, the artwork and decor of the house to the spacious rooms with beautiful views of the water from all angles. Our meals were deliciously prepared by the wonderful chef with local meats and produce including vegetables grown from the garden of the house. The chef made sure my wife’s egg allergy was a priority and baked breakfast foods and desserts with that in mind. The staff were extremely pleasant and courteous and most had been there for years - Jermaine and Lamar were constants, always there to meet our needs the entire day and evening. Although the house was fully staffed with ten people, they were never in the way and rarely seen unless you needed something when they would quietly and instantly appear! We had freshly laundered clothes every day. With such a luscious tropical setting, mosquitoes and other insects were rarely seen. The koi fish pond was an added peaceful touch. There is a beautiful tree house built by a local artist on the grounds with hammocks and swings for children to play in. We will definitely visit again and plan to bring our children on our next visit. Thanks for a great vacation and celebration!

We had a wonderful family get together at the Greatview Villa on Jamaica. The property is outstanding with beautiful flowers and trees on the outside and very comfortable features on the inside, like an outside shower, that made the trip special. The staff is amazing and very warm and welcoming. They were extremely flexible to our needs, including a 19 month old child and just so much fun to be with! They helped us plan the week just the way we wanted it to be. We would highly recommend this vacation for a family who wanted to make a very special memory. We sure did.
