Μια πολύ ιδιαίτερη ιδιοκτησία με τολμηρή αρχιτεκτονική και πρωτοποριακά σχεδιαστικά χαρακτηριστικά, το Baan Ora Chon Samui είναι σίγουρα ένα εντυπωσιακό σπίτι. Από τη στιγμή που θα φτάσετε στην είσοδο με τους πέτρινους τοίχους, θα θέλετε να εξερευνήσετε αυτό το κατάλυμα. Η περίπλοκη διάταξη έχει μια μαγευτική γοητεία με σκάλες και μονοπάτια που συνδέουν τα διαφορετικά επίπεδα του καταλύματος και δημιουργούν ένα ενδιαφέρον σχέδιο που διασφαλίζει ότι κάθε φορά που στρίβετε, παρατηρείτε κάτι νέο.

Η μεγάλη είσοδος ανοίγει σε έναν κήπο που πλαισιώνεται από ψηλούς πέτρινους πυλώνες που προσθέτουν μια σύγχρονη αίσθηση σε ένα σπίτι που μεγιστοποιεί τη χρήση φυσικών υλικών και φαίνεται να έχει χτιστεί γύρω από τους φοίνικες που καταλάμβαναν προηγουμένως τον χώρο. Στα δεξιά της εισόδου υπάρχει ένας μεγάλος χώρος γκαράζ με υπηρέτρια και ακριβώς μπροστά είναι το κύριο σαλόνι. Αυτό το εξαιρετικά εντυπωσιακό περίπτερο με κεντρικό υδάτινο στοιχείο μπαίνει μέσα από φαρδιά πέτρινα σκαλοπάτια. Στα αριστερά βρίσκεται το υπερυψωμένο σαλόνι και τραπεζαρία με ψηλή θολωτή οροφή και μπαλκόνι που βλέπει στον κήπο, τη μεγάλη πισίνα και τον ωκεανό. Γυάλινες πόρτες και παράθυρα τρέχουν σχεδόν εξ ολοκλήρου γύρω από αυτό το δωμάτιο δημιουργώντας έναν πολύ δροσερό, ελαφρύ και άνετο χώρο.

Στα δεξιά υπάρχουν σκαλοπάτια που οδηγούν πάνω από το υδάτινο στοιχείο και σε ένα διώροφο κτίριο. Στον επάνω όροφο υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο που διαθέτει ιδιωτικό χώρο γκαρνταρόμπας. ένα ιδιωτικό μπάνιο, που περιλαμβάνει μια εξωτερική μπανιέρα terrazzo. μπαλκόνι με θέα στο μπροστινό μέρος του ακινήτου. και ένα μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με θέα στους κήπους, την πισίνα και την παραλία. Στον κάτω όροφο υπάρχει ένα επιπλέον υπνοδωμάτιο με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Οι σκάλες από το καθιστικό κατεβαίνουν στην κομψά διακοσμημένη κουζίνα με χαρακτηριστικά κεντρικού νησιού, επιφάνειες από μαύρο γρανίτη, ταιριαστές μονάδες και συσκευές κορυφαίας ποιότητας. Δίπλα στην κουζίνα υπάρχει ένα επιπλέον lounge/αίθουσα τηλεόρασης και τα δύο έχουν γυάλινες πόρτες που οδηγούν σε μια πλακόστρωτη βεράντα και έναν όμορφα διαμορφωμένο κήπο.

