Вилла Linatela расположена на двух этажах, с основными жилыми помещениями на нижнем уровне. На первом этаже находится хорошо оборудованная просторная гостиная с каменным камином и удобными креслами. К гостиной примыкает формальная обеденная зона открытого пространства и отдельная кухня с прямым выходом на затененный балкон с беседкой и обеденным гарнитуром на открытом воздухе. Из кухни на террасу у бассейна ведут примерно 7 ступенек внешней лестницы. Терраса у бассейна переходит в просторную гостиную / обеденную зону в тени перголы, которая идеально подходит для трапез на открытом воздухе или прохладного напитка на закате. При возвращении в главный зал мраморная лестница ведет на первый этаж и в главную спальню. Во всех четырех спальнях виллы есть ванные комнаты. В главной спальне есть отдельная гостиная и открывается к тенистой открытой площадке с садовой мебелью. Две дополнительные спальни с прямым выходом в сад располагают зоной отдыха на открытом воздухе. Из окон открывается великолепный вид на природные пейзажи и Ионическое море.

I would absolutely recommend the villa, it was absolutely beautiful, the pool was amazing, there was so much room for everyone and location couldn’t have been better. The customer service and communication we received before we arrive was brilliant…

The customer service and communication we received before we arrive was brilliant. We had a wonderful stay, I only wish we’d stayed for longer! Ten out of ten!

We were lucky enough to be able to stay at the Ideales resort for 10 nights in June. We stayed in the Linatela villa as we were a party of 8 adults and 3 kids. The villa was spacious, well equipped and beautifully decorated. You would need a car as there isn't much to do within walking distance. We hired the private chef for one night and she was amazing. It was the best food we have ever eaten so I would absolutely recommend doing that as a treat! There is a lovely beach around 2 miles from the villa and there are a few tavernas/restaurants within walking distance which were great. There is a small shop around a 10 minute walk away. The views from the villa are incredible and Kefalonia is a beautiful place. We are going back next year as we loved it so much!

Amazing, will definately return

This was one of our best holidays we have had. The people who look after the villa were amazing, the grounds beautiful and the pool was so clean and perfectly located for keeping an eye on the kids swimming. The location was excellent, the local beaches…

The people who look after the villa were amazing, the grounds beautiful and the pool was so clean and perfectly located for keeping an eye on the kids swimming. The location was excellent, the local beaches were really great and local restaurants were all within easy reach. The views from the villa were exceptional - both the mountains and the sea view. The people at Ideales Resorts were so friendly - nothing was too much trouble and they were always happy to help no matter what the topic. The villa and the garden was kept immaculately clean the entire stay. We will definitely be back - what a wonderful place to stay.

We loved our week at the Villa Linatela. It is in a lovely area with beautiful views of both mountains and sea.The villa is well equipped, well laid out and spotlessly clean. Lila comes in every 3 days and was very helpful. The outside area has a lovely pool, and barbecue area; in fact the Villa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. It's not far from beaches and tavernas, but you do need a car to get around. I highly recommend it for a holiday on this beautiful Island. I think it would be suitable for both family and friends as the four bedrooms are very private, and three have their own outside space; ideal for a quiet morning coffee!

We have stayed 10 times at these villas which are very well located and very well appoited.

The villas are in a beautiful location with lovely views. They are not overlooked and have excellent clean pools, barbeque areas and have everything you need within the villa. We can't wait to get back and enjoy breakfast on the balcony and a relaxing…

I would absolutely recommend the villa, it was absolutely beautiful, the pool was amazing, there was so much room for everyone and location couldn’t have been better. The customer service and communication we received before we arrive was brilliant. We had a wonderful stay, I only wish we’d stayed for longer! Ten out of ten!
