The Beach House is composed of two main structures—the main house and the guesthouse block—along with an additional guestroom located by the sea. The main entrance opens into a spacious living room offering breathtaking views of both the sea and the mountains. This open-concept space seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Outfitted with professional-grade appliances, the kitchen is designed to accommodate cooking for groups of over 28 people with ease. The property features four pergola-covered terraces, each with built-in sofas and dining tables—ideal for shaded al fresco lunches or sunset dinners overlooking the stunning Libyan Sea. Two of the terraces are equipped with barbeques, including one situated right by the sea. An outdoor kitchen is also available on one of the terraces, making entertaining outdoors both convenient and enjoyable.

Built right by the water, Beach House Arvi Crete offers its guests direct access to the secluded beach. Step out of the house and into the sea, or relax under the shade of tamarisk trees planted along the shoreline for ultimate privacy and tranquility.

The spacious living room boasts panoramic views of both the sea and the surrounding mountains, seamlessly connecting to the dining area and a fully equipped professional kitchen, perfect for cooking for large groups.

Outdoor Living at Its Finest

Designed to feel like a private resort, Beach House Arvi features four pergola-covered terraces with built-in seating and dining tables. Enjoy al-fresco meals with panoramic views of the Libyan Sea, or gather around the two barbecues—one conveniently located by the sea. For added convenience, an outdoor kitchen is available on one of the terraces.

Beach House Arvi consists of two main buildings—the Main House and the Guesthouse Block, along with an extra guest room by the sea. In total, the property offers 12 bedrooms, providing ample space for large families or groups.

From June, the endangered Caretta Caretta sea turtles return to lay their eggs on the shore, and by mid-August, hatchlings make their first journey into the sea—a magical experience for nature lovers.

With no artificial lights nearby, the night sky is spectacular, offering breathtaking stargazing opportunities. From October to March, the sun sets directly into the sea, painting the horizon with stunning colors.