Τα βήματα από αυτή τη βεράντα κατεβαίνουν στο υπνοδωμάτιο που βρίσκεται κάτω από το σαλόνι. Αυτό το υπνοδωμάτιο διαθέτει ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με ντους και διαθέτει επίσης ιδιωτική σκεπαστή βεράντα με θέα στον κήπο, την πισίνα και τη θάλασσα. Στο μπροστινό μέρος αυτού του δωματίου βρίσκονται ο όμορφα διαμορφωμένος κήπος και η πισίνα υπερχείλισης. Στη δεξιά πλευρά του ακινήτου υπάρχει ένα κιόσκι που στεγάζει δύο επιπλέον υπνοδωμάτια. Αυτά χωρίζονται από έναν εσωτερικό κήπο και το καθένα διαθέτει γκαρνταρόμπα, ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και ρομαντική υπαίθρια μπανιέρα από βεράντα, όπου μπορείτε να απολαύσετε την απόλυτη ιδιωτικότητα κάτω από τα αστέρια. Πέρα από αυτό το περίπτερο βρίσκεται ένας περαιτέρω κήπος και μετά η λευκή αμμουδιά. Αριστερά από αυτό το περίπτερο είναι η εντυπωσιακή πισίνα υπερχείλισης με μπλε πλακάκια και η σάλα με μπαρ και κουζίνα δίπλα στην πισίνα.

Όπου και να κοιτάξετε θα δείτε πού η βίλα έχει σχεδιαστεί ειδικά για να ενσωματώνει τα υπάρχοντα δέντρα και, παρά το μοντέρνο φινίρισμα και το μείγμα σύγχρονου στιλ με πιο παραδοσιακά χαρακτηριστικά, αυτό το σπίτι βρίσκεται άνετα στην παραλιακή τροπική τοποθεσία του. Εξωτερικά, το ακίνητο φαίνεται να αποτελείται από υπέροχα και τολμηρά κτίρια και ωστόσο, όταν βρίσκεστε μέσα, η στρατηγική θέση και ο τεράστιος αριθμός των παραθύρων φέρνουν τα τροπικά εξωτερικά χαρακτηριστικά στην καρδιά των χώρων διαβίωσης.

Outstanding

There were 10 of us that went for a family reunion for 10 days. Most of us really just wanted to relax and do nothing but beach, pool and enjoy each others company and I couldn't have picked a better place to do exactly that. We had the best holiday…
There were 10 of us that went for a family reunion for 10 days. Most of us really just wanted to relax and do nothing but beach, pool and enjoy each others company and I couldn't have picked a better place to do exactly that. We had the best holiday ever! From the moment we arrived to a drink and hot towels, the staff led by Mai were absolutely outstanding, they couldn't do enough to help us. Mai anticipated all our needs and definitely made our stay so pleasurable. Breakfast was served outside every day at our request. It was delicious as was all the food cooked by the chef. There was no need to leave the villa to eat out, it was five star Thai cuisine. Our biggest decision of the day was wether to lie by the pool or on the beach and everything was provided to make our day enjoyable. Beautiful location. I do need to point out that the Ferry is right on our doorstep but didn't make enough of an impact on us at all. The villa itself was spotless and beautifully decorated. We were sad to leave and all of us would definitely go back.

Check in was super easy as we have contact to guest experience team to help us with the arrival, airport transfer and they also helped us during the stay. Next door fitness gym is well equipped and you can do variety of fitness activities including cardio, yoga, hiit, fitness, pilates, etc. We as a family can only recommend to stay here as it was perfect place to relax and enjoy our wedding. Big thanks to villa management team to making our dreams come true! Thank you, Martin

I am absolutely amazed by the fact that this luxury villa stick to their highest standards of service and at the same time, minimizing the impact on the environment - completely plastic free, using only organic free crops etc. we have spent here around 10days and the villa staff were great and we really felt like home. The wedding we decided to do here was a fabulous, beautiful and I cannot even find words now. Especially I would like to thank to the manager of the villa - Rose, she always did an extra mile in order to deliver the perfect service and will never forget the smile of Mai - that help us with everything during days.

From the arrival gift on our beds when we got there, the wonderful food that meant we decided not to leave the villa to eat outside, to arranging any outings or massages we wanted. The only downside was having to leave at the end of our stay!

I am absolutely amazed by the fact that this luxury villa stick to their highest standards of service and at the same time, minimizing the impact on the environment - completely plastic free, using only organic free crops etc. we have spent here around 10days and the villa staff were great and we really felt like home.
