A great last minute find, perfect location and views!

We were met on arrival and given our keys. Alex also spent enough time with us to explain some local points of interest and also other services/excursions that can be organised through him. Would recommend a home visit by the masseuse, Aphrodite, the…
We were met on arrival and given our keys. Alex also spent enough time with us to explain some local points of interest and also other services/excursions that can be organised through him. Would recommend a home visit by the masseuse, Aphrodite, the family really enjoyed a late afternoon massage in the sun! The villas views are amazing! We only stayed for 5 nights, so the location was great, close to the airport, although far enough that you did not hear or see any planes. The hosts were also quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. Great find, we rarely strayed from the villa and it was a perfect location for a short break to kick back and just relax.

Fantastic villa, just as good if not better than the photos - the pool is incredible. We could have stared at those views forever and not get bored! Spiros and Alex were amazing hosts - communication was excellent and they provided great recommendations…
Fantastic villa, just as good if not better than the photos - the pool is incredible. We could have stared at those views forever and not get bored! Spiros and Alex were amazing hosts - communication was excellent and they provided great recommendations. The location is brilliant with a supermarket 2 mins walk away and many excellent restaurants within a few minutes drive (would highly recommend a car). We took advantage of the chef that can visit the house as well as the masseuse which are both highly recommended. We will be back, thanks so much to Spiros and Alex!

Fantastic Villa, incredible views, well equiped with everything you could need for a great holiday. Spiros was a great host, nothing was too much trouble for him (He even met us at 2300 on the day we arrived). He left us some lovely Greek goodies to enjoy when we got there. There were plenty of good restaurants within walking distance and a small supermarket within a few minutes walk. The people of Kefalonia were so friendly. Can't wait to come back again.

This villa is a couple of minutes up from the lovely Lourdata beach. It is spacious, welcoming, well designed and has incredible views out across the sea. The pool is wonderful and the hosts are excellent. We just got back from an excellent few days…

Fantastic Luxury Villa

I’ve never been at such an incredible place before! The villa is absolutely amazing! A perfect view to the sea from sunrise to sunset! The villa is likely furnished with attention to detail and sparking clean. On top, Spiros is an amazing host. He welcome us with fruits, vegetables, some bread and fresh oregano from the hills. Furthermore he gave us a lot of tips what to do on and where to eat on the island. Because of all these things and the incredible island we had wonderful and unforgettable family holidays.

If only it was my villa......this villa is wonderful.

We cannot thank Spiros enough for providing us with two incredible villa's at opposite ends of the island for our 10 day stay. My Villa has incredible views, total luxury and privacy and is in a great location close to shops, bars and great restaurants…

Spiros is a great guy and will take care of anything you need, he is a polite, charming and very helpful guy, nothing is to much trouble. Thank you for everything, we will be back.

Great place!

We were very happy with this Villa. Great location and perfect for a group of 4 or more. The outdoor area and pool has an amazing view! Spiros the manager was also very informative and always happy to help.

I mean WOW!! By far the best place I’ve ever stayed in the World. My family and I having been coming to Kefalonia since I was a baby. I really wanted to surprise my parents as they’ve always dreamed of staying in a private villa & I genuinely couldn’t have asked for anything more. We were all blown away from the second we opened the door! Spiros is an outstanding host. So lovely, welcoming, knowledgeable & went above and beyond to make our stay the most comfortable & relaxing it can be. He showed us around, had stocked up the fridge with some gorgeous homegrown vegetables, fruit, herbs, oil & freshly baked bread. We had to pinch ourselves to believe it was real. Such a stunning place. Absolutely gorgeous. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing, luxurious stay in Kefalonia. Only a short drive to the beach although once we got in the pool it was hard to leave!! And the views - WOW! Mountains & Sea all in one landscape. Spiros, thank you so much for being the perfect host. Can’t wait to stay at one of your villas again soon!

The Best experience we had in a long time! You will be left speechless at least 2 times at "My Villa". Once while entering this beautiful estate and a second when you reach the pool and realize exactly where you are, what you can see and what you can…
The Best experience we had in a long time! You will be left speechless at least 2 times at "My Villa". Once while entering this beautiful estate and a second when you reach the pool and realize exactly where you are, what you can see and what you can hear. The feeling is so special! This is an ultra luxurious villa. We are a family of 5 and it was more than spacious. I think it can feet up to 8 people easily. There are 3 bedrooms one on ground floor and 2 in the upper level. All of them are extremely large, they have their own en suite bathrooms and most important of all they all have that magic view. All bedrooms have their own verandas with glasses, so, while waking up in the morning you enjoy the unobstructed view of the sea, which really beautiful and relaxing...Actually there is a fourth bathroom in the living room and the sofa is large and of very high quality. The kitchen has more than anything you might need and it's a pleasure to cook there. The dining table is made of a really beautiful piece of wood. And the mattresses... they are extra comfortable and enjoyable. The infinity pool is really big and can't really describe the feeling while you swim and you have the magic view. It also glows in the dark that makes it extra special. The view is everything and you enjoy it from everywhere, the bedrooms the verandas, the living room the kitchen the pool...Something we will never forget is how the sound of the waves echoes towards the pool area relaxing and breathtaking at the same time... The location is the most convenient as you are walking distance to the beach, the super markets restaurants bars etc and at the same time it's an absolutely private spot. Spyridon is probably the most knowledgeable person in Kefalonia and he will go above and beyond to help you with anything. During our stay it was possible to request for a spa and massage treatment, that was worth every penny, especially by having it done at such a wonderful location. We will be back very soon and we highly recommend this Villa as one the best we have ever stayed!
