Каждая вилла полностью оборудована центральным отоплением и системой центрального кондиционирования для всех комнат и состоит из трех спален, кухни, гостиной с камином, туалетов на каждом этаже и игровой комнаты на нижнем этаже.

Гостиная: гостиная с камином и большими окнами на море и бассейн, обеденная зона, кухня с непринужденной обеденной зоной, гостевой санузел. Балкон с обеденной зоной на открытом воздухе, бассейн. Первый этаж: главная спальня с двуспальной кроватью и собственной ванной комнатой с балконом с видом на залив Сан-Стефано, одна спальня с двумя односпальными кроватями и одна спальня с двуспальной кроватью с общей ванной комнатой. Нижний уровень: игровая, ванная, сауна и машинное отделение. На открытом воздухе: обеденная зона, зона отдыха, бассейн с подогревом за дополнительную плату.

Also, he booked our taxi from and back to the airport as we struggled to book anything. There were lots of other helpful things too. The two girls who regularly visited were wonderful and so friendly. Felt like they all wanted us to have a really good time which we did.

In best location in Agios Stefanos

This villa is in best location in Agios Stefanos, very close to the beach and restaurants. The villa was very spacious and well equipped, it was cleaned daily with bedsheets and towels changed. The pool and area was very clean.

An incredible villa for perfect holiday in Corfu! The hosts thought about everything we needed. We were staying in Villa A, which has three bathrooms and one toilet, three bedrooms and plenty of storage space. The view from each floor is remarkable and the sunset in Agios Stefanos will leave us a memory forever. Bonus to all this is the self-contained swimming pool and a barbecue and also relaxation room with fitness, billiards and sauna ! The taverns in the town are pleasant at a short distance and offer delicious food!

Absolute perfection

Whoever designed this villa must be congratulated - the owner has thought of every single thing that you would want in a villa. Where do I start; fantastic views of Agios Stefanos bay from both master bedrooms and the top floor, and from the main living area on the middle floor. Its got its own pool, with a regular and polite cleaner, downstairs it has a large pool table, sauna, massage table, exercise cycle, separate shower & toilet, music centre & tv and convertible sofa/beds. Middle floor huge living space plus dining room, two dining tables, one in the kitchen which has every piece of kit you could imagine, dish washer, microwave, fridge freezer, oven, hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, sink, toastie machine, blenders and food mixers, loads of decent and clean crockery, cutlery, glasses etc. Also in middle floor another bathroom (cant remember if that one has a shower too but there are 4 bathrooms in total) Back to the living room, big tv with Netflix and you tube, satellite, dvd player, that fantastic view from inside/out, outside furniture, plenty of space round the pool, shaded and open, clean sunbeds, pool goes from about about 2 foot to 5' 11"., outside lights come on at dusk and outside door light triggers to welcome you home. Wi-fi covers all the house and outside by the pool. Top floor 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles 1 twin, all have tons of storage space, hairdryer, iron with ironing board, full length mirrors, plenty of sockets, clother hangers, washing machine, 2 bathrooms both with showers, 1 with a bath; balcony with outdoor furniture and that fantastic view. The maid/cleaner comes every day except Sunday, she is very chatty and will tell you all about her family. The villa was absolutely perfect for us; breakfast on the balcony with that brilliant view was just so relaxing. when it rained we stayed in played pool or watched films and ordered takeaway pizza; when its sunny you can relax by the pool or take a gentle 5 minute stroll to one of the many great restaurants/bars.

We have been travelling to San Stefanos for many years and have been fortunate enough to stay in the Romanza Villa at least once a year for the last 4-5 years. Both Villa A & B are perfect, as soon as we arrive we totally relax and it really is like a home from home (with the added benefit of the sunshine, pool and fantastic location). Everything works as it should do, we have never had a water shortage, nor cold water & electrical issues (as we have had with other Villas in the area). Any issues that we have had (very minor such as the WIFI didn't work that well one year) were resolved straight away without any fuss / complications. The standard of cleanliness and the level of equipment provided is without fault. Mike & Dora, the owners, have become very good friends to my wife and I and we very much look forward to our next visit.

Our first time staying at the Villa Romanza and definitely will not be our last. The villa is beautiful and the view is incredible to wake up to! The finish is immaculate, daily maid service brilliant and probably the best accommodation we have stayed in whilst in the Greek Islands. Mike was amazing and re-affirms our faith in people, he could not do enough to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We found the people in San Stef genuinely warm and friendly, the small hotel next to the villas do great coffee to enjoy on the villa balcony and Demetrius and his family are very funny and welcoming. There are plenty of fantastic restaurants if you don't like it extremely busy, e.g. Zorbas great Greek food and atmosphere, Ozzy Oil is a little gem. Havana and Chilly Chili are great bars to watch the sunset. Thank you for an amazing holiday, we hope to be back again soon.

What was there not to like? Mike is a great host with an eye for detail and ensuring his guests' needs are met. Beautiful, very well equipped villas, stunning views, lovely pool, convenient location. Cleaned with great care every day. Mike can arrange collection from airport, order groceries delivered on arrival and delivery of quad bikes from the excellent Pegasus. We will be back!
