Al primo piano c'è una cucina abitabile completamente attrezzata con veranda privata, frigorifero con congelatore, cucina elettrica con cappa, forno, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, caffettiera, tostapane, posate, bicchieri, piatti e bollitore. Passaggio aperto al corridoio e al soggiorno.

Zona giorno completamente arredata con camino con sistema di ventilazione ad aria calda, TV satellitare a schermo piatto widescreen, lettore DVD e impianto stereo con CD. Accesso scala e ascensore. Camera matrimoniale con veranda privata, con TV satellitare. Bagno con doccia, completamente attrezzato con asciugacapelli, ecc.

Al primo piano di Maria Villa Chania ci sono due camere matrimoniali, con bagno privato completamente attrezzato e con vasca idromassaggio. Ogni camera da letto con TV satellitare e balconi con viste fantastiche. Davenport è incluso in una delle camere da letto. Disimpegno disimpegno con angolo cottura a scomparsa dotato di lavello e minifrigo. Pannello di controllo per sistema di sicurezza (rimane spento, attivabile su richiesta), un computer a vostra disposizione. Il corridoio del primo piano ha un'uscita anteriore e posteriore su ampi balconi con vista panoramica a 360°. Accesso scala e ascensore.

Il seminterrato di 130 m2: include un'area palestra completamente attrezzata con set di manubri, panca fitness declinante, cyclette verticale, tapis roulant, multi-gym, stepper e modellatore addominale, inclusa anche cabina doccia a vapore con massaggio idroterapico alla schiena, doccia a mano , massaggio ai piedi, soffione doccia a pioggia con luce circostante, radio FM e ripiani. Piccolo bagno separato con doccia. Area lounge per proiezione di film. Accesso scala e ascensore.

Caratteristiche esterne di Maria Villa Chania: Meraviglioso portico anteriore con archi tradizionali, inclusa un'area salotto all'aperto arredata con vista sul giardino e sulla piscina. Grande piscina con vasca per bambini, con lettini, terrazza piastrellata con doccia esterna e prato intorno alla piscina. Area barbecue con forno, grill e lavabo con pergolato piastrellato e tavola calda attrezzata all'aperto. Viale carrabile pavimentato con pietre cubiche conduce ad un posto auto per due auto. Locale adibito a magazzino con accesso esterno al piano seminterrato. Cancelli d'ingresso telecomandati.

Caratteristiche interne Quadro elettrico centralizzato e quadri elettrici indipendenti per ogni piano, TV satellitare, aria condizionata, riscaldamento centralizzato, camino, impianto solare di riscaldamento dell'acqua. Telefono diretto e connessione internet wireless a banda larga, ampi armadi in ogni camera da letto, lavatrice, ferro e asse da stiro. Lenzuola, asciugamani e set di cortesia sono forniti. Cambio biancheria e pulizia due volte a settimana. Check in dalle 13.00, check out entro le 12.00. Se si richiede il check-out dopo le ore 12 sarà organizzato, se possibile, su richiesta.

Just perfect! Everything was working and very clean. The pool had a nice temperature. The host was very friendly and highly reliable if we had any problems/questions. 10/10

It was perfectly clean, the local correspondent helped us immediately when we needed him or if we asked for something. The fact that he provided us already with some food and drinks at arrival was just perfect. Not any noice from the street. Lovely…

Wow what a special villa this is run by a fantastic owner Mr Dimitris along with superb service from unique villas. We arrived at the villa in the early hours of the morning after our 2 hour drive from Heraklion airport and Dimitris was there to welcome us. The next day he was on the phone to see if everything was ok. We stayed as 6 adults an infant, a 5 year old and a 6 year old and it was perfect with more than enough space. Such a beautiful villa itself, a fantastic pool (which is great for kids) and generally the surrounding area. You will need a car when staying here but it’s not a problem as everything is close enough to drive. The small beach restaurants are a 5 minute drive as well as the supermarkets and chania is around 25 minutes away. We will most definitely stay here again. Thank you everyone for making the holiday so special. And we will definitely be using unique again.

Fantastic!

Our stay at the Villa was great. The place is comfortable, quiet and relaxing. Only 30 min away from Chania. Our host was easy to communicate with and responsive. We would happily stay at the Villa again.

Booked this villa via (upcrete villas), have to say i was abit dubious as it had no reviews which i found very odd, like my mother use to say always go with your gut, and i am so glad i listened to it this time. The villa is about 40 mins drive from Chania airport, very easy to find and literally a straight road. We were met at the villa by the villa manager, he spoke very good english and was lovely. The villa is just like the photos, the pool is at the front of the villa but as the villa is set up high of the road and there is nothing in front to spoil your views just fields and fields of olive groves, it is very quiet and peaceful. The villa has 4 bedrooms, all aircon, all done to a very high standard and the beds are very comfortable, the 2 upstairs villas have en-suite and large balcony, the villa on the ground floor has a balcony with a shower room next door and the basement bedroom is a twin but the beds are pushed together. There is a gym in the basement with a living room area with corner sofa and tv, also a steam and shower unit with jacuzzi bath and also a seperate toilet and shower room. The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all the utensils you need, all the bedrooms have tv's in them. The villa is in a village called Darmarochori, really just a long road with a few other villas, the nearest supermarket is about 10 mins drive away along with restaurants and bars (kolymbari), the beach is again about 10 mins drive but there are various beaches all along the front. Platanis is the main big town where all the action is, which is about 20 mins drive along the old national road, (basically the coast road). I personally think that the villa requires a car as it is out of the way, but driving around was very easy as the area is not very busy for cars so no problems there. We hired some quad bikes (in platanis) and spent a day exploring, best day ever. The beach in ayia marina (about another 10 mins) further on than platanis, has loads of water sports and boat tours. Overall, the villa is beautiful, the setting and the grounds are stunning, yes it is set out of the way but this is not a major issue as everything is only 5/10 mins away and it is so peaceful. We went with family the youngest being 13 and they all loved it, didnt want to come home. I try to give as honest a review as i can and if anyone wants any questions answering please just ask.
